DWAYNE TRAN is a God when it comes to coloring, styling and cutting hair. I’ve seen him more than 6x and every time he’s done an amazing job! He’s very personable, friendly and you can tell he loves what he does. You will not regret coming to see him. He’s the only hair stylist I let touch my hair. I have a hard time trusting anyone when it comes to my hair and he’s never let me down. (Looked up his reviews before coming to see him & I know why he has such great reviews)

I came in with orange, red, and warm-toned balayage from a previous salon and I wanted to get rid of the brassy tones and lighten my hair to a light ash brown balayage. Dwayne eliminated all my unwanted warm tones, and turned my hair into a beautiful ash gray/brown balayage, and I love it! We were shocked that the outcome was light because my hair was previously dyed jet black. 10/10 recommend!

Emily is the best! Been going here for 3 years now. Emily takes her time and discusses in detail what to do and gives you a precision cut that’s just right for your hair! She really listens too your needs also! The haircut grows in great and from growing up in salons, my mom always said you can tell a good haircut by the way it grows in! Emily’s haircuts have longevity! I actually moved away from the area a year ago, but still drove 3.5 hours to get my haircut from her! Now that’s saying something!! Everyone in the salon is really nice - great experience all around!!

I have dark hair and I had an ombre that left the ends of my hair very blonde. I had a prior attempt to fix it elsewhere, which left my hair even more blonde. I was nervous to get my hair done because I wanted a natural look for my upcoming wedding. I went to Whole Aveda and immediately all those fears vanished. I was greeted warmly and Dwayne took the time to look at my hair and listen to my concerns. He worked to tone down the blonde and was able to give me the natural look I have been wanting. I’m not sure if this covers all locations but Vincent S. at the Oldsmar location is the most knowledgeable, chic, trendy yet still classic, caring, salt-of-the-earth individual I’ve ever met and that 100% translates into his work. I know he is bound to be a megastar stylist one day and I will follow him no matter the price because his expertise is that good. I have visited other locations and his work is the absolute best, but I must also give credit to the woman at the front desk at the Largo location, Anne P. Everyone at every Whole Aveda location makes the entire experience that much more enjoyable.

I felt so relaxed with my facial from Sarah. I used to get facials monthly but its been over a year since my last facial with my work volume. My face was in BAD need. So getting back to my self-care I decided to come in for a 60 min facial. My skin already looks a hundred times better just from a single facial! My skin tone is balanced, my T zone oil is gone, my pores are tiny again. My skins feels amazing! It looks amazing! I normally get anxiety with the steam on my face but I felt so comfortable with Sarah I did the entire steam part and didnt have any anxiety. Definitely will make this a regular part of my 2020 self care. Thank you.

I came in to get my hair colored to go to my sisters funeral. It was about a week and a half ago my natural hair color was approximately half of my head we cut off about 5 in of my hair and she started to do highlights and lightened my hair but said I could not get any vivid colors but pulled up a photo of a dark purple all over hair color that I was okay with I ended up loving my hair in the end however I have not gone to wash it yet I go to use the stuff that they told me to put in it and as soon as I put the oil in my hair I started to notice in the mirror spots of Orange and different colors that I do not like. I spent hundreds of dollars to get my hair done there and now I have to go spend hundreds of dollars to get it done somewhere else and Im very upset Im not even the one that noticed that my hair was multicolored it was supposed to be one color with the exception of the highlights for multi-dimensional purposes. I used to be a hair stylist myself and when I did work on my clients that would leave my name on the person because it was my work and I dont blame the girl that did my hair however this is not whats supposed to happen especially when you recommend I put this stuff in my hair and then all of a sudden the color comes off of it Im very upset. Permanent hair color is not supposed to wash out or fade in a weekend a half its supposed to grow out. Ive tried calling multiple times been put on hold and then the phone hangs up. Now Im stuck going to a store to buy a hair color and not know what its going to look like after Im done and spend more time and have to hire someone to watch my 2-year-old costing me even more money on color correction that I did not even need until I got my hair colored by a professional. This is not okay!Edit: I called up there. It hasnt even been 2 weeks theres no color where she used clips, I paid for services I didnt receive, and the manager Brittany has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS TO HANG UP ON A GRIEVING CUSTOMER THAT JUST GOT MY HAIR SCREWED UP BY THEM. so I call back to set an appointment with Dwayne and she hung up on me using the exact words Bye brittany as if that was my real name or something. I wanted a full color not bleach or balayage and a purple toner n fingers crossed it would stick to my virgin hair. I paid for a full color. Not highlights. The consultation was WRONG I still havent washed it and the colors GONE. Im floored at how they treated me over 400 dollars of work.

During my service she was engaging in friendly conversation and she provided little perks with my service like a hand massage while my color processed, and a scalp massage and hot towel steamed conditioning treatment after my shampoo. How pleasant and relaxing! When I checked out, the person at the desk had made a little bag for me of samples they thought I would like. And my stylist had picked out the products that were used during my services, just in case I wanted to purchase any to continue to use at home. I had a great experience and will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

I have been an Aveda customer for over 30 yrs. Originally in Ohio, but now in Tampa Fl. Crystal is by far the best hairdresser I have found since moving here in 2009. She always treats me like family and pampers me. Her haircuts last for about 5-6 weeks for me, as my hair is very short, fine and thin. She knows just how to cut it to make it co-operate. Love both salons. Staff is always helpful and polite. I would recommend either to any of my friends.

Had my first real facial here with Lynn. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! I don’t ever spend money on myself but I have booked another facial and a massage with her for the next time. So relaxing and overall a great experience. Very happy 😊

I went to the salon based on a friends advice and she was so right! Everyone is really nice and they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door :) I saw Amy, and I am so thankful for her knowledge and amazing skills. My highlights turned out better than I had imagined. She also gave my hair a light trimming that made my cut look so much cleaner without taking off any length. I think there have been only a handful of times when Ive walked out of a salon completely happy how my hair was styled and this was one of those times. I didnt rush home and restyle it. Amy is amazing!
