New to the Antelope Valley and was not having success finding a good doctors office until I found Family First. Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant and kind (not just friendly). Waiting time to see the staff has been minimal. As I was leaving the last time my blood sugar became low and I almost passed out while checking out. Rather than just hope I felt better they let me stay and staff monitored my condition until I felt better. Thats just not being friendly, its being kind and thoughtful. Thank you Dr. Nasser and thank you to all the staff that have been so nice - it is greatly appreciated!

I like the people in the front office very much. Very efficient and friendly. What I am not equally pleased with is the medical staff. They have made several errors that should not have been made by experienced personnel.

The staff is always friendly and very professional. The office and rooms are clean and comfortable. It is also very nice, as Ive never had to wait for any long periods of time. And a plus is the way they schedule, there is never a waiting room full of patients.

I have been seeing Dr Nasser for almost 8 years and love that she is patient, friendly and knowledgeable. She tries holistic approaches to help avoid medications as able, which is much appreciated when pharmaceuticals are prescribed instead of trying to fix the root problem and improve health overall. I finally decided to switch doctors because I was having such a hard time with my last doctors office. I am SO happy I did. The experience has been a night and day difference. The staff is all so kind and Dr. Nasser is just amazing. Family first is a great place to go for your medical appts. They are very friendly, easy to set up an appt and you don’t have to wait a long time to be seen. When you leave a message they get back to you within a day or two. Very efficient with referrals and prescription renewals. I love the staff and have seen many of the nurses and doctors. Since they are all good I honestly do not mind who I see when I go in as I have never had a bad experience. I would definitely recommend them.

My blood pressure was abnormally high and I was able to get a same day appt. When I arrived I was an emotional mess. Nurse Ashley was a Godsend. Not only did she keep track of my vitals, she was so caring and soothing . Her calming voice, pleasant smile and her genuine concern aided in my blood pressure lowering and my tears stopping. Thank you so much Nurse Ashley you are an angel.

It was my first time going into the office of family first medical practice and overall it was a great experience. The wait time was reasonable (about 10 min) and the receptionists were nice and helpful. My appointment was handled excellently and I felt very comfortable throughout. Highly recommend.

As a new patient to Family First I was referred to Dr. Nasser by at least 5 different people. I found Dr. Nasser to be everything and more of what I was looking for in a doctor. As most doctors, shes very busy but she took the time to assess my mental state as well as my physical state. She listened to me and followed through with my health concerns with tests bringing my medical records up to date.The staff at the front desk is always very helpful and pleasant too. I noticed that they answer each others phones, so no phone is left ringing and ringing. If someone is away from their desk, someone will leave their desk to attend to my needs so Im not left waiting.Its not an overstatement to say, I love my doctor. Dr. Nasser is very educated and compassionate and Ill bet her love of the Lord has something to do with that. The person who is in charge of filling prescriptions in this office is totally incompetent. I can’t count the number of times I have tried to get a new or monthly prescription filled and this person has failed to get it done. If you see a doctor and they send it in while you’re there, it is fine, but if you have to call them for it, forget about it. You are NOT getting your prescription. Totally frustrating!!

I saw Michi for my high blood pressure and she was incredibly attentive to detail and ensured that I kept following up with her until my BP was under control and I had the proper medication that my body needed. She is amazing. I even started taking my mom to her.

Dr. Sherfey and his staff were excellent! Very prompt, efficient, organized and professional. I was seen before my appointment time, the attending nurse took my vitals and was very pleasant and engaging. Dr. Sherfey thoroughly explained my diagnosis, and my options for treatment. I wasnt waiting in a room for a long time, (they got me in and out) and I was treated like a PERSON and told the TRUTH. Great overall experience!

Another wonderful visit with Dr Nasser at Family First Family Medical Practice. The staff is great and always asks how my family and son are. Office is clean and has beanbags, books, table and chairs for children. There are toys in every room to help keep children entertained.Dr. Nasser really cares about my whole health. She understands how my families health effects mine ans is willing to listen. You don’t have to worry about leaving a message for medication and paper work requests and not get a prompt response because they will get things done ASAP. For the most part your doing a good job. Some aspects are still in need of help. Hold times on the phone and returning calls could be improved upon. The care Im receiving is very good service.

This medical facility is the worst on the planet. The Office staff is clueless and after being with this office for well over 6 months, I never saw the Doctor, Yet I was seen by two worthless Nurse practitioners that were worthless and had no idea what to do. Never asked me a single question about my health or complaints. Each time I walked into the office it was like a ghost town and now I know why. They have done no lab work or other tests on me and I am on Dialysis have prostate cancer and other problems. Do not go to this office if you want to survive.

I visited Dr. Nasser for a professional medical exam. I found her and her team to be very warm and welcoming, a truly professional office and the procedures were explained well throughout. I definitely plan to return for primary care and other treatments for my family.

Both family and patients come first here. Exceptional on the part of the doctors and staff to follow-up on my procedure and check on how I am doing. I am very pleased to work with them and trust that my health is in good, accommodating hands.
