The truth is that this place disappoints. the office staff is disappointing. I called to see my daughter because she had a fever. They told me that I could not attend more than 50 people in the day and they hung up on me, they did not let me make the appointment for another day also when you go to the appointment they leave you an hour waiting to attend it and if you arrive 10 minutes late they will not attend you, I mean, this is kind of silly. I do not recommend this clinic because the office staff is very inefficient

I love this office. The people who work there are amazing and Crystal Clark is one of the best around. She always tries to accommodate her patients and see them in a timely manner. Even if she were to move (which I pray she doesnt) Id take my children to her. Above and beyond any one else.

Crystal and Brandy are the best pediatric providers. They are very knowledgeable and you can tell they love caring for their patients.

I wish they had been my doctors all throughout childhood. I saw Crystal and she was super professional and nice. I felt seen, heard, and secure at Morphis like no other doctors office.

The exam room that I was in didnt have any ventilation so it was very stuffy! Everything here needs to be updated! The doctors are super nice! I would recommend the doctors to everyone! They just need a better place to work out of.

I have NEVER had a problem with the doctors or staff at Morphis Pediatrics. I chose them while I was pregnant with my daughter and have loved the service Ive gotten from them for the past 5 years. They are very sweet people and treat her like gold. My longest wait in this office was 30 minutes and they were behind that day because they had a lot of sick walk ins which to me is understandable. It was my daughters well child visit so I didnt mind letting sick children go before us, I asked themto take the sick kids first because they were in need! My daughter loves this place.

They are the best kind of people there at morphis. Never rude, or in a bad mood. I feel like when I take my kids there they are getting the time they need to be seen, never rushed. They are amazing, all the staff there as well

Uncaring office staff. Because my records were switched previously refused to see my daughter. The receptionist never offered me the forms to transfer records back and or schedule my daughter an appointment. She was not helpful and well actually she did help me remember why I left in the first place.

BAD! DO NOT GO! UNPROFESSIONAL!I had a previous review on here but now I have a worse one! This place is very unprofessional. I changed my childs pediatricians.I received a letter stating:Since our office staff is awful, our wait time is awful and you have a problem with one of the best pediatricians in Lancaster we feel that our office is not the place that you need to be taking your child for her medical care. We are sorry that you have also had a problem with one of our receptionists concerning an appointment so maybe you will get better treatment somewhere else.Just to set the record straight, Dr. Hussey is from the Phillipines and is a very capable pediatrican and we feel that we are lucky to have her in our practice.Please sign a records release at your daughters new pediatricans office so that we may send her medical records as quickly as possible as we would not want to give you something else to complain to the public about.i feel this is very unprofessional and made me not like the office even more!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!

Very disappointed to find out there is no doctor here what I thought was a doctor is an APRN Hess is a nurse not a doctor.
