It was my first time trying this place and I was highly pleased. From the front desk to my wax specialist I received friendly and courteous service. Megan was great at the front desk advising me on packages and letting me try samples before I commit to an entire product. I really enjoyed that since my skin is super sensitive sometimes somethings dont work. yarelis was the bomb at making me feel comfortable and gentle. Will definitely come back again!

Nikki was my waxing professional, and she was spectacular — friendly and efficient! The facility was clean, and my entire visit was great from start to finish! I have been a wax pass holder for over 10 years. I have gone through several wax specialists as well as many receptionists both in Pinellas Hillsborough Counties. I have had some great wax specialists! Just communicate what you want, and ask questions if you arent sure. Be direct and clear. They will take care of you!

Every time I come here, I have a fantastic experience. The waxing ladies are absolutely lovely, upbeat, and judgement-free. My most recent visit was with Nikki, who did an excellent job with great customer service. She had me smiling and laughing the entire visit. 5 stars!

OMG I had a Brazilian wax today (first one in a while) and decided to try this place out. Nikki (aka fastest waxer on the west coast of Florida) was so great that before I knew it, she was done and telling me I can get up off the table. I feel like she robbed me of getting to saythe entire F*#$ word before we were all done or scream out Kelly Clarkson. My mind is blown and my skin is smooth and the results are fantastic! Wow. I’ve been having Brazilian waxes for 7 years. This was, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had! Nikki!! You are amazing! I will never go anywhere else!!!

My waxing technician was nice but I wasn’t satisfied with the results. Didn’t check until I got home. Still had lots of hairs left that should be removed using tweezers after waxing.

I have been going here for a little over 2 years now and I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet. But I need to take some time to BRAG about my wax specialist Erica at the Largo location who is outstanding. She is so amazing that I will NEVER go to anyone else ever again. I usually get a Brazilian wax and they are obviously not a walk in the park. But I don’t know what Erica does that makes it not so painful. She must have some secret technique. Erica is so down to earth and we just chat about our life and laugh through the entire appointments. She’s like my personal therapist and friend at the same time. Always a joy seeing her. This time I added on my eye brows. Iv never had them done before and she made them actually look like twins and not distance cousins like they used to be. I was so amazed! Erica alone deserves these 5 stars. So if you’re reading this, please request Erica, you’ll thank me later. Iv lived all over Pinellas county and I now drive over 35 min because I refuse to go somewhere closer. Erica you are over the top amazing!!

This was my first time having a wax so I was a bit apprehensive. I arrived 15 minutes early and tried to figure out the scan code to check in. I couldnt and Kendall must have seen that. She came to the door, did my temp check and got me checked in. My appointment was for a bikini wax with Megan and I only waited maybe 5 minutes until she came out. She was great! She explained everything she was going to do, then told me again step by step. She was very reassuring, and very professional. I was in and out in 10 minutes. And the best part is that it didnt really hurt, it was more like shock each time. Afterwards, NO PAIN. I was extremely impressed. I purchased the serum and made my next appointment. I highly recommend Megan. Thank you for a great first time experience.

I would not recommend Makayla, she leaves too much hair behind and you have to keep showing her the patches of hair she’s missing...after double checking her several times I still left with patches of hair left behind!!!

A love hate relationship!

Candice did a terrible job at shaping & cleaning up my eyebrows. She took much more off the top of the left brow & not enough on the right. She left hairs above & below my brows. My right arch is much more defined than the left & when I asked her to fix it she said “eyebrows are sisters, not twins.” My eyebrows are cousins, at best... At the end she asked if I wanted her to pluck or wax anywhere else & I immediately declined.I took some tweezers & plucked the hairs that should have been tweezed already, then made my left arch more defined. I’ve never been waxed by the others that are there, however I still suggest going elsewhere.

They are always clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly but can be pushy regarding purchasing their products. My one complaint, and it could just be my luck, is lately it seems like they have a high turnover rate. IMO.

Hayley is my wax specialist and I go out of my way to see her. She is very kind and gentle and knows what she is doing! Highly recommend asking for Hayley especially if its your first time and you are unsure about waxing. Hayley will take very good care of you! Sabrina at the front desk is always very nice and professional and prompt with all services.

I have to say the service has significantly gone down. Their phones half the time are on do not disturb so you cannot get through. I showed up for an appointment at 9:15 and when I checked in they told me they are running 15 min behind. They never called nothing. The manager is very kind and helpful but I just think in general the customer service at this location has not been good. The wax specialists are fantastic this is more specifically to the front desk. I contacted the “corporate” headquarters to help change an appt since I couldn’t get through and they agreed that phones were not working etc.

Felt relieved when Megan told me to relax and discussed how she was a cheerleader as my daughter is. She provided the services I needed and I have to say I felt so relieved that it didnt hurt as bad as I anticipated.

Ive been waxing for awhile now and my best advice is to stick with the same person! Ive been going to Madison for several sessions now and she does an incredible job. She is quick, thorough, professional, and makes you feel comfortable and confident. My skin has improved so much and my hair growth has decreased significantly since going to her because she knows what works for me now! I highly recommend going to her if youre a first timer or just want to find someone great to stick with!

From customer service to wax job this was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any of the four different European wax centers I’ve been to.

This was my first time getting a bikini wax. The staff was very very nice and tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Gina did the actual waxing part and did a great job! Highly recommend this place.

Hayley was fantastic!! As an aesthetician myself I am usually wary about others doing services on me but she was amazing. Very thorough and convinced me with very little effort to do the full Monty and I do not regret it one bit. I had facial, underarms, Brazilian waxing all done within 20 minutes. They have great pricing and aftercare options.

This place is the BEST!!!! Michelle was amazing! She got me in and out, yet took her time with me explaining everything she was doing. She recommended products that would be good for me, but wasnt pushy about it. I was a first timer and got a complimentary eyebrow wax. I will definitely be coming back!!

Erica B is just the best! She is funny, kind, and also professional. I have a blast while Im there. And considering how annoying it is to get waxed, I always leave with a smile on my face!The front desk staff are always friendly. I would suggest that the paint and ceiling tiles be upgraded though.

European Wax has some of the best employees they are all so friendly, pleasant and helpful. My waxer Erica is simply the best, we have great conversations and she is always beyond professional! I have gone to many different stores in Florida and New Jersey and Erica is the best of anyone I have even had at any European Wax Facility!!

Shes the one who did the waxing. Alisha, at the front desk is also very professional and welcoming! Ive been coming to the Largo location of EWC for about a year, and it has been so convenient and SO much easier than shaving! I used to just see whoever was available at the time of my appointment, but now I go out of my way to book with Megan. Shes very sweet, and very good at what she does. I highly recommend her and the Largo center.

She stated that my experience was the result of policy violations on behalf of the employee and would not be tolerated. The refund went through several days later. I may very well return as management/head office handled it so well and made it crystal clear that this would not happen again. Changing my review up to 3 stars as it was handled so well.-----The positives stop there. I was asked by reception to listen to a pitch on skincare prior to my service which was awkward because I had been sitting and texting for about 10 minutes so I said I was in a conversation and declined the sales presentation (creepy!)The wax lady came out and was abrasive because I was in the middle of a text. She proceeded to take me to the room and told me to remove my pants and underwear and get on the table but she was still in the room. I asked for her to provide me with a few moments space and was told no. I said I wasnt comfortable and she became stiff in her body language and clipped in responses. I was polite and not rude.After she waxed the same spot 7 times I started yelling and told her she was done. She said no, we are done when I say Im done, one more pass.I responded with no, you are not and that is what tweezers are for. I got up and dressed and left. I did not leave a tip.I will stick with my nail salon. Two passes and after that tweezers, not trying to strip your skin off to the thirteenth layer of raw skin (of course not but I was raw, red and angry inside and out).$54 for a BrazilianIf I wanted violated any further I would half expect a glove up to the elbow and a prostate exam. Never again. Im sticking with Asians, thanks.

I really love this European wax location but it’s 10 miles away from me I love Erica B but make sure you come right on time with 10 million traffic stop lights to get here from where I live got here 10 mins late and they turn me away as nobody is available. I really tried to wake up early as possible as I work mid shift. Had I known I could have just stayed home and sleep some more but guess now I’m just gonna take a nap in my car. Sorry gas sorry sleep sorry time; I wasted y’all for nothing today.

Ive been looking for a place to get my eyebrows done, This place specializes in waxing so I thought they would do a good job. I was wrong !! my eye brows are 2 completely different shapes one is square and arched (looks great ) while the other one was left round with no arch at all looks horrible :( I dont even know how to fix this. I will not be going back. not to mention they charge $20 to mess up your eye brows.

EWC LIES to their customers!!!!Today I go to EWC Largo 10:30 AM to get a quick wax, Im there on time and ready to go. Only to find out that I got put as a No Show. When I asked why they told me they told me I was booked for 10:15. I said thats impossible. I have an email proving that my appointment was for 10:30, so I showed the woman the email. She told me there was nothing she could do and the earliest appointment was 215/230. EWC LIES to their customers and books them for whenever is convenient for them, not their customers. Do yourself a favor do not go here. Find somewhere else.

This place is absolutely fantastic you have to try the first time visitor complimentary offer women waxing service are eyebrow wax, bikini line wax and under arm wax. Men waxing services choose between eye brow waxing, nose waxing and ear waxing service. I honestly thought it was going to hurt and when I got my nose and ears done it was harmless. Ive never felt so manicured and maintained. I will definitely go back!

This place was recommended to me. I will NEVER go here again. I went for my eyebrows and they stated I could get a free lip wax since it was my first time. I told them that my sons wedding was the next weekend and that I blistered so no thank. They promised that this never happens with their product and guaranteed me I would have no issues at all. I finally agreed. She did my brows everything seemed fine until the serum afterward began to sting my eyelid. She immediately took it off. She did my lip and immediately it blistered and I am now scarred. Not a good look for a wedding. I called and placed my concerns and was told shed but the message in the box. I have called twice since....still no return call, no apology no nothing. This happened in December 2018. Terrible experience, scarred, and no response = bad business ethics.

Glad my first visit was free (kind of) when I called to make an appointment she said we are not busy so come in now. I was in my car in the parking lot so I figured ok go, I went in and there was 2 people waiting ( remember I was in my car and saw no one walk in when I hung up the phone with them) then I waiting almost 45 mins for them to give me a young know it all that spoke so highly of herself that I wanted to tell her to get off the high horse for a moment and focus on my eyebrows! When she was finished she said I went ahead and put brow definer on you. She never asked if I wanted it. When I looked in the mirror I looked like I had thicker eyebrows then what I came in with and she also told me I must have done something with my eyebrows in the past because she couldnt wax and shape them like she would want it! Horriable visit, glad it was free, would never pay 20 for an eyebrow wax from that chick and lastly they are very pushy when it comes to prices and they try and make you sign up for a package that you can pay a ridiculous amount for up front or pay monthly.. No way!

The person who waxed my eyebrows was erica. I was there for the first time today and they were amazing. First off, erica is amazing at her craft. Such an artist at making you look and feel great. I have thicker eye brows and i didnt want too much taken off so she did it exactly like I asked. She suggested products to use and even gave me a sample of the face mask with i still have yet to try but i will be trying it today. Secondly, the staff at EWC are so nice. The two front desk girls are so sweet and professional. Showing me the product wall and what to use what for. Thank you to everyone who made my first time amazing. And please note I will be returning!!

I love the European Wax Center wax!! Practically painless hard comfort wax makes it such a pleasant experience.

Though there policy if you chicken out is wonderful, I kind of wish she wouldnt have started with my bikini area. It was my first time waxing and shortly into the appointment I found that my skin was much more sensitive to waxing than I would have thought. It hurt so much that I was in tears. They were very nice about it, but I do wish she would have started with my legs because I would have known not to do my bikini. I actually ended up doing more damage than good and my bikini area is now 24 hours later super bright red and has a lot of bumps. The little bit of legs she did do is ok but what she did of my bikini is just destroyed. If its your first time just do your calf and go from there. I probably wont ever try to wax again and will enjoy my razor for the rest of my life after this.

I made a reservation, it was my first time.. i was running late from traffic so i figured to call as a courtesy and say im 10 min late.. the lady told me we have a 9 minute late policy ! If im over 9 minutes late im automatically a no show! I asked her im going to be 10 minutes late what will happen she told me you wont get in and well have to reschedule you! Who does a 9 minute policy!!? They definitely lost me as a customer before i even try them!

I called the EWC number and made an appointment for 6:!5. I was about 10 minutes away and was told that EWC has a late policy. If youre over 9 minutes late, they will mark you as a no show and reschedule you. OK well I made the appt at 5:59pm, and its only 10 mins away, Id totally make it.I did.I showed up at 6:10pm, was told they were running behind. OK, I kinda made the appt at the last minute anyway. so I was glad I was even able to get in on the same day, at such a late hour no less.I didnt get in to a room til 6:45pm. Once I was in, Deanna was really nice and talked and joked with me. She was professional and friendly. Not bad. She did the front and back and assured me that she didnt miss any points...However, after I got home and took a shower, I discovered that my Brazillian was NOT complete.So i might not be returning. With the tardiness and the incomplete wax job, its just not worth it. I think they gave me a discount for being late, but nonetheless, when I go for a Brazilian, I want ALL of it gone! Not asking much.
