The front desk staff is the best! Friendly, helpful and smiling.The Dr. and assistant are very nice & explain what they are doing & why & answer any questions you may have while examining your eyes. I had cataract surgery some years back & everything went well.I ordered glasses for the first time in November 2020. I got them and they just didnt work right for me.I was told that the eye glass part opens at 8:30 am but dont come til 8:45 am.? Staff was very nice. Glasses didnt work & they tried to adjust the nose pads to allow me to see better. (Bi-focals). Something just wasnt correct & I took them back to be returned to the lab for a correction before Thanksgiving. I had to call to check at the end of Dec.2020 to see if they ever came back, I got no call, no follow up, they didnt check about my glasses & they still have not been returned 1/5/21. I am very unhappy. I was told that someone would check on them this week & I still have heard nothing.? I will not buy glasses here ever again.

When I switched eye doctors from this horrible place, I took in my glasses because the lenses kept falling out. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to fix them because they said they should have never passed inspection. An expensive lesson to learn. If you value your time, money and eye health, you’ll want to find a more professional eye doctor.

First time visiting today. Loved the women who checked me in and I LOVED Dr. Saracino. The check in was quick and helpful even though they were training someone new! Dr. Saracino is a rockstar - he knows what hes doing, hes kind, hes quick, and it was an overall great experience for me. I cant wait for the dilation to wear off so I can try my new contacts! Very good experience. It was a clean and nice office and the staff get you in and out. Will be recommending them and going back.

I came in with conjunctivitis and Dr. Frisch took very good care of me.He also told me how UV rays from the sun can really damage the eyes.Most people think suns just cut glare or are a fashion statement. I didnt know they actually protect the eyes. Going back to their optical when my eye feels better and order a pair of sunglasses. Nice selection, too!

( can’t see why no glasses yet)Got and eye examination for prescription I wasSo nervous cause she shake so much and didn’t want to lose a eye. Got through that part pick 2 pair of glasses paid for 3 weeks later they have gotten only 1 pair in and it was the sunglasses not my reading or see glasses. Another week goes by they tell me. Some one at are office sign for them but she is on vacation and the don’t no we’re they are at. OkThe following week they call could not find glasses need to order another from there carrier find. Now we’re going on almost 7 week no glasses they to me there being cut fitted and ship next week by Tuesday. Very very uncool.Would go to someone else but have to start all over again plus my insurance already been billed there not going to pay 2 times. These are the same people said found something in my eye as I’m a diabetic. This whole practice need to retrain everyone from the janitors to the eye 👁 doctor this is unacceptable and correct ASAP not at 7 weeks later. Very disappointed.

This is one of the few doctors offices where I didnt feel like a number. The receptionists and staff were very pleasant. Dr. Frisch gave me a thorough eye exam and carefully explained why I was having issues with my vision. The frame selection was current and the optician was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding what type of lenses would suit my needs.

I had a very good appointment experience here. The front desk people were friendly and the doctor was very thorough. I would highly recommend this office.

I had been going there for almost 5 years, but the last time I was seen turned into a real disaster. My appointment was rescheduled twice. Doctor changed my prescription and apparently I had astigmatism, but none told me until I complained about my new glasses not feeling right. Front desk staff was friendly but my chart had my husbands paperwork in it, instead of mine. I should’ve listen to my gut that It was time to go somewhere else. It didn’t get better from there. New frame was uncomfortable and prescription caused a headache for four days. When I called about my options, they were giving an appointment a month out. After 4 times being there, I was expected to take time off from work to go back for re-examination to fit their schedule. Person who sold me the frames was never in the office when I called or went, and the only person helping me was a new employee who has been working there for only three months. Very disappointed. At the end, I’m donating my new glasses and keeping my old ones. I can’t get new frames for another two years. I have to find a new doctor and pay again. Very frustrating.

I was in to see Dr Frisch recently for a complete eye examination and the whole visit was very pleasant and efficient! I was checked in with a very nice receptionist and called back to one of the exam rooms by a technician. My examination by Dr Frisch was thorough and he took the time to explain everything to me. He also answered all my questions.I highly recommend Dr Frisch for all your eye health needs!I also want to say that I have been a patient of Dr Frisch for over 10 years and he has NEVER been rude to me or anyone else that I know of. If anyone writes a review that Dr Frisch was rude.....then they were probably unhappy or rude themselves. Unhappy people usually look for the worst in others around them.Also, being in the medical field myself.....if someone truly has an urgent eye injury, then they are not turned away or given an appointment several days later. Sometimes what non-medical people perceive as emergencies, actually are not. The office technicians/medical assistants have to listen and screen the patients symptoms to determine when they need to be seen, and when necessary, will be worked into the schedule.People who write bad reviews write their own view of what they think has happened and when these people are emotional or upset, their review may not be all that correct. For instance.....the woman complaining about her glasses and astigmatism and not knowing that she even had astigmatism. How can this be? Dr Frisch explains everything!! It is my opinion, that many people just dont listen to the doctor, or they dont ask questions at the examination. These people are always quick to complain and blame someone else!

First time I am unhappy. I called today due to eye injury and no openings until Wednesday. Today is Monday. I am now calling around trying to get someone to see me when Id rather, and should be, seeing my own dr.

Generally everyone has been friendly, helpful and caring--although there are times when I call and the person who I speak to is not very happy, you can tell by their voice. It would be helpful if the optom has hours other than tues, thurs and saturday. Otherwise I like this office, conveniently located-sometimes a struggle to pull out of parking lot and turn left. Watch out for people flying down Oregon Pike.

They cant help you. They dont have any appointment- Dont bother

The Dr was very rude and never ask his opinion on anything other than what youre there for, he will acuse you of making stuff up

Very friendly staff ,my appointment went well however it is almost a month later and i still havent received my glasses . I was told i would get my glasses withing 5 days and nothing yet . I called twice to check on the status and the second time i was told the wrong frames were received and had to be sent back .what bothers me the most is that they didnt have the courtesy to call me and let me know what was going on.

The person in the front desk (Vivian) unhappy person and very rude, also is the same one who answers the phone, where she got her education or her training, who knows, so be ready to deal with that.
