I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kelley and the Summit Medical staff. Dr. Kelley is such a kind, caring, personable doctor who really listens to you and wants to help you in any way he can. His nurse, April, is also really great and very sweet. I never have any issues calling them with questions or to reschedule an appointment. Such a wonderful group of people!

Renee Hubbs is absolutely an angel. She has such a genuine way of caring and she actually listens. I adore her and I highly recommend seeing her! Our family has been using this practice my entire life! Cant say enough wonderful things!

I have only been here once for my children, but already I can tell that this is a place that I want to stay with. I called with a concern I had for my daughter and they were able to get her in the same day with a physicians assistant (which honestly, I always have had good experiences with PAs in the past at other places, so I dont mind). We saw Molly and her nurse - both of which were extremely kind and caring. They were excellent with both of my children (even though only 1 was scheduled to see the doctor, I had to bring both and the littlest one is a me tooer so everything the one would do she would too). They also allowed both children to pick out toys afterwards and we even had some fun playing with them in the hall with the nurse. They have been very respectful and on top of the test results, calling when they receive them. I greatly appreciate this timeliness.

Need to learn to answer phone and not put all lines on hold they cant be that busy

Save yourself and don’t go here. First, I have never seen my PCP that I am supposed to be a patient for. Second, as other people have said, they aren’t good about answering the phone. They don’t return your voicemails very well. I have a medical condition that they neglect to address. They don’t treat patients very well. At this office, you are just a part of the money making health care system. They don’t care about you. The receptionists that call you back don’t know anything about medical problems, so if you have questions, don’t expect to have them answered. Bad, bad, bad.

Dr Kelley and all the staff are the best. Caught my cancer early and I never felt its effects. They always return calls, dont know what some of these other reviews are talking about with regard to call backs.

Renee is amazing. Great listening skills and bed side manners. Nurses great as well. Lab results came back fast.

1st they are Summit Medical and the billing department is a joke..I called at 1030 on a Wednesday and asked for an appointment with my Dr. Was advised he was booked but his nurse practitioner had openings.. I scheduled an appointment for 1130. Rushed here with my kids to be told the NP wasnt even here and that my appointment was scheduled for the next day..I cant breath.. Ill go to a walk in clinic.. dont waste your time or your money on coming here.. the whole practice is a joke.. Try calling the place when they open.. the phone system stays off for 30 minutes while they drink their coffee and play sodoku..

Dr wanted labs, which I went for and which my insurance covered once per year. Got called back for a test they forgot and I declined, explaining that Id have to pay full price out of pocket, which I couldnt afford for a simple vitamin test.Two weeks later I get a certified letter saying theyre dropping me as a patient for non-compliance. Seriously?! Im on life critical meds, which they refill only a few months at a time, and theyre going to cut off all medical care... because I dont have enough money to pay for what the MD gods demand. Highly immoral.Got it reversed, but will be finding another doc who doesnt use coercion or threats. Do what we say or else we put your life at risk isnt medicine, its extortion.At least their phlebotomists are talented.

Very nice nurse but receptionist wasnt very friendly and nurse practitioner didnt even address the reason we came! Definitely wont see her again

Love Dr Cloud and Dr Stevens. The nursing staff is very knowledgeable and polite as well.

My family and I have used Halls family physician practice for many years and feel so fortunate to have such an amazing practice who are very knowledgeable, compassionate and treat us like family .

They never return calls! After leaving multiple messages the RNs over the phone are always rude. They miss diagnosed my child and I had to fight for a referral. Never again will I take my children there!

Need to work on how to tell patients bad (or life altering) news. A phone call at work isnt it guys!
