DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Julie is a very unskilled injector. I had fillers in February by her that were uneven and misplaced. Tear trough filler that created two massive uneven bags under my eyes. Uneven cheek filler and left dots of filler around my laugh lines. After exhausting help from her I had to seek help from another injector and finally a plastic surgeon in Tampa to dissolve her mess. Tons of money and time lost on her inability to do what she claims to be able to do. If you care anything about your appearance you will not allow this woman to touch you!

Olivia is the sweetest. She explains what she is doing. Facilities need some updating but the place is very clean.

Professional and personable staff, it feels like you’ve known them your whole life. Relaxing and cozy environment. Hands down the best injector in town, you can see she truly cares about her work. The Microneedling also left me with amazing results. They made me feel beautiful even without makeup and filters:)

This was my first time coming to a better you MedSpa via Groupon. My appointment was actually the following day but I had gotten my schedule switched up because I was so excited about getting my offer that I had paid for. Up on entering the building of course as I said I didnt not have my schedule correct, they managed to fit me in since I was already there because they had a cancellation and continued forth with my procedure. That made me so happy and it was so nice of them. The staff was so friendly and made me feel comfortable during my visit. How was so pleased that I immediately scheduled another appointment for a different procedure on the spot. I look forward to my next visit. This is my new home for my beauty needs.

I had the best facial from Olivia on Friday. It was so relaxing and refreshing. She was very professional. I would definitely recommend this service. Im going back again!

I am so happy with my results from the Botox I received at A Better You! Julie was super sweet and helpful. I have gotten Botox on my forehead area and the “lip flip” at two other local places and although I’ve been overall happy with it every time, I think I am most pleased with these results! Julie suggested slightly different placement to achieve the look I wanted and I can totally see a difference! The prices are great, too!

I paid 500.00 for a full syringe of lip filler- she told me after 2 weeks I would see the full result which was absolutely nothing. I returned 2 weeks later to show her, I had no changes after that 1 full syringe, so she charged me another 270.00 for a half syringe which still yielded no result. Shes an obvious con artist! Avoid and find a reputable esthetician.

I have known Castle for years, and she has been doing my brows flawlessly ever since I discovered her line of work. Where she goes, I’ll go! That’s the type of artist and stylist you want in your life. She’s calming, down to earth, and has an outstanding sense of humor! I highly recommend anyone, male or female, to book an appointment with her! There’s zero awkwardness, so if you’re hesitant about getting trimmed up, she will make your visit a breeze. As for the location, it is right off the highway, so easy to access. It’s in a cute little cabin-type building with access facing a fun little walkway. My favorite thing about this place after my first visit was being able to get text alerts, because like the rest of us, I’m always working and those come in handy! Also, if you’re worried about redness or pain, don’t be, I Have never experienced either when Castle waxes. Best service you can get, all around, hands down!

Out of The past 5-6 years of getting Botox I have never experienced such horrible resultsAnd customer service.Not only did Julie give me a bad injection, either watered down or almost expired,her placement was way off. I had to wear one eyebrow at the top of my forehead for over a month.When I went in to get her to try to fix it she charged me, after that it was still not right.Just beware purchasing their groupon and Im guessing the comments on here have obviously never been anywhere else or may not even realize what theyre getting.

I NEVER write reviews...EVER...but I had to take the time and write this as the entire staff deserves it! I felt like family the second I walked through the door. This is the third place that I have tried and there will not be a fourth! Their main goal is their clients and their outcomes...PERIOD! They knew what I already went through with the previous medical spas and went out of their way to correct their mistakes! I am so grateful I found you guys and will recommend you to everyone I know! If I could give a lower review, I would. I made an appointment online for a facial. The spa is half an hour from my house and it was for a day off after a few intense months of work. I showed up and the receptionist said, “We don’t really do facials.” It would have been helpful to have had a phone call beforehand letting me know. I had arranged my day around that appointment. I was pretty disappointed. There was no apology or acknowledgement of their mistake. Apologies go a long way.

Julie is absolutely amazing, I had Botox and fillers done and I am so happy with both. Julie makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during the entire process and her receptionist is an absolute sweetheart.

Just had my first experience with them today. I had lip fillers,botox and dermaplaining. These girls are amazing! I felt like i was talking to girlfriends! I will never go to another place. Cant wait to see how my lips turn out this was my first time with that. So far they look so good!

After reading an article by Christy Brinkley about how she has monthly microneedling to improve the texture of her skin. I have been going here, and I can say I see a huge difference in the texture of my skin. I’m 51 and the microneedling helps with the crepey skin that comes with age. There is basically no downtime, and all my friends say I look 10 years younger. On top of all the benefits of microneedling, I just adore the staff. It’s like hanging out with your girlfriends. I would 100% recommend a Better you Med Spa.
