Dianna is amazing!! I have been to her for Pedicures, Facials, Waxing and Eyelash Extensions! She is a perfectionist at all she does. Caring, friendly and professional she puts you at ease and does a top notch job with all her services. She cares not only about your comfort but is also willing to customize her treatments to your needs and will make sure you are thrilled with the results!My teenage daughter would only let Dianna do her brows and you know how picky teenagers can be! Dianna is so sweet and creative. Her little room is such a relaxing environment I could literally spend an entire day being pampered by her. I went to Dianna for a brow wax and I was telling her about my eyebrow “bald spots” that I always had to pencil in she recommended trying an eyebrow tint which was a total life changer! Turns out what I thought was bald spots was actually just lighter colored hair that the eyebrow tint was able to color, this led to my dream eyebrows and guess what?? No more eyebrow pencil for me, it makes my makeup routine so much easier. Thanks to Dianna for having the expertise and knowledge to suggest to me the perfect thing I really needed but didn’t know it!

Dianna is one of my favorite cosmetologists ever. Shes professional, friendly, funny, and her space at Salon Lofts is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and spotless. Shes attentive and very skilled in her profession. She gives incredible pedicure massages! I 100% recommend her.

I went to Dianna for a manicure, and eyebrow/lip wax and couldnt have been happier with my experience!As soon as I walk in, she was so warm and welcoming, she made me feel like we were just old friends having some girl time.The color selection for the manicure was gorgeous, I had a hard time picking which one I liked most, but the best part was when she fixed my eyebrows... those puppies were messed up to say the least. (Different shape and length from previous wax, plus I have a ton of hair, so her work was definitely cut out for her 😥) but she took all the extra time needed to make sure I left with eyebrows that I loved!Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to feel pampered, and have a quality spa treatment!

Dianna is absolutely awesome! I have never had my eyebrows waxed because of very sensitive skin, but Dianna shaped and tinted my eyebrows perfectly. Very much recommend her!

Most amazing massage ever

I have had my nails done at dozens of other places but Dianna is by far the BEST!! Im a hairstylist and my hands are constantly in water so a mani does not typically last long on me but when I get my nails done with Dianna they last almost 4 weeks. Shes very artistic and can create beautiful nail art as well. Her shop is extremely clean and everything is sanitized property. She really takes her time and is a perfectionist! Its a 30min drive for me to see her but its totally worth every second!

Dianna gives the best pedicures. Her salon is beautiful and it is immaculately maintained. She made me a cup of herbal tea so my spa day experience was very relaxing.
