I was in need of an immediate appointment. I am very dizzy and have vertigo. Especially when laying down. I suspected that I may have a problem with my inner ear. The receptionist said that I could have an appointment 12 days from now. Apparently there is no protocol for patients who have an immediate need to see a doctor. I’m going elsewhere.

The operation is good and people are nice. But taking us to hospital for a tiny operation is super expensive and really does not worth it. Hospital service costs 20 times more than the cost charged by the doctor. If I know in advance the cost I would not process it at all. However, there is no transparency at all for things like it.

Im having a very difficult time scheduling a tonsillectomy for my two children. We had a great experience with Dr. Belser for the initial consult, but I have called at least 4 times and have still been unable to schedule the procedures. I have only been able to speak with one receptionist who said she would call me back and that was 3 weeks ago. Im inclined to chose a different practice, but Im not crazy about spending another $300 for an initial consult somewhere else.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Belser’s since 2016 and he has always given me great medical care. It’s great to have a doctor you can trust when you move to a new place like I did!

I cant speak for the other two doctors but I had nothing but an amazing couple of visits with Dr. Belser. He was so patient and attentive to me and I was super comfortable with him. I ended up having to have surgery on my neck and his staff at the surgery center were incredible. I was nervous around needles so before doing anything they made sure I was comfortable and even stood around to talk to me while I was getting an injection.After the procedure, Dr.Belser was there to talk to me and explain everything. I went back for a follow-up and he couldnt have continued to be friendlier to me.I highly recommend going to him as an ENT. Best experience that Ive ever had with a doctor and staff at a surgery center.

So very pleased with Dr. Davis. His timeliness for appointments and willingness to listen were extremely appreciated. He diagnosed and treated me so quickly that my months of ear issues were cleared in three weeks! Thank you!

Recently had a thyroglossal cyst surgically removed by Dr Belser. I am pleasantly surprised at the improvement post op. I am announcing that I am back at 110%. I didnt realize how much the thing affected my swallowing and breathing. All went as planned. Thanks to the team!

I have had sinus problems for most of my life and finally decided it had gotten too far. Dr. Rosenfeld had done the same surgery on my father and sister in 2008 and they have not had any problems since! I knew there would be no other surgeon or doctor that I would trust. I had endoscopic surgery in July 2019, and I had such an amazing experience. My recovery time was short, I experienced only discomfort in the first three weeks (absolutely no pain) I have not had any problems since my surgery and I genuinely feel amazing.

Took my son here for fluid build up in ear/hearing loss. Dr Davis took almost no time to explain what he was thinking nor did he really answer questions. On the second visit, asked to schedule with Dr Belsor and it was a completely different experience! He did really well explaining things to us and included my 5 year old son in the discussion.

I had no problem getting an appointment. Once there, the staff was efficient and prompt. I didnt wait long in the waiting room and was seen by the doctor promptly too.

I was in need of an urgent ear appointment. I went to the urgent care, they were unable to help me. Four days later I called Dr. Belzer and asked for an appointment. They accommodated me quickly.The staff is professional, kind and friendly. Dr. Belzer is professional, knowledgeable and funny!

Dr. Davis performed our son’s tonsillectomy. We are very happy with the care he received. Dr. Davis called to check up on him and responded (himself) to our calls with questions and concerns following the surgery. Would recommend!

I found it odd to pay for the visit prior to seeing the doctor. Definitely research other options and read the reviews for this practice. After all, as the doctor stated, Your health issues may just be Mind over Matter.

So disappointed with this office! I called to check on insurance coverage before coming in but once there received different information. I was then forced to shell out money before even meeting the doctor. I was given no paperwork of any sort to fill out. Saw the doctor and he told me just to deal with my problem instead of sending me for any tests of offering any sort of reason why it may be happening. He also continued to incorrectly dictate my information to the computer showing obvious disconnect between the information I gave him and the information he understood. So at the end of the day this appointment will cost me hundreds of dollars for absolutely nothing. Please go see someone else to avoid this problem!Update 1 - $261 = HUNDREDS of dollars. (More than 1)And having vascular issues in your head that can be life threatening ARE in need of MORE than a hearing test. The doctor didnt even understand the difference between ringing in your ears and your pulse in your ears. Such a shame. Dont waste your time people!Update 2 - MRV with contrast showed a vascular problem in my venous sinus and I will be needing surgery. So yes, testing was needed. And No, I should just live with it! How awful to have dismissed this.

I’ve seen Dr. Rosenfeld over the past years for ear infections due to ear plugs at work. He always is easy going and extremely extremely knowledgeable! I actually rank him as the #1 doctor I’ve seen in my life. I Highly highly recommend him!

Dr. Davis performed my total thyroidectomy and he was phenomenal throughout the whole pre-op and post-op process. Very knowledgeable, personable, and compassionate. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Jeffrey Davis.

They are quick to get you in and have your problems resolved. Dr. Rosenfeld is very knowledgeable and provides lots of strategies to help reduce your sinus pain or whatever may be the issue. I had sinus surgery and a deviated septum corrected and it all went very well!

I took my Grandmother here due to her loss of hearing and let me tell you I would never recommend this place to anyone. I forget who she saw but after running her hearing test the Dr. told me to and I quote I should take her out back and shoot her I was in total shock and taken back To make matters worse, he said this to me and in the presence of my young child. Luckily my Grandmother doesnt speak english very well, but it took everything in me not tell him off. I didnt want to scare my kid. Needless to say we wont be going back.

The one star is for Dr Davis. He is a rude and obnoxious person. To compound his ugly personality he has bad breath. Avoid him like the plague. I am going back for follow up but only with a different doctor. If your appointment is with Davis, ask for someone else of find a different medical group.

Dr. Rosenfeld is an outstanding physician. Staff and nurses are friendly and professional.

Dont waste your time here. Phone calls are not returned by staff and when you call in the phone number says it is no longer in service. When you do get someone on the phone they are rude and shorttampered. Dr. Belser is great, but unfortunately his staff has my family looking for another office.

Davis is a joke.

Dr Rosenfeld is usless. So on his diag I spend thousands of dollars,go through all of the risks of having a surgical procedure AND MY NOSE IS ZERO,I REPEAT ZERO PERCENT BETTER!!!!Everything with him is a deviated septum. NOT only did he NOT improve my ability to breath through my nose he made it worse then it was originally because NOW I have a persistent whistle. I cannot sleep or anything else with this. I attempted to discuss these problems with Rosenfeld and he said he would need to operate again and cut away at my turbinates. I questioned as to why he did not address this originally and he directed me to follow him out of the examination room so I followed him. He took me to the office foyer then walked away. As if to say heres the door. Unreal. Complete hack. Never again!

Dr. Davis , md is a JEFF graduate and his expertise shows that he is a well trained doctor in his specialty! Very satisfied regards consulting him for an issue ,per his second opinion, that was right on target.

Dr. Belser is awesome. He took out my tonsils and then a few years later completed septoplastt surgery with some type of “turbenite” reduction. I’m sure I’m not spelling that correctly but I am definitely breathing correctly. If you have sleep apnea, seriously consider consulting with dr. Belser. Not sure if this cured my sleep apnea but I feel like Mac trucks can drive up my nostrils😂I have never been able to breath this well in my 45 years of livingThanks soooo much Dr. Belser and the rest of your team!!

Dr Belser is the best! Hereditary has given me horrible sinuses - due to his expertise and knowledge I have now a sense of taste and smell, albeit not as great as it was years ago -but to me that was a quality of life issue and he was able to give me relief.

Dr. Davis was recommended to my mother for her ear problem. He tried to perform a procedure which was very uncomfortable and she could not tolerate. She asked him to please stop the procedure and he became very short-tempered with her. Seems to me you dont keep pushing through, when a patient says it was hurting that badly. She left the office with her ear bleeding. Would NEVER recommend him to anyone. Needless to say she wont be returning to that practice.

Gave me good news. Sinus surgery again would be of no help! More Doctors need the less is better approach.

Dr. Davis is the best. I went to another ENT group in ephrata. They wouldnt consider putting tubes in my ears to see if it helped. Dr. Davis did and it solved my whole problem.

Dr. Belser is very nice and animated while discussing information with us. His staff is wonderful and made me and my wife feel better about her surgery. We were sent to him by a Neurologist that was confident in his ability to help my wife. After meeting with other ENT Drs he was by far the most professional and his staff were top notch. We meet him on a friday and had the surgery the monday after. They were fast and efficient which was very helpful when dealing with my wifes sinus problem.

Dr. Belsen was absolutely amazing with my one year old !!! He needed to get tubes and he was amazing through the whole experience!!! He is great with kids!!!

I did like Dr. Rosenfeld, although he apparently does not perform the procedure that I was seeking and was told was available. I understand that Dr. Belser may.

Have attempted to get in touch with office and even though hours posted are 8 to 5 they switch to message service 10 min before closing and so far 15 minutes after opening and STILL no answer.

Hello to all prospective pts of Dr Davis. I think the man is a gentleman, excellent surgeon and dr. and amply skilled in diagnosing and treating , at least, my condition. Dr. D. performed a balloon sinuplasty on me in Oct. 2013 with excellent results. No problems or surprises came up. Dr. D. kept me well informed of the procedure and expectations. Has surgery/ removal of tonsils and uvula removal as well as septoplasty 7 years ago. While this is a painful procedure for anyone, I can say my life has improved dramatically. I had tried cpap, medication etc......been to a lot of doctor. Dr Davis made the decision to take this stuff out of my throat and fix my nose which was always blocked. No more allergies, no more inhalers, no more runny noses and swollen glands. I used to miss work at least once a month and it was ruining my career. I was tired ALL the time. I could wake up in the morning, eat breakfast and go back to bed until 1 in the afternoon. I had indigestion.irritability, overweight (57 270lbs 44 waist going on a 46) and allergic to everything. Because my throat had been blocked up so much any little allergy to something triggered a reaction and my throat would close up making it difficult to breathe. Other doctors treated me for asthma. My O2 sat was 96% it is now 99%. I am 212lbs 34 waist.My mental health has also improved. I wonder how many people have this problem and are accused of being lazy or malingering. If you have any problems like this forget about cpap and antibiotics every month, just get rid of that junk in your throat and you will feel better.Thank Dr Davis, you literally saved my life.
