Morgan did a beautiful job doing my hair, she takes her time and really listens to what you want. Or in my case, she gave great advice as to what would look good. Im beyond happy with the results!The suite is clean and nicely decorated and Morgan is the sweetest person!

Morgan did an amazing job on my daughters hair. My daughter has super thick, long hair that most stylists dont know how to handle. She did a wonderful job on the cut and highlights. Morgan took her time, actually listened and cared about what we we were saying and wanted and you can tell she loves what she does. My only regret is that we arent local and get to see her as our regular stylist, and that I didnt have time this vacation myself to get a style by her :-( I highly recommend Morgan for all your cut and color needs!

I had a bad experience with Morgan. She botched my hair big time. She pretends to know what she is doing but she doesnt. I was originally supposed to get my hair done by her mom Deborah per the Groupon I bought but she was supposedly overbooked and gave it to her daughter. I believe she is just giving her clients to her daughter because she doesnt have enough clientele. Well now I know why. She did not even come remotely close to getting my hair right on the first try to the picture I provided, I told her I was not happy and needed it fixed. I scheduled a second appointment and it looks even worse than the first time. During my first appointment she proceeded to tell me that she tries cutting her own hair and coloring it before she tries it on clients. Her hair was not pretty, it was scraggly and discolored from her own attempts. I would think you should try this on mannequin heads first to perfect it. At my second appointment she had to bring her mom in to teach her how to blend cutting the hair. Too bad that happened after she chopped my hair too short, that was a BIG red flag! She needs to take a lot more classes. You live and learn. I will never return. I hope she takes into consideration my suggestions.

I used a Groupon and only wanted highlights after discussing what I wanted Morgan tried to convince me to do an all over color and the. Highlight; which I was totally against. After many protests, I have graying in my hair and she wanted it covered, I am happy with the Frey and just want the darker hair highlighted, she did put foils in my hair and put me under the dryer. After the appropriate time she checked my hair, said it looked orange and put meBack under. After another 10/15 minutes I said she needed to check again which she did, announced it was still orange but couldn’t do anything about it. She rinsed me out saying the entire time she didn’t know what went wrong but that she ‘liked’ the color. She then decided she should put a toner on to cover some ofThe orange I protested that it was a temporary solution but she insisted it would not wash out - I left with orange highlights, she charged me and never once offers to redo my hair, but simply said she was going to go get new developer so this didn’t happen to anyone else. Needless to say I was appalled at her cavalier attitude and her total lack of professional. She has a lot to learn about customer service. I would NEVER recommend her and wish I could give negative stars!

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. Save yourself, and do not go here.
