I do not normally leave reviews, but I was tempted to leave a review for Dr. Rohrlick due to the fact that the service was so superior, yet her google rating does not reflect this. I was greeted by great service and had an informative and thorough exam. She was extremely patient and kind, and the receptionist was polite. I will definitely be back for my yearly eye exams.

Lost a contact while on vacation. Was in the Park City Mall shopping for other things. Decided to stop in on a whim that they might have my prescription contact available. I told them my situation and they gave me one at no charge. Literally save the day! Thanks so much!

Wish I could leave a zero!Scheduled my appointment for this year at last years visit. I get my usual appointment confirmation email but am unable to confirm online so I call. Nobody answers so I leave a message and almost a week later get a call and am told the appointment I scheduled last year for this year was a “tentative” appointment and they booked someone for my time slot. Never in my life have I ever heard of a “tentative” appointment being scheduled a year in advance. I picked the date and time that suited me and I had it in my calendar. Instead of making it right and bumping the other person, they said they’d try and fit me in. NEVER got a call back but got an appointment confirmation for a different time that doesn’t work for me. Beyond upset.

I’ve been to a lot of different eye doctors over the years and never spent the appointment trying to to prove to the dr that the prescription she was advising was very fuzzy for me. She kept telling me it was because my eyes were fatigued even though it was a few steps under my current RX, which worked great. I had to come back after the RX kept me from seeing well, and they didn’t tell me I should have them in an hr before the appt. so they almost sent me home, and when I complained, the office came out from the back with an RX that matched my old one. the office is never open and it’s difficult to get in touch with them.

Great service, detailed process and very charming! Will definitely go back when I have to do my eye exam again!
