Everyone there was so nice and did such a good job of taking care of my two year old daughter. I would recommend them and their staff to anyone. I’ve worked in dozens of medical offices and conestoga stands with the very best!

Went to schedule a wisdom teeth pull surgery for my kid and told that they are changing policy July 1st to require cash up front and they will submit reimbursement paperwork on your behalf for your insurance company to send you a refund. How can a family afford $3500 or more up front?? Oh yeah, open a line of credit .. ridiculous and makes me wonder what up charges they are doing to people that they dont want to deal with insurance carriers anymore

Dr. Chambers was amazing. Extraction of my daughter’s teeth were great and his bedside manner paramount. I really appreciate that they took the extra steps to make her experience better. While I had trouble initially with front desk staff he and his assistant Becky made this experience much better. Thank you.

I was very pleased with my experience right from the beginning. I needed a tooth extracted, my regular dentist was not able to take care of my cracked tooth and Im pleased they werent and referred me to Conestoga. The Dr and his assistant were very caring and concerned that I was comfortable. The whole procedure took less than 20 minutes, from numbing to extraction. Great experience, great team.

I had a dying rear molar extracted yesterday. It was such an easy process and the staff and doctor were so professional and nice! One day out and I am feeling great....all the pain from the bad tooth is totally gone and I am pain free, not even sore from the extraction. Had I known that it was this easy I would have chosen not to have crowns previously!

Have you read a review from Sara Urner , written here a couple of months ago? I completely agree with it. My experience was the same. And, please, pay attention that the practice owner doesnt pay attention to bad reviews. Seems he/she does not care.It was the first time for me to discover that you, as a patient, dont have the right to discuss a treatment plan with a doctor. My case wasnt simple as such as just wisdom teeth removal. I actually had only ONE initial consultation with the doctor Dr. Eckhart. Ive never met him before.And this doctor proposed several options during the initial consultation but wasnt sure yet. He told me he will call me to discuss it later. After one week I got a call, but not from the doctor or from his assistant, but from a very rude office person (implant coordinator Kasey) with only one option. She told me the price for that option and refused to send official pre-determination or pre-authorization to my insurance companies that this practice is participating with. The option she told me was not the option Id like, thats why I politely asked to talk to the doctor or his assistant to discuss other possible options we discussed during the initial consultation. I was ready to schedule another appointment if necessary. You know, they didnt allow me to meet or talk to the doctor or his assistant. Instead, I was really surprised to discover accidentally that Im an unwelcomed person for this practice.Thats actually means, that a patient here is not a person who has a voice, is not a person who is going to be treated with respect and care which is very weird for the medical practice. Ok, I wouldnt recommend this practice to anyone.

My surgery went well but working with the administrative support staff was a nightmare from start to finish and ultimately left a terrible taste in my mouth and I would never recommend this practice to anyone. The staff I communicated with over the phone was incredibly rude to me as I was trying to discuss a billing issue that after several months of struggle, I eventually just gave up. Even a certified letter did not get my problem resolved and I have yet to receive a refund I was promised. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

My Conestoga Oral Surgery experience was both helpful and secure. From the checks at the door, to the cleaning of tools and machines used on me by the staff, I felt safe and comfortable. Dr. Iverson informed me of everything he intended to do, and with his assistant, Ms. Courtney, my tooth was extracted before I realized it. I would like to thank all the staff that come to work at this facility through this pandemic, you give hope to those in need.

The surgeon and his assistant were pleasant and fine. But the front desk staff were curt, unwelcoming and could have cared less about me. I was told that the practice accepted my plan when I made the appointment. After the procedure began, I was presented with a bill to be paid upfront. When I went back to the front desk to inquire about payment options, I was told that they didn’t accept my plan, didn’t accept partial payments, didn’t accep AmEx and could leave to reschedule later if I wanted. All without making eye contact and all with an attitude of “Who cares?” Pretty shabby patient care. So I left. I’ll go elsewhere.

Dr. Chambers and his tech Cleopatra** are amazing. Theyre quick friendly and patient. They answered all my questions and were very attentive.

Was told my daughter HAD to go to Philadelphia to see a specialist, wasted trip, this specialist told her after a 10 minute visit, nothing is wrong with her. Dr. Bell just wasted almost a year of our time and her being in pain. Would not listen to a word this office tells you.

Dr Eckhart is absolutely fantastic. When it comes to dental work I am not a big fan of dentists. However, Dr Eckhart was professional yet laid back and made me comfortable. Not only that but he did perfect work. Couldn’t recommend someone higher. A++

A tooth extraction is never enjoyable, but Dr. Chambers and his staff made it as pleasant as possible. Quick scheduling, thorough explanation of procedures, and a kind and warm chair-side manner. The Dentist even called at the end of the day to see how I was doing, reinforce some patient teaching, and wish me well. Ill be back in four months for my implant. Great facility and staff.

From check in to check out, my experience was great! I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Iverson and staff. They walked me though the procedure and had it completed in less than 20 minutes. I like that they followed up with me at home to remind me of follow up care procedures. Also, I really liked that during my consultation they gave me an estimated out of pocket cost so I knew what to expect. Great experience!

I had a great experience last week when I needed a tooth removed on an emergent basis. They got me in the same day I called due to severe pain I was having. Doctor and staff were so helpful and gentle/caring! No issues post-op and would recommend this practice to anyone!

Dr. Eckhart and his staff are amazing at what they do! The front office staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I’ve had my wisdom teeth taken out there and more recently a dental implant and both healed beautifully. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Recently had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Had a great experience start to finish with the doctors and nurses here. I was very nervous but they put me at ease early on. Met with 2 different doctors because of scheduling reasons and both were kind and courteous and willing to answer any question I threw at then. Office ladies were very nice and helpful with scheduling, billing, and insurance. They followed up the next day to make sure I was doing well. Highly recommend when the time comes to have teeth removed.

The entire visit was fast, front desk very courteous!To have a molar extracted was faster than I expected, was in dental chair for 20 minutes total, including numbing. I’d recommend this office to every one! Sam & Dr. Bell were AMAZING!!!

Our daughter had 2 wisdom teeth removed. She used just Novocain- literally thought the Doctor was prepping her when he sat her up. She was done, not a bit of pain. Staff was so helpful.

They are wonderful. Last two times I had Dr. Eckhart. They even call you to see how you are doing. We started with Dr. Chairsel and both my kids and both my in-laws have been there since 1988. Very good with all insurance questions, great staff and as scary as dental needs can seem, they make it easy :)

Cant say how awesome this experience was. Pain last night. Called first thing this morning, Christmas Eve alittle after 8am.... Said to come in and they try to fit me in between appointments. Called three times over the course of two weeks to get an antibiotic script refilled for my wife before her upcoming surgery in a couple weeks. On the second call the clinician claimed to have no record of the first call...said she would speak to the doctor, call me back or have the script called in. Two day later no phone call, message or script called in. I call again. This time I am told that they tried to call me back and couldnt get through then they called my wife and left a message on her phone. Two out-right lies. They proceed to explain that the doctor needs to see my wife before he can write another script. There is no reason for an office visit to write another 7 day script except to extract more money from mine and my insurance companys pockets. The aggressive attitude in the tone and inflection with which this clinician spoke to me was infuriating. We will have the surgery here because of time-frame. However, as result of the way I was treated over the phone we will never deal with this company again.

Dr. Iverson and Dr. Seldomridge are awesome. This office has their act together start to finish and I am so glad they were the ones to get me back on track. The surgical site healed beautifully and their follow up was excellent. I would recommend their practice to anyone.

Saw Dr. Eckhart to have my wisdom teeth extracted. He is THE BEST, even though I had swelling, he was very informative with all my questions and helped me understand exactly what was going to happen. Also had a few good jokes! Would recommend him 100%

These doctors are PHENOMENAL. I am reading some of these reviews in shock as I have been a patient here for 20+ years. I have trusted them with all of my oral surgery needs as well as my children’s. They reach out multiple times after surgery to make sure you’re doing ok and have no questions. I personally do not know anyone who’s had a bad experience here.

Piss poor place. Wait till the night before to call up and tell you to bring $400.00 when they originally said insurance had it covered. I understand new year new deductable, but to wait till the night before. What a sham of an operation they have going on at that place. Wouldnt even discuss making two payments.

My experience here was very fast and efficient but not very personal or comforting. I was called to the back and was immediately hooked up to wires. I was told that I would have a different oral surgeon than the one I consulted with previously. The nurses had told me that he would be in to talk to me before the procedure. I was looking forward to asking some questions because I was never put under anesthesia before. As soon at the oral surgeon came in (Dr. Eckhart) he began to push fluids through my IV to knock me out. It felt as though I was more of a task to complete than a patient to see. I appreciate the efficiency, but the lack of explanation as to what was about to happen to me made me feel scared and frankly a little violated when I woke up.

This place is the best love Dr.heise I will never go to any other place for my extractions

I had Dr Iverson and he was good to me but when they pulled my teeth they damaged a nerve and I went back 2 times after my surgery and all they could tell me was the numbing in my chin will come back in a few months and its been 5 months and its still the same cant feel anything. Im not happy with this place.

I am not a review person, but I think I could use my voice since good well to our community is so important to me. I’ve got some service at “Conestoga oral “ ( 2 implants 3 tooth bridge) recently and would like to share ... 1 visit- consultation, well, thanks to dr.Heise for been so brave to take responsibility for so difficult case. I sigh all paper work at register ( 2 implants $3800, also bone graft $900 ) ok I knew what I am going to... bone graft was done properly, I paid ahead, but got extra bill for extra $600 without any additional information. Well - I paid. Was healing very well . When comes to implants, I got $2200 each... never argue about price - paid, so it’s $600 over again !! The worst part? They give you to sigh right before surgery “ implants guaranty “ for only ONE year, no choice, right? So , I paid over $1200 differently since consultation already ( totall $4400+$900+$600 +$600 for sleep ), extra $5300 for implants crowns from separate dentist, well got $12000 3 tooth bridge for myself. Assistant at register was so rude. During oral work done I’ve change insurance, so I didn’t know my Group #,,,, she said figure out yourself and then she can update my information... oh...also, assistants... well 20 years old girl should learn how to respect twice older patients. It’s not about money... people come to get some help!!! They pay and work hard for it!! So working staff should realize- they pay YOU and make Your business to run.. they are making your living by coming with problems... leaving 1 star for dr. Heise because I really think he did a great job( 1 year guaranteed almost over -:))). I hope they can use extra money for extra training for employees.. so they can realize who is priority and how to run honest business. Would recommend? NO! I hope my experience will be usefull for people who needs help. Thank you for hard work, I appreciate.

I gave this clinic and Dr. Heise enough time to take responsibility for their mistake and be a good human. Its been 4 months since I been trying to fight with them. I went thru so much hardship due to their mistake. I have been hospitalized for 4 days and had surgery on my throat due to their mistake. They apologized and promised me that they will take care of everything. Now I am going thru financial hardship because Dr. Heise is refusing to pay the medical bills which came out to be $23,000. I can not believe such thing can happen in America and they get away with it. How can someone be so immoral and unethical. You leave a patient hospitalized for 4 days and promise to take care of everything and once the bill came, you refused to take responsibility and use excuse like because I left a review of my bad EXPERIENCE about your clinic? I gave you more than enough time to be a good person. You are putting someone thru hell. How does a doctor even do this in America? Refusing to talk to me and answer my phone calls because you do not want to take responsibility.

This practice is the most dishonest and immoral practice Ive been to, After my infection due to their negligence, I had to be hospitalized and have a surgery to get my infection removed. Dr. Heiss apologized for their mistakes and said they will take care of everything. Now my bill came to be $22,000 and my insurance paid $17,000. Because i left a review of my experience, they tell me they wont cover the cost of my surgery. WOW?? Now I gotta spend my time, my money to find a lawyer to take them to court for something they did. All this after just recently getting married (Which was costly and put me in debt) and trying to start my new life together. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake and legligence, they rather turn the other way showing their disgusting true color. Karma has her way. I gave this clinic and Dr. Heise enough time to take responsibility and be a good human.

Had the WORSE experience here! I came in for an extraction and decided to go with local anesthesia which was recommended. I originally was going to go with the sedation but I figured why not just save $600 and get the local anesthesia, get the tooth pulled out and be done with it... WRONG MOVE!! The office staff already WASNT the warmest set of people. Then the dentist assistant kept looking at me in this VERY nervous manner when she saw me... which made me VERY uncomfortable... and to sum it up, Dr. Brandon Iverson kicked me out of the office after giving me 4 needles in my mouth of local anesthesia saying Youre going to have to be put to sleep, this is not going to work, I barely touched you and youre ALL OVER THE PLACE. HOW DISGUSTING, RUDE, and INCONSIDERATE! What happened was, my eyes were closed, and he DID NOT warn me that he was going to start the procedure... He simply went in my mouth so OF COURSE I JUMPED... I was startled! This has been the WORST dental experience I have EVER had! I took off of work, drove about an hour to this place, just to be kicked out with a STIFF AND NUMB FACE after being stuck with 4 needles in my mouth! I scheduled a procedure elsewhere! Hopefully it will not be as HORRYING as THIS ONE!! I will NEVER step foot in THIS place AGAIN!

I had an incredibly bad experience with this practice. First, I have to say that I thought the days of doctors and dentists thinking they were demigods were over. Apparently this practice never got the email. I went to Dr. Iverson with a simple request for an antibiotic for an infection in a tooth. I do need to get this tooth pulled, I admit that, but am awaiting installation of implants on the other side of my mouth. If I have this tooth pulled I have nothing to chew with for the next 5 months. I was hoping to keep this tooth for a few more months so that I can chew, eat food, get vitamins and minerals in my body. Dr. Iversons attitude was way out of line. It was as if I had asked for a morphine drip and that I was an ignorant toad for asking or for having any opinion. He told me that if he prescribed an antibiotic it would ruin my health. Now Im almost 60 years old and cmon one more course of antibiotics is not going to ruin my health. I did check with 2 other dentists and was told it really wasnt a big deal as long as I wasnt making a habit of it. Im a rational,intelligent woman and was made to feel like a stupid cow. I also have been dealing with 3 specialists for other issues and have exceptional, equal relationships where we are partners in making decisions about my health. I am still, a week later, just shaking my head. This is just wrong on so many levels.

This practice is horrible!!!! They seem to only care about the payments. Do not choose this place, they have so many other oral clinics in Lancaster. Reading the reviews of some of these patients that went thru bad experience is painful.
