Just spoke with a nurse over the phone in concerns for my childs health.. she was completely rude to me while not offering any kind of advice. So I dont know why anybody would feel comfortable actually showing up at this place. Whether or not they can give advice over the phone there was no need in being rude. So thank you very much for proving this is not a place where you should go if you want to be treated with adequate care. Steer clear of here. Look for help else where, nobody should be treated by people who dont care, your liable to lose your life or your childs life from their careless mistakes.

I would have rated this zero stars if I could. I took my 20 year old daughter to Turkey Creek Medical Emergency Room for sudden sharp and lingering pain on her right side waist area. As we approached the entrance 4 persons exited, non of them were wearing masks. Then we checked in, the employee was not wearing a mask but was shielded by plexiglass. The place was dingy & dirty. The nurse handling my daughter was hardly masked as it hung below her nose as she touched my daughters face and arm. We watched several people come in and sit in the same seat as my daughter. Not once was the area cleaned or sanitized. It is unacceptable that a healthcare provider isnt treating this pandemic with seriousness and cautiousness which dissolves trust for the patient. We chose to walk out after having waited nearly two hours and only had blood pressure taken. We decided to go to Park West which requires masks and upkeeps sanitation during visits.

Went there with what is obviously a broken hand. After a couple hours in waiting room, just left. There were several other people there when we got there who said they had been there several hours.

First of all, I saw my nurse twice the entire day. When she put me in a room around 9 am again at 5:30 pm when she discharged me.Secondly, when discharging she stated I had a morphine shot, which I did not have. I refused it.A very nice nurse assistant spoke up and said “no, she didn’t take it.”The nurse said, “well it’s on her chart”.Well that isn’t the only thing on my chart that should NOT BE THERE!I went in with pain in my kidneys. Assumed I had a kidney stone. Because I recently had stones in both kidneysAlso when I logged into the portal this is what it says!!ProceduresCHOLECYSTECTOMYDate:Related Diagnosis:Body Site:Status: CompletedGSW (gunshot wound)Date:Related Diagnosis:Body Site:Status: CompletedSocial History Type: Smoking StatusResponse: Tobacco use status 30 days prior to admission 5 or more cigarettes avg volume per day (=>1/4 pack); 10 or more cigarettes (1/2 pack or more)/day in last 30 daysentered on: 4/15/21I DO NOT NOR HAVE I EVER SMOKED OR BEEN SHOT!!And the blood work that I needed for an appointment with my GI doctor Tuesday at 10:00 had errors 1 - 21 all the way down the chart!!! I better NOT receive a bill from this facility, doctors or lab... ALL MY RESULTS ARE INCORRECT!! And now there is information on this report that IS NOT ME!!! I want it removed. I am not a SMOKER AND NEVER HAVE BEEN!! I have NOT BEEN SHOT!!! EVER!!How am I supposed to trust the results “if they get them right”, they had me completely confused with someone else!!!I’m sorry but I was there all day long!!! From 8:30 until 5:30, the only medication I took was a shot of zofran for nausea.I wanted answers!! But instead I have more questions!!This is absolutely unacceptable! And the place was filthy!!

My brother passed away at this hospital on Saturday. I left my home at 2 a.m. to get to hospital to see him. Was informed day before visiting hours from 6:30-7:30 beings he was in ICU. Very cold reception by all staff. My poor husband had to stay in car all day, no use of bathroom. He was not allowed in hospital. 1 person I understand due to covid. What I do not understand is the coldness I received. Sorry for your loss was all I was given before leaving. His daughter and I made decision to pull plug. Hours later before life support was pulled he was given a breathing treatment. I clearly heard respiratory therapist say add another charge for breathing treatment as I walked out all alone. Thank you so much for the care and concern. I would also like to add that I was told several times about an EEG report. Never got one!

Long wait time and no communication. Tell someone if things change instead of leaving people in the dark; waiting in waiting room. I waited 2 hours for a room or an update, but not a word. Seen a worker dude in scubs with no mask, seen another worker wearing a mask with their nose uncovered. I probably should have just gone to UT medical

Great experience tonight. Brought my husband in after a motorcycle accident. No excessive paperwork, quiet waiting room, and triaged within 15 mins. From Triage, he was taken straight to a nice room. Staff was great; very friendly and competent. Had a CT scan done. All in all, we spent about 2 hours there total. Not bad at ALL for an ER visit! VERY different than our experience with a different local hospital in the area🤨

BEWARE!!!!Doctors are not part of this facility and you will probably get a huge bill for out of network services.A doctor saw me no more than one 4 minute visit. Was unable to figure out where my pain was coming from, prescribed an intravenous pain killer and sends my insurance company a bill for $2002!!!!!!!I am supposedly responsible for $864!!!!!!!!I called to get an explanation and was told the doctor was out of network and I am responsible or I can write a letter and send in.Who has time for that and will it ever be looked at? No.Im going to send them an invoice for my time dealing with this BS.
