On my Insurance so I can’t complainJust wish the phone would work so I can call

Scheduled us for a 1:00 pm FaceTime appointment on a Thursday. They called us the day before to confirm the appointment and to make sure we send in our new patient paperwork. On the day of, I called them to tell them that I was emailing the paperwork to them for the 1:00 pm appointment and they would get it in a few minutes and they said ok they would look for it. At 1:30 pm we still hadnt received the FaceTime call so we called the office and they said that the doctor doesnt do appointments/see patients past one... meaning he leaves the office at 1:00 pm. They had no intention of ever keeping the appointment, and never even called to reschedule or cancel. My husband had taken unpaid time off work for this appointment and they didnt have the decency to call and cancel, or even tell us on either phone call we had in the 24 hours prior to appointment time.

Contracted an eye infection during overnight study. Dont let them apply their unsanitary used headgear to you. Insist on receiving it from original package before you sleep. Bring your own mask if you have one.

Didnt talk about my problems all he d told me was to go to the ER again and again when I have already gone he was no help
