This place is wonderful. Tiffany is amazing. I got 3 skin pens and I cannot believe the difference in my face. She knew exactly what she.was doing and explained it all to me.She had her job cut out for her. Im 68 years old but she definitely made me look younger. I think if I can get 3 more my pores will be unnoticed. And Hayden was a very sweet receptionist and always very welcoming and explaining anything I ask her. GREAT EXPERIENCE all the way around. I dont understand why but I put in 5 stars but it only shows 4. Thank you.

I went for a consultation today with Dr. Gallaher for bilateral Brachioplasty. He was kind, took his time, and explained in detail what I could expect. I am very satisfied with Dr Gallaher and his staff. Everyone has been so pleasant & professional. I am especially impressed with their patient teaching which started with my very first visit. Their teaching materials are the most clear & thorough I have ever seen & as a retired RN, I have seen many examples at different facilities I’ve worked at as a traveling nurse. In addition, they were available to answer my questions and accommodate a special request. I have had several surgeries in my lifetime & I suffered severe discomfort in my right arm when it was used to monitor my blood pressure. The staff used my left arm & actually marked the cuff to ensure that no one moved the cuff. My post-op pain is minimal & I am confident that I made the right decision to choose Dr Gallaher.

You could tell the doctor was very educated on his profession. He spit out facts and statistics regarding breast augmentation with ease. He was standing at the exam door waiting on me when I arrived. All the female staff were very friendly. No one made me feel judged at all. Very pleasant experience!

I went to the Kingston Pike location to purchase a gift card today for a friend that is having a hard time and I just wanted to brighten their day. The front desk staff was very rude and condescending. I wish I would have had the opportunity to ask her name, but she all but hung up on me (while I was outside in my car following COVID guidelines). I work in a field where I often recommend Dr. Gallaher for plastic surgery consults. After today, I will not be supporting this business in any way. I have read many reviews on the poor handling of clients by the front desk staff and it is sad that the business has not taken the reviews to heart.

Had a cosmetic procedure done prior to enlisting in the army, the only place in east TN to offer it. Everyone was friendly from the front office to the surgeon. It took a second procedure to finish but they were great about getting me scheduled quickly and didnt try to get any more money, just finished the work for the agreed price. Good place.

I have been purchasing gift cards for my mom from Gallaher for several years now but am unlikely to do so again. I have been hearing rumors of staff leaving that place in droves and now I can see why.The customer service could not have been worse! The young lady at the desk was incredibly rude when I asked for a box/wrap for my Christmas Gift Card that I just paid for. And then when I asked when they may have boxes, she simply dismissed my concern. Dont waste your time with these people anymore.

All staff members treat you like family. Everyone wants to know how youve been. Some just pop in at the reception desk just to say hi. Dr Gallaher is very compassionate, very professional, humorous and has a great bedside manner. If you want to be treated with respect, compassion and like family, this is your place!!!

This review is for my experience with Tiffany, the esthetician at the Gallaher Medspa in Knoxville. I was a little apprehensive after having lost my regular facialist in Tellico Village, but was eager to give this location a try. The spa itself is immaculate, with the receptionist, ARNP and my esthetician all very friendly. I had an exceptional hydrofacial with Tiffany and look forward to returning. She is highly experienced, and really took my individual skincare needs and lifestyle into consideration; she was also very knowledgeable in regards to various skincare lines that could address my issues.

I had an excellent experience with Veronica Garza, RN for my Botox injections. She’s very professional and I had a pleasant experience. I highly recommend her. The entire staff at Gallaher Plastic is very professional and courteous!!

The front desk staff has changed so many times at the Kingston Pike location that they have become incompetent in respect, kindness, consideration and scheduling. A few instances I would like to illustrate as of my last few visits that have left me sorely disappointed and have decided to no longer support their practice. Recently, a front desk staff member took $80 out of my Brilliant Distinctions Program rewards and applied it to a service that I did not receive on a day that I was not even in Knoxville. After speaking to a specialist from BD and Allergan, it was evident that Gallahers had made the mistake. When I asked that the correction be made so that I may use those rewards towards my visit that day, it took an act of Congress....and we all know how that goes. I had to physically go behind their desk and point out to Michelle where the mistake was because she could not figure it out herself. When I told her that this needed to be corrected immediately, her response was, I dont know what to tell you. The office manager EVENTUALLY took care of it after wasting nearly 30 minutes of my time. However, Michelle was extremely rude and condescending. She has been rude on numerous occasions and seems to struggle with simple skills to do her job. On another occasion, I called to schedule an appointment for Dermalplaning and a Hydrafacial in which she asked me which service I would. like to have first! She clearly needs to be educated on simple procedures in the office so that she can answer SIMPLE questions. Can you imagine if I had a question about surgery? Another case in point is the time I was scheduled for a Clear & Brilliant laser treatment which requires you to arrive early to apply numbing cream because the laser can sting pretty badly. Michelle attempted to apply my numbing cream, but did not do it correctly nor did she apply the proper amount, leaving me to feel nearly every stroke of the laser. Im not certain if Dr.Gallaher is aware of her incompetencies or her poor personal. skills, but as a result, I will no longer support their practice. After 3 1/2 years of being a loyal patient, sending them numerous referrals, my husband buying thousands of dollars worth of gift cards.....GOOD BYE!

Great products that work and knowledgeable, friendly staff. I have been going to their injector Veronica G. for the past year and she is fantastic. She takes the time to evaluate what you need and does before/after photos so you can see the difference. She doesnt over do it and everything still looks very natural. I have very little to no bruising evey single time. She does consistent work and I trust her with my face 100%. Highly recommend this spa!

Absolutely the worst. Booked an appointment although I was a little apprehensive after hearing some negative reviews from people I knew who had gone there. I quickly discovered why the reviews were so negative. They screwed up my appointment date, mixed up my chart and gave me what turned out to be misleading/incorrect information. Even though I had a bad experience I decided to give them another try in the hopes that it was a one time thing. It wasnt. Again, they gave me inaccurate information that caused me to make a second trip out there from across town wasting my time, gas and time off work. A huge waste of time. The receptionists who answer the phone have no idea what they are talking about, the nurses are rude and the doctor is never anywhere to be found. Run. Do not walk.

Jennifer is the most knowledgeable, caring aesthetician ever! She truly cares about her clients and their skin and nails and gives the best advice on care. I love her and will never go to anyone else! :)

Always a lovely experience at the Gallaher MedSpa- I go here for nonsurgical treatments related to sun damage and scar treatment. Prices are reasonable (compared to larger cities), everyone is warm, helpful, and informative, and they’ve always been on time.
