They provided wrong address for pathology center although I had printed name, address, phone number on my medical documents! The pathology center sent my bill to a collection because I didnt get the bill due to the wrong provided address by summit medical group! I had a hard time for only a $100 bill, to dispute it from a debt collector and clear it from my credits! So unprofessional!

Dr. Campbell seems to care about his patients overall health. I felt valued as a patient and did not feel rushed at my appointment.
