I dont ever write reviews but I felt morally obligated to brag on the incredible sleep specialists I had- Cory and Jessi! Truly some of the most patient, kind, and just great at what they do people! I had my first sleep study done this past week and I had a great experience! I had to stay Thursday night and all day Friday for the MSLT which initially sounded dreadful but was actually very relaxing (sleeping all day in a comfortable bed was just fine with me). The facility was very clean and quiet and the food was surprisingly delicious! They answered any questions I had and were so sincere. I really appreciate all of their help!

My husband is a patient there and they were incredible to work with. My husband was so hesitant to even do a sleep study but we knew it was imperative to his health. The staff at Tennova was incredible. His night tech was wonderful and made him feel so comfortable. The doctor was great in his follow up appointment and made sure we understood everything and helped us get everything we need. Great experience! Thank you Tennova!

I have been a patient at Tennova Sleep West center for about 5 to 6 years .. will have to say Ive never had to wait in waiting room .. on my last visit the staff Taquisha got me checked in and I was back seeing the Dr soon .. also Caleigh Simon the Nurse Practioner was very attentive to me and listened to my questions and was very helpful in my decision to change masks .. the office mgr Tara always ask how was visit and you can tell the office is ran very well from my experiences there ... I would recommend this office to anyone having sleep apnea issues ..

As a patient at the Tennova Sleep Center at Turkey Creek, I have found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The physician has been very thorough with her questions and follow up. I have been very pleased with the services I have received.

Went there for a consultation to figure out my sleep patterns. Spent 10 minutes with the doctor. Was charged $260 for the visit with the doctor and an ADDITIONAL $380 from Tennova for facility use basically meaning i was charged almost $400 to sit in a Tennova chair. Total visit cost for 10 minutes - $640. You may want to seek out other options.

I have always seen the practitioner, never the doctor. Recently my insurance was billed a $25 miscellaneous fee that insurance will not cover. When I called, I was told it was because I was seeing the practitioner and it was a fee for going over and passing along paperwork. I have been to this office several times and never been charged this. I changed my next appointment to make sure I see the doctor.

I like the nurse practitioner a lot, however the last time I went I had a major billing issue that they are unwilling to work with me on. I went on Feb 1, 2019 for a plain follow up. I’ve been to this office for five different visits. I see another reviewer states the same but this time I got not only the co-pay for the doctor but also a facility fee from Tennova. I see a primary care doctor at Tennova Turkey Creek and a gastroenterologist at Tennova Turkey Creek and I have only ever paid a copay for the doctor visit. Seems like something shady is going on with their billing department because when I requested an itemized bill directly from Tennova it shows an admission and a discharge date. I am this close to contacting my insurance company and reporting them for fraud. Again, Callie: the nurse practitioner, was phenomenal!
