I am so thankful that since being on mediCAL I am able to go here. Its quiet, not full and perfect for the basic needs I go here for. Definitely way less stress than other facilities. Btw the lab closes at 4:30 pm and there is no longer an urgent care here so you have to go to the Palmdale Facility.

Marsha and her nurse were the best.Marsha was so kind and professional. She is so intelligent and helped me with all my issues. When I go back for a follow up it will be with her. Her nurse is awesome.

We have been patients with Marsha for years. Always kind and concerned for our well being. The staff up front are awesome. My only concern is when the changed to Heritage. They suck. To many restrictions.

Very upset with this Doctors office. My mother’s past 2 appointments have been cancelled to see the neurologist without a valid reason. My mother suffers from serious health issues. Her medication has been declined due to her having to visit the Dr. how will she see the doctors if her appointments keep getting cancelled. I tried calling the administration office and have left 2 voicemails with no call back, I have been trying to speak with someone in their office because this is not right! Very upset with this facility.

We have CHOSEN to use Sierra Medical Group for over 30 years as our Primary Health Care Providers. Over the past few years, the medical team as decreased tremendously and services are substandard.Today, my husband was called and asked if it was possible to come in earlier for his appointment. We came in before the appointment time. He was not seen for another hour and a half! This is pure arrogance making patients wait for so long, especially when you call the patient to come in early!It is sad that patients and long term clients have been disregarded. They need to hire more doctors and treat them with respect so they stay. We won’t have to wait so long because the best doctor in the group is over booked! Let me say that there is a tremendous pediatrician and the medical support staff is wonderful!However, please consider that your patients CHOOSE this medical group. No one should have to wait so long to see a physician!

I just want to say the doctor himself is amazing however the staff are bordering on incompetent. They care more about billing practices than their actual patients. They have zero empathy and concern for patients (especially small children) who need their doctor and not a stranger. Nobody returns phone calls, takes weeks on end to get someone and when you do they have zero desire to help. This is NOT the way to treat patients but especially those that are loyal and CHOOSE to bring you their business.

I consistently receive top-shelf customer care/support from my primary care provider–Dr. Nguyen.Additionally, the Supervisor, Lisa, is an incredibly dedicated, hard-working, professional and efficient leader. She takes great strides to ensure all the healthcare professionals under her management provide the best service and care possible..!!

I have been going twice a week for the past six months for allergy shots and staff is wonderful. I’ve had some emergencies, when I was a bit late and was still seen. However, I called ahead of time and said I was running late and moved me to a later appointment.The pediatrician is very understanding,caring,quick to answer messages, fills out school paperwork quick without a hassle. There was a time when my child woke up sick and I called ahead of time and there was no appointments to see the pediatrician that day. I personally explained the situation to the doctor and he was able to see my baby that moment.

As always we had a great visit and he was interested in any problems I may have and always want to get to the bottom of them. I feel he is a wonderful Doctor.

Went to urgent care this morning under the advise of Dr. Baileys assistant. I was having chest pain, dizziness, with shortness of breath. I told the front desk the symptoms I was experiencing. 20 minutes went by when I was called up to get insurance information. My daughter went back up to remind them of my symptoms and ask a nurse to check my blood pressure. After an hour of waiting and gerting worse I told them again that I was having chest pain. No one seemed to care what so ever. I asked the front desk what the nurses name was, at first she wouldnt give it to me. After demanding it I got the name Nicole. I had to to leave and have my daughter take me to Antelope Valley emergency room. My blood pressure was extremely high and considered a hypertension stage 3/hypertensive crisis. With not many people in the urgent care I dont understand why a nurse could not make time to check on me.

I show up at 530 pm and they open at 5pm.3 people in front me of me, reception doesnt acknowledge me at the counter for over 5 minutes. I cough, she says nothing and hands me a box with mask, I said yes? She said you have to put this on. Okay....Im fine with that but use a little communication and professionalism. Im there for 15 minutes and she tells me the wait will be at least an hour and a half....JOKE!!!!DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

The medical assistants dont answer the phone and dont return messages. Any time I have needed a specific question answered it has taken days of calling and leaving voice mails to get a response. The staff is also not very knowledgeable; sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy, etc.

I suffer from chronic migraines and went into urgent care yesterday. Besides the fact that the people at the front desk were immediately rude. There was only myself and one other woman, and when we arrived the front desk lady seemed annoyed and only concerned with chatting with the security guard that was present. After WAITING for 3 HOURS, for god knows why. I was seen and the Dr just immediately prescribed me something for migraines. Go to get my prescription today and it was never even sent over. Its so frusturating that people cant do there job. I will be switching my healthcare provider ASAP! No one waste your time going to this urgent care because they dont care to help you.

Short wait, effective diagnosis, quick recovery!

Today my husband and I went to Urgent Care in Lancaster, Ca. I would advise anyone whom is feeling ill to go anywhere, but here! Upon arival I could tell our very presence irritated the old woman at the check in desk though we were the only two people there. She commented after our describing our symptoms to her that she had the same thing and that my husband and I would live at this point I was crying. She then told who I believe was the x-ray tech to go ahead and leave because my husband and I had a little cold and we would not be needing a chest x-ray as if she was some sort of doctor. We waited about 20 minuets for this old woman to type in our information and all the while we could hear her sighing as if her job was too much for her brittle soulless body to handle. We kept our composure and were not rude back. We fully believe in karma. Once we were called in the nurse taking our vitals was also cold to us, but not as rude as the crypt keeper at the front desk. We were finally seen by Dr. Rosana Budd in her full surgical mask and gloves. Dr. Budds first and only question was if we smoked cigarettes or cannabis we said yes to both, believing in honesty. From that point on we were treated like drug addicts. She berated our lifestyle choice in smoking cannabis and said it was worse than smoking cigarettes. She accused my husband of going through withdrawls due to his anxiety and perspiration on his brow. We were talked down to and told that we were sick because we smoked cannabis. She reluctantly gave us antibiotics and sent us on our way. I have never been so offended by a medical staff in my entire life. Please, do not go here if you need any medical attention. These people act like youre being there at all is a huge inconvenience to them. I have never wanted to choke an old lady so bad in my entire life. Nor, have I ever been treated so poorly by someone carrying a doctors tittle. These people, I promise you, do NOT care! Do not waste your money, time, or effort to get well at this place! I will NEVER got to this Urgent Care again and I will make it my business to tell everyone I know not to go here!

I visited urgent care for the first time, and was greeted by Brittania who very professionally gave me all the information I needed to proceed with my visit. Once inside nurse Paris took care of me with her holiday personality quick and professionalism I was taken to a room to be seen by the Dr. Who suggested I get an xray. Technician Jeanee took the xray avoiding to cause me any unnecessary pain sent me back to Dr. Anna who checked me, gave me my results,explained the reason of my discomfort, prescribed medication and wished me good luck. This was an incredible visit to urgent care

Great staff... my husband has had hemaplegia ever since he was four, and a few days ago I had decided to go with him to his appointment for the first time... Honestly I can not stress enough how great this place is... First off the front desk was amazing, never had I seen such an awesome display of professionalism and kindness... It was a very clean atmosphere... The waiting time to be seen by his doctor was very short... Nurse Enise was very kind and personable, I can tell that she really takes pride and care in both her job, as well as all the patients she came in contact with, letting me and my hubby know that if we ever had any questions about anything to make sure to ask for her and she will be more than happy to answer any questions we might have... Dr. Nanalis was amazing very kind and took the time to listen to any problems or concerns that my hubby and I had, she was very personable, and quite honestly, I found that she really cares about all of her patients... When we asked her for a referral for an Orthopedic Doctor as well as an Outpatient Doctor for my hubbys leg and arm we had received a call that same day letting us know that both referrals were approved... Its so awesome to learn that my hubby receives the best care and being treated so well whenever he has a doctors appointment 😊... Honestly, I would refer this facility to anyone, and everyone... The only negative is that I wish this place accepted my health insurance so that I can come here as well LOL, such an awesome staff, as well as excellent service 🤗😊 couldnt be more pleased

Urgent care was great not a long wait at all the Dr. was very nice and interested in my care office nice neat and clean I have no complaints.

Instead of calling this place Sierra Medical Group, the name should be Sierra Medical Joke! From the Lady that came into the exam room in Urgent Care, who didnt even bother to introduce herself so I dont know if she was a P.A., or a N. P., or just a Wantta be, to the incompetent Pharmacy that cant find a prescription 5 minutes after they had it in their hand, this place is a JOKE!!I have a history of bronchitis, and very familiar with the signs and symptoms. After a recent attack of bronchitis, with a cough lasting longer than three weeks, my cough had not improved and I was starting to get a pain near the left shoulder blade when I cough. Instead of enduring the pain I have been dosing myself with cough syrup so I am not coughing constantly. After threats from my family I went in to this Sierra urgent care. The woman who came into the exam room did not even have the common courtesy to introduce herself and I never did get a good glance at a name badge, so Im not sure who she was or what she was but this lady had the nerve to tell me that since I did not cough while she was in the exam room my cough could not be very bad or the pain be very bad. She did have me get a chest X-ray. She said, no pneumonia, just a cough! Handed me a SHEET of prescriptions and told me to go to the pharmacy at the end of building. Also part of Sierra Medical JOKE!!Pharmacist said he wanted to discuss the medication after I paid and I said not necessary because Ive taken the 3 meds before. He grumbled something in a foreign language and walked away. When cashier called me up, she carried 3 boxes & another tech brought over 2 more boxes!! For just a cough, 5 different medications? Oh, my co-pay? $114.00. I said no and started to leave and instead I asked for the prescription back so I could go someplace else. They CANT FIND IT!!I call Urgent Care back to see if they could call the prescription in to a different pharmacy. Call back an hour later and this Connie person tells me she has called me 2 times in regards to the prescription, she said she even left a message. BS!! She may have called someone but not me!!I could be on my deathbed and if Sierra Medical JOKE said they could cure me, I would go ahead and Die before I let ANYONE associated with this place come near me!!Update: I went to Walmart and had the same prescriptions filled, $86.00.

If you want to stay sick, please visit this Urgent care. Doctors dont care what you say. They go by what they want you to hear.Went in with chest pain and coughing. No lab work, no vivals, no xray. Dr going to prescribe a med I am deathly allergic to, without looking a case history . STAY AWAY from this place.

I saw a Dr there and left knowing nothing. She said to call her assistant and he never answers. I will be changing my Insurance to somewhere else

Has anyone ever spent 6hrs @ an Urgent Care? Dont go there for anything... Only if its your last resort.

My family and I have been patients here for @13 years because we dont have any other choice. I dread coming here, front desk people are very incompetent and often rude. They only have one pediatrician who is in only twice a week ( and he is not worth the long wait) People around cannot even tell you how much longer you have to wait after waiting 45 past your appointment. Do yourself a favor and Keep your blood pressure under control by NOT coming to this place.
