Lett gave me a quickie no dilation exam. Purchased glasses bifocals Lett said I had early cataracts ,I was already aware of that . Glasses cost $460 one pair . Picked them up , terrible outcome no good to read no benefit distance . Went back to resolve , Lett asked me ,where did you get these glasses ? Right here ! He checked my eyes again , said early stage cataracts prevented my glasses from helping ,and another prescription wont help . So basically I cant glasses that will work and its too early for removal of cataracts . Lett said you are screwed. Yes I am for coming to you

Excellent Dr! Very knowledgeable and professional. Always ready to explain what is going on with your eyes and always will get you in promptly if you have something that needs attention.My wife and I have been patients of his for several years and have had nothing but positive experiences.

Ive visited Dr. Letts office twice now, both for emergency reasons. He was able to quickly assess my problem and provide a solution. He ended up having to lance a cyst from my eye the first visit and did not even give me time to worry about it. 30 minutes later I was good as new. I highly recomend this office, and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Its a great place to be treated with an emergency!

Hes an overall nice and pleasant man. He came out to the waiting room to personally get me and invite me back to the exam room. He answers questions and shows a sincere concern. I will definitely be back.

I love Dr. Lett. He always tries to save us money and is fun to talk to every time we have an appointment. He also has diagnosed and treated us for any eye problem we have as well as writing prescriptions for glasses and contacts.

My experiences with Dr. Lett have been GREAT! He is quick and thorough and very knowledgeable. His staff is very friendly and helpful when comes to ordering my prescription and setting up my appointment. I would highly recommend him.

As a 25 year RN, Ive never encountered a better doctor. He is as sharp as you could ask for, kind, personable, never in a hurry with you and EXTREMELY comprehensive. You will never go wrong with Adam.

My exam was strange too. He had very peculiar behavior. I needed three sets of glasses. Safety glasses, sun glasses, and regular glasses. After I filled my prescription at an eye glass store, all of them felt like my vision was blurry. Had an exam done over by a different and very trusted optometrist and he found that the prescription that Dr Lett wrote was a full point off! Had to reorder all my glasses. Was able to use the same frames but had to pay all over again for the lenses. Do not recommend him to anyone and advise to stay clear.

We brought my daughter in because we were concerned about her eye crossing and a stye. He performed a simple (no dilation) exam and prescribed glasses. He didnt even address the stye. When we called other opthalmologists in the area, they referred her to pediatric opthalmologists at Childrens Hospital. I wish we had taken their advice and skipped Dr. Lett altogether. My daughter received a full and thorough exam with the pediatric opthalmologists and didnt need glasses at all.

DO NOT buy your contacts here!! At least 2 strips of the 6 in each pack are upside down. It makes it very difficult to wear them. Since you take one contact out of the container and see that its upside down so you have to flip it over. So what youve got now is a contact that the side touching your eye has been on your finger as well. Just hope you dont have anything on your finger that makes the contact hurt like hell. Gotta take the one out that hurts and through it away and hope the next contact is not upside down.

Dr. Lett is a great eye doctor! He has helped me multiple times with eye infections. He is very kind and always fair in getting you the best contacts and glasses. I definitely recommend seeing him for anything to vision problems to medical eye problems! Very knowledgeable.

Dr. Lett got me after I had a surgery gone bad and almost lost an eye. He took wonderful care of me and healed my eye up. So sweet and so friendly!

Dr lett is amazing!!! I have gone to him since i was a kid. He and his staff have always been kind and courteous. I have had several eye infections and he has been spot on on fixing them. I have not had any issues. I will continue to go to him as long as i can. Thankyou dr lett and staff

I wish they had a scoring for terrible. I took my 7 year old son to Dr. Lett. He has a weak muscle in his left eye and needed a full exam to figure out a next step. This exam (and i use the term loosely) was pathetic. It lasted for less than 5 minutes!!!! I couldnt believe it! Then he tells me that he needs glasses. I said wil that help his weak muscle? Maybe. We will see. Then he left the room. Didnt even give me a chance to ask if he was near or far sighted or ANYTHING! Then I took my son over the the troll that handles glasses. She was anything but a people person on the day my son picked out glasses. Now my son is on tenncare (no judgement please) and the selection for glasses was horrible! 4 ugly pairs. I should have just left then but i didnt. So a week later i go with my son to pick them up and they are huge on his face and kept sliding down his nose. I asked the troll if she could fix the and she said tenncare provides the bottom of the barrell So i asked if we could choose another pair of glasses. She said you will have to ask Karen (The much nicer lady behind the counter). The troll then says Im sure tenncare will give you people tons of free glasses. I responded with they only provide 2 pairs of glasses actually. Which actally got changed to one (i wasnt aware at the time). So now my son is waiting until i get this figured out, but in the mean time is stuck with glasses that are too big and look like crap. I hate this office and i will be filing a complaint with whoever i can. I have never been made to feel like that before in my life. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

My exam with this ophthalmologist was so bad it was funny. I believe the prescription I obtained is going to be pretty accurate but I havent had it filled yet, so I cannot say for sure. The doctor lacks common social skills and was rather unprofessional. I have a very high prescription and attempted to discuss some concerns regarding issues with my correction but anytime I tried to speak I was interrupted and my concerns were never addressed. Dr. Lett would randomly make statements that seemed very inapplicable and I spent a fair amount of the visit wondering what he was talking about. I became quite confused when flourescein stain was applied to my eyes with the explanation it was needed for tonometry. Stain is used to evaluate for corneal defects, not tonometry, and it was just amusing that he apparently routinely tells patients it is for tonometry, though I feel confident he must know that that is not true. Dr. Lett liked to tell stories that do not always make any sense, and sometimes regarding other patients (the word retarded was used to describe a fellow patient who suffered from a mental handicap several times), so I was left slightly confused and uncomfortable. Again, my main complaint was that anytime I tried to discuss my vision with him I was interrupted and anything I had to say was basically ignored. The receptionist was excellent and one of the kindest I have encountered, but unfortunately I will not be returning to this practice. I suggest you avoid it as well.
