I would first like an explanation to this request BECAUSE I received the exactsame survey approximately 4 to 5 weeks ago. I took the survey and wrote what I felt was a very nice letter about something that Dr. Phillips did when I was hospitalized. Why this repetition? It appears you DO NOT read these surveys. I was planning to pay both my wifes and my yearly MDVIP tomorrow (3/18/20). Your record keeping appears to be quite shoddy to say the least. Best Family Doctor I’ve known!! I have been seeing Dr. Phillips since my days in the USMC. He listens understands, cares and treats each of his patients like a member of his own family! Can’t say enough great things about the care received from Dr. Phillips and his staff!
Persistent dizziness - Dr. Phillips referred me to an ENT who then sent me to a very good Physical Therapist, who diagnosed and treated the problem. Thank you, Dr. Phillips for the referral.
Dr. Phillips is both knowledgeable and friendly. I am a MDVIP patient and it is an AWESOME service for both myself and my children. It seems like kids get sick at the most inconvenient times and its never a bother for him. He sees us on weekend and evenings and as soon as possible. My parents as older people have MDVIP and they couldnt be happier. My mother battled a very aggressive form of brain cancer and Dr. Phillips provided support even though she had moved on to specialists. He truly cares for his patients and I couldnt think of trusting my families health care to someone else.
Dr. Phillips is the epitome of the dedicated family practice physician. What more can I say?
