Dr. Park is amazing. She believed me, and it definitely made me cry my first appointment to have someone listen. To be honest I’ve cries multiple times and she always told me to just let it out, and it’s okay to be upset, this stuff is upsetting. Most of the complaints are based on her troubles with the electronic medical record system and typing. She includes so much information that she can seem like she’s not paying attention to anything but the computer, but that’s just a problem with the medical system as a whole (worked as a medical scribe, she always talks about needing a scribe, she charts at home so thoroughly that she falls asleep at her desk). She works so hard for us. She spent so much time with me on her first appointment, she absolutely went over her time. Wait times can be long, but totally worth it for a doctor who actually cares. I drive an hour and fight the parking, and I’d do it every time. My first rheumatologist was terrible, she thought I just had a virus for 3 months and didn’t believe I had been in pain for over a year, Dr. Park believes everything I say, and it’s refreshing. She complains about her work because she hates her computer, not because she hates patients. I wish the system was different so she could practice medicine how she wants, face to face with care, but the system sucks. I would absolutely recommend her, especially if you’ve had trouble with people not believing your symptoms.

I normally hate going to the doctor.Dr.Park was a referral from my primary care doc.I thought this visit would be a big waste of time.I was sooo wrong. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by very friendly staff.I had a short wait time. The nurses in the back were just as friendly. Now for the most important part...the Dr.She got right down to business breaking down and cataloging my many symptoms and complaints.I quickly blurted out all info.I thought might be relevant. I felt thankful I was able to get it all out before she left the room.I am used to a doc coming in and speaking for 5 minutes and then they are back out the door!To my surprise she stayed seated. She continued to ask questions. She listened carefully to my responses. I never felt rushed. She explained upcoming steps in detail.I wish she was a primary care Dr.I would no longer hate going to the Dr.if that that was the case.I cant thank her enough!

Dr Park is really caring and atttentive. She explains everything thoroughly and takes her time with her patients. I have never felt rushed with her like I do with some drs. Her office staff is also great. They are always willing to help out with whatever you need. I’m so glad my pcp referred me to her!

Saw 3 times , first 5 to 10 minutes of each visit she spent complaining about her job, never once looked closely at me , I had to ask for blood work, she prescribed methotrexate before she even got the blood work back. I never filled the prescription because I knew with all my GI problems it would make me very sick. I waited in an empty waiting room for an hour , could hear her having a discussion with another doctor there , she is very dismissive , no eye contact, zero compassion . I cant find another rheumy to take my ins. So Im doing without. I refuse to ever go back !!!!

Dr. Parks never sends in prescriptions on time. I usually have to wait a week to get them and thus not having my medicine as needed. I have to call over and over to tell them it needs to be filled as the drug store keeps faxing them . I am changing Doctors as we speak.
