Smilebuilderz on Spring Valley Road is the best around! Kim, Dr. Jung’s hygienist, is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Same goes for Dr. Jung. He’s the best! They work so well together. I had an implant done and it took several sessions. Never had a problem and no pain. They billed me in three installments (one for each session). Ashley worked with me and my insurance company and figured out that I would have been paying too much and got it adjusted. She was wonderful. All in all, this is a very well run practice…like a well oiled machine! 😊

My last visit to Smilebuilderz like all my visits was exceptional. They were extremely kind and made me feel comfortable even though going to the dentist isnt my favorite pastime. They explained everything that they were doing and helped me to feel relaxed. And when it was over, they got me and my daughter both scheduled for our future visits. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!

If I could give this location zero stars I would. If you are looking for an emergency clinic, this is NOT one. I arrived Friday night, 2 hours before they closed. When I went in the building, I informed the receptionist that I was there for an emergency visit, I had a tooth that was broken and an infection/abscess in my gums. She looked confused and asked me if I had an appointment. I told her no, that I followed the directive on their web page that urgent care did not need appointments. She was clearly new, so she went to check with other staff members in the back. When she returned she told me they had no availability, but the could schedule me another day... with an infection raging in my mouth. I ended up going to regular urgent care to at least give me antibiotics. Im lucky I knew enough to do that, one day they will turn someone away and it will become a massive risk management issue for them. Dont brand yourself as an urgent care, if you arent willing to take care of the urgent patients walking in your doors.

Not professional at all. Front desk staff are rude. The dentist not professional either, I had to spend out pocket money for a filling that wasn’t done properly. I was told by the front desk staff to wait a week and it would feel better, right! They change your appointment without informing you but expect you to know. I don’t recommend this place at all!

I love Smilebuilderz for the dental care for my entire family. The associates explain everything in advance and before every step, which takes the anxiety away. I was able to schedule appointments easily especially during emergencies and get treatment on time. I would definitely recommend Smilebuilderz for urgent dental care as well as routine care.

I always Have a great experience coming to this dental office, not just myself but my children also. I recommend This not only for adults but they do wonders with children.

Not a good experience. The place is dirty, there were cotton swabs on the floor along with gross gunk that looks like what accumulates under an oven on the floor beside the patient chair. The cords for the dental tools drag on the floor and the hygienist put her hand in my mothers mouth after using them. They only release x-rays on two days a month so if you need them for a different dentist or oral surgeon before those two days you cant get them. The overall feel of this place is that they are just trying to get your money, it was like going to a used car lot.

I’ve been coming here for about four years now - ever since I needed an emergency root canal. The service has always been amazing and top notch with multiple options for payment plans and insurance. I will continue utilizing Smilebuilderz as my go to dentist for regular cleanings and treatments.

Staff was extremely friendly and comforting. . . . . . arrived for what I thought would be root canal surgery and quickly turned to an extraction. Wisdom tooth took quite some time to extract, but the Doctor and staff explained the entire procedure and made sure that there was no pain involved with the removal of the tooth. Would highly recommend this team!

Getting an appointment is easy but let me tell you a few thangs. . . The first time I went here the dentist made me cry. He told me in a room uncomfortably full of people that my teeth were bad because of my cavities. He said my teeth were too pretty to have cavities and made me feel extremely unpleasant as I vulnerable lay there with my mouth open. Fast forward I saw a new dentist who cared a bit less. The lady doing my fillings coughed in my mouth as she did my fillings. She had a mask on and this was before covid and I didnt think too much of it but was a little weirded out because she KEPT COUGHING,the third and forth time coughing into her elbow. When I left I took a nap on a long car ride and woke up feeling really sick. Started throwing up and almost passing out, I went to the emergency room because it came out of no where and I was really freaked out and they told me I had the flu. Now I wonder where I could have gotten that from. I dont blame it on the lady bit I have that feeling it was her coughing whilst giving ms fillings that did that. Anyways fast forward to her giving me more fillings and coughing in my mouth again! Then getting reprimanded for missing too many appointments when I just wanted to tell the manager I have had bad experiences here, so sorry to have missed too many more. Its not too bad. Its easy to schedule and there are good people who work here but no no no. I am good.

Havent been to the dentist in 5+ years, because of bad past dental experiences which had led to dental anxiety. Finally made an appt at Smilebuilderz and am glad I did! The philosophy of the place is centered around maximizing patient comfort and about proactive service to detect and correct issues. Unlike other dental practices, they will insist on proactive screenings, x-rays, and detection practices. These practices can be expensive but are ideal for keeping dental health maximized. As an example, today I was in for a cleaning with Lisa, who asked after my medical records to make sure she could apply a local anesthetic for the pain that I would normally have in the course of cleaning. The chairs they use have massaging technology built in.

Dr. Skiadas has been extremely helpful and professional helping me build confidence and security with my smile. I would recommend him to anyway in need of dental help. He has a fantastic team of hygienist that are very friendly and talented in what they do. His assistant CJ was awesome during my visit today.

After a rocky start they definitely looked out in the end, I’d recommend a visit if needed!

Smilebuilderz advertises that they have emergency services. Even though I am a patient there, when I called for emergency services over the Memorial Day weekend (I first called on a Friday night then again on Saturday), I was told that I could come on on Saturday, and sit around and see if they could squeeze me in between appointments. I couldnt afford to come in and just sit around. This is not emergency service! No offer to call me if they had a cancellation or anything. Also, the phone receptionist was very rude. Shes not what a practice wants to put out there as the first contact for their business! Very disappointed! All that, and Im still in pain and worried about my health! They are just money grabbers! And those trite little responses to reviews dont fool anyone about their care or quality!

I got my fillings done today by Dr. Mathura and assistant Kiana and let me just tell you how welcomed and comfortable they made me feel. I came in very anxious and they made me feel calm the entire time. The appt was supposed to take over an hour but they got me in and out very quickly. Very pleased!!

They are always helpful and willing to work with my schedule, Dr.Skiadas and Megan his hygienist make you feel comfortable and relaxed, I have a huge fear of the dentist and they make sure I know step by step what is happening and ask how I’m doing throughout the process.

To start off I waited for 45 minutes after the time my appointment was scheduled for. At the end of my appointment I was told someone would contact me about a follow up appointment but after over a week with no contact I called in. I was then told they dont call patients about follow up appointments and that I was supposed to call in. It seems that they do not respect patients time in the slightest.

This practice gives an illusion of being clean, friendly, and patient focused, however the most important aspect of a healthcare facility is missing, patient experience/satisfaction. I called in 2x and spoke with an apathetic front desk rep (Denise). I asked her if I could set up an appointment due to bad tooth pain. She told me to go online. I let Denise know that the online system was showing no appointments until the middle of June (1.5 months out). She said Sorry, thats what we have. Ok great... no emergency appointments? I called back again a few hours later, hoping to speak with someone else. Got Denise again. She refused to transfer me to an office administrator, as I had questions that Denise kept responding I dont know maam to. I asked her what I should do in the case of an oral emergency, she said, you can try to walk in and see if theyll see you. Incredibly helpful advice for someone in pain and who would need to take the time off work to MAYBE be seen.Furthermore, Smilebuilderz only releases your medical records on 2 days out of the month and charges a $35/fee.The flashing lights and optics of a caring practice are a show, as they clearly cant be bothered to help find a solution to a customers/patients issue.
