While there have been some growing pains at this practice, mainly with phone and receptionist services, Ihave had excellent service from all staff each encounter.since July. Today Jayce was efficient, super friendly as was Angela Dressler, CNP. Jayce provided the best phlebotomist service I can recall.

Absolutely terrible. I cant believe this place is in business. Someone needs to report them to the medical board or whom ever oversees medical practices. No one answeres the phone. It takes days for return phone calls, they refuse to take refill requests from the pharmacy and I havent seen the same doctorsince they changed from Colonade.

Absolutely Terrible and borderline negligent. No one EVER answers the phone. The staff repeatedly fails to send in refill prescriptions and must be hounded to do so. Nurse taking vitals failed to even wear a mask during my last appointment in MARCH. Disgusted and finding a new GP.

If I could put zero stars I would. My COVID test was done on the 14th..still no answer. They never answer the phone. “Oh it’s probably in a stack of paper” was the response I got concerning my results. In the meantime, I go to the emergency room to be told I have pneumonia. Called this doctor again to follow up.....nothing. This is the most unprofessional medical office I’ve seen in my life.

I called to be a new patient. They said come in and fill out paperwork. 1st attempt: No one would answer window.2nd attempt: No one answered. A patient had been waiting for an hour, so I got little loud. They called the patient back, and looked at me as Im the problem.3rd attempt: I talked to doctor because staff still too lazy. I just wanted doctor to know his staff is going to cripple his effort to help people. Doctor offered to get me papers, but I cant go where theres bad staff.

Im a new patient and I find the office staff is quite rude unsympathetic to your suffering overall lacking knowledge about insurance and other things that inpact a patient. You would think the doctor or medical staff would read reviews and do something about the ongoing problem.

Office staff never calls back and as a result, my mother waits and waits and STILL has to call back and remind them. Slow at sending in prescriptions if they get sent at all. Always having to wait and wonder. Sara Sargent is tops and very nice but, thats where Ill stop

I have been going for years. Paul Schorr is who I see. If I arrive early he seeing me. I dont even wait 5 min. His personality and listening skills is what makes him a great Doctor. He is a very good. Highly recommend.

I am a patient at Colonnade Medical Group. I called around 8:00 this morning to try and get seen today because I am pretty sure I have strep throat. I had to leave a message and asked them to call me as soon as possible. Its almost 1:30 and still have not heard back from them. Upon reading other reviews it seems that the office staff does not know how to return phone calls. This is definitely not how you treat a patient!!!

Dr. Sargent and her staff are amazing they make you feel like family and they are really wonderful at their jobs. dr. Sargent is extremely perceptive of your feelings or emotions and physically how you feel and she is spot-on on how to prescribed the right medication or treatment

My dad started going to Paul Schorr PA and now my kids and I see Dr. Hampton DO.Dr. Hampton is great, wonderful bedside manner and explains everything very well.The only complaint I have is with the office. I call to make an appointment for my father, I left a message at 8am. They finally returned my call at 2:30pm.... I did insist on getting him in that day and he saw who was available. They are bad about answering the phones and about calling back.

Been waiting on meds that require prior auth for over a month called in after trying for 2 weeks cause apparently they dont answer the phone after 4 even though they close at 5 woman was rude right off the bat as usual tells me there is no prior auth and she has no idea what Im talking about ....and that it has not been over month its been only one month ..because thats so much better ....sara is wonderful !!!! But everyone under her is a joke ill never step foot back in there again....

Quite an anomaly. I have been a patient for about a decade. Doctors seem highly respected and competent. This review is not a reflection on them but on the office management. Staff seems to have highs and lows, perhaps because of the atmosphere created by management. Office management could not be worse. For example, I called and the recorded message allows you to go to scheduling, lab, etc., etc. No matter what selection you make, you do not receive personal care. They do not answer the phone. You are to leave a message and they are supposed to call you back. I called at elevenish and left a message. Later, I tried a different extension and left another message. Its been days and nary a phone call. Perhaps the office manager does not know how to manager the office? The phone is the major channel through which business communication with patients and the public is conducted and this business seems decidedly anti-social. Doctors and staff of Colonnade - can you fix this situation? If the problem can be rectified, I would be pleased to modify my review. Thank you.

Front office staff at check in not good at all. Abrupt, condescending at times. If your just scheduling usually no problem. If you call to ask specific questions about a visit or information you didnt receive,etc. they tend to become defensive and rude. If you ask what the cost will be for certain tests beforehand, everyone there seems to look at you like your cheap or something. Husband and I started coming here 3 yrs ago. Hes ready to find another office, as am I.

Today I called in because I had some problem trying to get my prescription so I needed to call my doctor (Paul Schorr)(who I LOVE) to straighten it out and I called in and the receptionist(Hilary) was completely rude to me from the second she picked up the phone. She kept telling me that he wasn’t there anymore and he hasn’t been there for a year but I clearly saw him in August 2018 because I have the paperwork from it. I barley could get a word in because she kept interrupting me and she then proceeds to hang up on me. I try to call back and she would pick up and hang up on me EVERYTIME! I was trying to find some answers on where my doctor was because I was an upset patient. That was so unprofessional and AWFUL AND COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY. I don’t recommend that office AT ALL! DONT GO THERE

The Drs are great if u can get a straight answer on who you are supposed to be seeing....appointment made with one person then they put u with someone else....the one who answers the phone speaks to u as if u are an idiot....
