Great staff very accommodating and friendly ... Dr. Susan and Jamaiya were very patient and professional in performing their job. Ivan and i didnt get the name of the guy who was assisting us in looking for frames were so kind. Felt very comfortable in the clinic. Highly recommend.

I have known Dr. Chao-Kim for more than 20 years. She is very kind, caring and has her patients interest in mind while clearly explaining exam results.

My eye exam was thorough. My doctor was excellent and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and added information that I didnt know. Ive been an EYEXAM of California client for a number of years and Ive never been dissatisfied. I wasnt dissatisfied this time either. Id recommend EYEXAM and LensCrafters to any and everyone. Im very particular about my eyes but Id trust them to these guys-no problem.

Staff is always friendly and the store is always clean and nice. Everything is done super fast AND I got my glasses the same day! The Dr is the best I have seen yet and put me in the best, most comfortible contact leases Ive had yet. I have astigmatism and an odd sized eye so before the last two years I had used Lense Crafters I always had some sort of issue or discomfort. Since Ive been here, they have been absolutely perfect and comfortable. No readjusting or dryness and they do great with my extended wear. The staff was sweet in helping me pick out a pair of glasses and helped me decide on what looked best just as if I had brought in a friend. They are awesome!
