I found Dr. Martin because I was looking for other expertise in regards to getting answers on things I am experiencing. She has been awesome and made sure to hear my concerns. We are currently still searching for answers, but she has been very diligent and I am thankful for this group!

I highly recommend Dr. Martin. She is absolutely AMAZING at what she does. Her passion for her job is truly evident. She is highly efficient and knowledgeable. She makes you feel comfortable and well cared for both medically, physically, and emotionally. She delivered my baby girl this past Sunday, but cared for me all day Saturday even though I went into labor on the weekend. This meant so much to me that she was there for me even though it was not during the work week. Dr. Martin truly cares for her patients and their babies.

Absolutely love her! She has delivered 2 of my children out of 3 and shes fabulous. She does her job very well makes you feel super comfortable and the whole office makes you feel like family! I would highly highly recommend. The best doctor Ive had take care of me someone you can trust. Shes very kind and understanding as well. Everyone speaks so highly of her and they arent lying!

Dr Martin just delivered our first born son Zeke 2 days ago! We moved here from Ohio last year and without knowing anyone. So when we got pregnant I did some research online and found Dr. Martin and let me tell you she is a loving, caring, supportive, compassionate, humble, and wise doctor.My wife Kimberly and I consider her a friend now and very much love and appreciate her. She walked with us for this whole journey and never once tried to take choice from us and NEVER tried to make us fearful when issues with Kimberlys pregnancy came up.She advised us the best way she could and let us decide on how to move forward. My wife and I had an amazing experience with Dr. Martin. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of the relationship and very willing to work with her patients in terms of their specific goals and desires. Because of how Dr. Martin conducts and structures her practice, she is much more accessible and hands on than previous doctors we have worked with. We would highly recommend.

I delivered my first baby with Dr. Martin and could not have had a better experience. She has a very low c-section rate for a reason. She and the team of wonderful nurses at Fort Sanders got me through a difficult labor that required over 5 hours of pushing that ended with no instruments used and no external tears. I felt Dr. Martin managed my and my babys care so well the whole time.I also really appreciate that she practices alone and personally delivers every baby in her practice. Thats pretty much impossible to find these days. I switched to her at 20 weeks in part because I hadnt actually gotten to see my OB yet by 20 weeks at my last practice, just nurse practitioners. I love that Dr. Martin actually sees and takes care of all her own patients.Dont be scared off by the reviews about her bedside manner. Shes very direct (which I loved). She focuses on what matters, which is giving you and your baby excellent care.

Dr.Martin took such good care of me from my first OB appointment to my last. Monday is my last appointment with her for her to place an IUD and Im going to miss seeing her every month. She was there for me at the start when I was nervous. She said “ you have come to the right place I love babies” and thats when I knew she was going to be great. She made sure I always knew what was going on. She is such an intelligent woman and so kind-hearted. When things started to become difficult on my daughter and me while in labor she was right there. If it wasnt for her I think I wouldve had to have a c-section. Dr.Martin is hands down the best OB/GYN in East Tennessee. She treats you as if you are her family!

Came to have my nexaplanon removed and Dr. Martin not only helped me with that but also another thing I was concerned about as well. I had a question about something and called the office number and she answered the phone at 8 PM. I thought I would probably be directed to an after hours nurse or something but it was her on the other end. I’ve never had a doctor answer the phone like that. I really appreciate it. If I have any woman’s healthcare needs I will return to her office.

Absolutely amazing doctor! She delivered my second baby and I am so glad that I switched to her. She communicated so efficiently to me throughout my pregnancy and birth. Dr. Martin actually answers her office phones which I was completely surprised by plus I see her at all of my appointments. I was so glad that I go to have a great second birth experience with Dr Martin and the nurses at Fort Sanders. This was my first pregnancy, I was so nervous but I must say I picked the right doctor! Shes a great person and definitely knows her job very well. Im so glad I had Dr.Martin she took very good care of me and my child. If I ever get pregnant again I already know who my Doctor is!! Thanks Dr. Martin for everything.. Shes the BEST!!

I tell everyone who’s pregnant or to go to her. She’s amazing and so is her staff. Delivered both of my babies, one was an emergency, and she has the perfect bedside manner. She’s calm and kind but also direct which I appreciated. You never have to guess with her and she answers all your questions in a way you can understand. Her team will also fit you in if you are concerned about something. Both babies I went into labor early and it was no issue getting in to get checked. Sometimes we have had long waits, understandably because she’s had to run over to the hospital to deliver a baby. Some people might be annoyed by this but for our family we wanted someone who we knew would deliver our children and we would be familiar with.

Our experience with Dr. Martin was wonderful. She does all of her own ultrasounds, delivers her own babies and is on call- straight to her cell phone- after hours. She is attentive to all needs, extremely educated and very easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr Martin is an awesome doctor and I highly recommend her!! She accepted me as a new patient when I moved to a new state 6 months pregnant. I was nervous to find another doctor I liked but dr Martin was so great! She’s very detailed and I felt very comfortable with her. She is excellent in the delivery room. She made the labor and delivery fun and was extremely supportive during the delivery. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Martin is the best! I moved to the area at the start of my second trimester and was so nervous about switching OB offices in the middle of a pregnancy. Dr. Martin and her staff always accommodated my schedule when scheduling all of the check-ups needed for pregnancy and fit me in same-day if I was having a problem. And most importantly, she was incredible during labor and delivery. She is extremely knowledgable and all I can say is to trust her completely. She knows all of the latest techniques and procedures and will always put your health first. She also has a messaging service and gets back with you quickly and will answer just about any question (usually within the same day). My husband and I both agreed we want her to handle all of our pregnancies.

Great doctor! Highly recommend. Delivered two of my babies. Answers all your questions. Easy to reach in moments of concern, or when youre having contractions and need to meet her at the hospital 😅 Office staff is very helpful and accommodating in regards to scheduling. Loved how ultrasounds and blood work were all done at the same location, and that most ultrasounds are done by the doctor herself.

Dr. Martin is absolutely wonderful. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. I feel like she truly cares about her patients. She was also excellent at the hospital and acted quickly and smoothly when we ended up needing a c-section due to our baby’s heart rate. We were truly blessed to have her and can’t wait to use her for our next baby!

Dr. Martin was so awesome! I had my IUD removed and a new one inserted. She did an ultrasound before and after. She mad me feel relaxed and comfortable the whole time and it was over before I knew it.

My husband and I were so pleased with our experience with Dr. Martin. Shes knowledgeable, kind, and has a calming presence & the office staff are all friendly. She seems to truly care for her patients and their well-being. I couldnt imagine experiencing my pregnancy/birth with any other OBGYN.

I transferred to Dr. Martin after a terrible experience with another OB/GYN and was able to get in promptly to begin my prenatal care. Over the span of my pregnancy she listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had. The only thing I did not care for in my experience was the push to schedule an induction once I hit the final trimester (I wanted to have as much of a natural birth as possible). In the end I did have to be induced at 12 days overdue but was still able to have an unmedicated birth as I had hoped. The staff is also great, all were very friendly and helpful.

Dr Martin made the experience of giving birth to my first child way less scary and daunting than I had anticipated. I felt so cared for during my pregnancy and even more so when she was there to deliver my baby girl. So thankful for her practice! Cannot recommend her enough.

Highly recommend Dr. Martin! She made me feel comfortable and heard at every appointment during my pregnancy. She was straightforward with everything I needed to know but also gave me the opportunity to express my concerns or ask any questions- which is huge for a first-time mom! My baby boy was breech and delivered via c-section. It was my first major surgery, but it went smoothly, and I’m thankful I was guaranteed to have Dr. Martin there. It’s obvious that she loves what she does and wants to show that through her work!

I saw Dr. Martin at 6 weeks pregnant, freaked out and worried. She took care of me the whole time, making sure baby and I were okay. I decided to be induced at 39 weeks in fear of babies size and she made it happen and I know I would not have had such a good labor experience if it wasn’t for her being such an amazing doctor and staff. I recommend her to anyone and when I get pregnant again, she will definitely be my doctor!

Dr. Martin is amazing! She always makes me feel so comfortable during each visit. She is by far my favorite OB/GYN I’ve ever had. She is professional, enthusiastic about her practice, and cares a great deal about her patients. She will get to know you on a personal level and always remembers previous conversations about life updates, which I’ve found is rare. If you’re in the market for a new OB, look no further. I always hated annual checkups until I found her! I promise you won’t regret it!

Dr. Martin took great care of me during my pregnancy. I was not high risk, and had a fairly easy pregnancy. She respected my birthing wishes when it came to doing everything as natural as possible. I was ready to have my boy, but did not want an induction so she suggested a membrane sweep which I was reluctant about. After allowing this to happen my little boy made his way into the world 24 hours later with a 4 hour labor & delivery after my water broke. I felt very supported and taken care of. She loves her job.

We had such a amazing experience with Dr.Martin. She is very caring, and talks to you so personally. She wants you to have the experience you want but will tell you if she think your or baby health is at risk. That’s exactly what you want when looking for a OB someone with your health as a priority. I had a few minor complications but she made my pregnancy so smooth. My husband and I are so thankful we found her. Her office staff are all amazing and so sweet as well.

Doctor genuinely cares about her patients. Small, quaint office. Doctor was agreeable to see me as a new patient in my third trimester even though I had not seen a physician my entire pregnancy. She has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. So glad I found this office!

Dr. Martin is great! She really cares about her patients and is extremely knowledgeable in her specialty. Dr. Martin is very funny and personable. She wants to see her patients at their best and will advise her patients accordingly. It is so refreshing to see a physician with her patients best interest at heart!

Dr Martin was thorough, and we enjoyed our birthing experience at Fort Sanders with her. She is very straight forward—which I appreciate. She’s not going to sugar coat a single thing. I expected a larger baby with my second, but at the rate my son was growing Dr Martin expressed her concerns after growth ultrasounds. She performed a membrane sweep at 38 weeks and 3 days and we went into labor within 48 hours. Her ultrasounds are very precise, baby was measuring 8.11 on Monday and at birth the Wednesday after was 9.2. Highly recommend Dr Martin!

Dr. Martin is the best! I am so happy we found her. I just had my first child and thanks to Dr. Martin, my experience couldn’t have been better. She addressed all my concerns throughout my entire pregnancy and was very thorough during every visit. I ended up having to have a c-section and I was very nervous, but everything went great and Dr. Martin did an amazing job!! I’m 3 weeks postpartum now and my incision already looks great. Much better than I anticipated! Our baby girl is doing great too. I also had a few questions for Dr. Martin after having my baby, and she always responds to me so quickly on the online portal and keeps my mind at ease. I am so grateful we found her, and I would highly recommend her to everyone. Thank you, Dr. Martin!

I would give her 0 starts, but I had to leave something. Terrible bedside manner. I had a D&C and was not given any pain meds for home or meds to prevent infection. She did the surgery and left. Didnt speak to me afterwards of what she found. Wouldnt even give me a simple note for work proving I was there. Didnt discuss discharge information with my grandmother. It even bothered her to to find my grandmother after surgery because she does not own a cell phone. Just laid papers on a chair and walked away. We got more out of the nurses than her. Mark my words, I will never have her do any more surgeries of any kind on me ever again. I will get Dr. George Vick.Oh. You know how you are not supposed to have any kind of jewelry, I reckon she had her purse and a necklace on her. If I cant wear any jewelry in my line of work that assembled that D&C Surgical Kit (DeRoyal), then a doctor should not be able to wear one in the OR.

From the beginning of my pregnancy up until I hadn’t baby girl, Dr. Martin made sure we both were taken care of. Any time I had a question or concern, she was quick to respond through my patient portal. If she felt I needed to come in, she also made sure she seen me ASAP. I don’t think I will be having a third child, but if I ever was to find myself pregnant again, I wouldn’t see anyone else other than Dr. Martin. She’s absolutely fantastic. I never seen anyone else and knew confidently she would be the one to bring my baby girl into this world. 10/10 would recommend her to any of my friends!

I was really disappointed with the whole entire thing. Medically speaking, I was not satisfied and now that I have moved to a different care, I know how one should be treated. They did not run some tests according to what me and my husband have asked for, they did not listen to us or answer our questions or concerns and I had to reach out to other doctors with my questions.Service speaking, I was horrified! The office manager made me feel like a walking dollar sign and not a patient. The communication felt cold at best, but even hostile, as if I was getting a favor from them. I am beyond disappointed. My assumption was that a female Dr would be more warm and understanding that will make me feel more comfortable. This was not my experience. The 2 star goes for one nice nurse and the spacious space of the clinic.

I chose Dr. Martin when I moved to Knoxville based on the reviews, and I have to say - she is just as awesome as everyone says! She truly listens to all of your concerns, and is clearly dedicated to ongoing education as she is highly knowledgeable about the latest developments and treatments. If you are looking for an empathetic doctor that has your best interests at heart, I would highly recommend Dr. Martin!

Dr. Martin and her entire staff are all AMAZING. This will be my 2nd baby with her and after our first experience with our son, there was never even a question of where we would go for our daughter!Dr. Martin is very kind and compassionate, but also direct and honest. She isnt really the type to beat around the bush or just tell you what you want to hear, which my fiancé and I actually very much appreciated about her. If she has any concerns about you or your babys health, she will be the first to tell you and explain her reasoning. She isnt harsh or rude at all, just very upfront and candid. She is incredibly sweet, though, and you can tell she has a genuine passion for her job and her patients. She will answer any questions you have gladly and help dissuade any concerns that come up along the way. I have already recommended her to several people and will continue to in the future. She is just amazing.Her staff is also incredibly kind and courteous. They work with you as much as they can on scheduling, help reschedule appointments promptly if things come up, and are also great counsel if you have any questions or concerns about your pregnancy. They are also really great about working you in (even same day!) if something emergent comes up (contractions, bleeding, etc) and always respond to messages promptly, even after hours. They are the kind of people you get attached to through the length of your pregnancy and are sad to say goodbye to when you deliver. The whole atmosphere is incredibly calming and inviting and just puts you at ease. I truly believe her office is one of the best out there. For me, personally, it made all the difference.I highly recommend Dr. Martins OB. She is an amazing doctor and surrounds herself with kind, compassionate, courteous staff. They all make sure you are taken care of and feel confident in your care. She is also incredibly involved in the practice, from the floor up. It isnt uncommon to call in to speak with the receptionist and end up getting Dr. Martin, herself. And she will gladly help with whatever you need. The whole experience with her practice has been impressive and positive. If youre looking for an OB, give her and her team a chance. You wont regret it! 😊

I really had a great experience at Dr. Martins. I needed to get a copper IUD in ASAP and while other offices were unavailable until two months out, I was able to get in the next day after calling the office. The receptionist is very sweet and helpful. Being a first year veterinary student, it was very comforting and reassuring to see how through Dr. Martin was when placing my IUD. She took an ultrasound before and after to make sure my anatomy was going to permit a smooth insertion. This left a very good impression on me and was very thorough to limit complications. Thus, far I havent had any problems with the copper IUD!

Dr Martin is the best obgyn I have ever had. She handled my small surgery and my second pregnancy. She listens to your every need and provides options that will work best for you, your health and your baby (if you are having one). Her office is clean and very comfortable. All her staff are very knowledgeable, kind and caring. She does EVERYTHING herself which is so nice not to have to deal with 50 doctors and nurses. You pretty much see the same staff every appointment. Best thing, I didn’t have to worry about a random doctor delivering my baby. I had my son at 130am and Dr Martin was there throughout the process and delivery!! I mean what else do you need?? She is a ninja super mom, who bounces from office, to her family, to delivering babies! Thank you Dr Martin and your staff for delivering my beautiful, healthy boy!

I was very thankful to have Dr Martin deliver my precious baby boy. As a first time mama, she told me to trust her and I never regretted it for a minute. Choosing Dr Martin as my ob/gyn was the smartest decision I made for my pregnancy. She is brilliant and super-efficient with years of experience which are qualities I appreciate, what with being a physician myself.I was scared I would end up with a C-section because of my narrow pelvis and my baby having a nuchal cord but thanks to her genius expertise, I had an uncomplicated and quick vaginal delivery at 39 + 2 weeks.She is also one of the two ob/gyn physicians in the Knoxville area who personally deliver the babies of their patients, so she follows you up right from prepartum to postpartum… what’s not to love?I would choose her over and over again to deliver all my babies! Thank you, Dr Martin!

I highly recommend Dr. Martin. She is the only doctor that you will see and that for me was the main reason for choosing her in the first place. She loves what she does and it shows through her work. She always made sure that my baby was healthy through the whole pregnancy. She did an amazing job with my csection. Like I said if you want the same doctor every appointment and to deliver your baby then go see Dr. Martin. If I had any plans to have any more children she would be the one to deliver them all. It has taken me some time to be ok with talking about my experience here.I first got pregnant in Oct. 2020 and found that my anxiety spiked. I was having panic attacks and my mental health was declining. My first appointment was ok because I got to see my little bean via ultra sound and it was magical. But then I was expressing my concern over my anxiety and panic attack and was told by the Dr. to calm down and that the baby can feel what I am feeling. Not very comforting for a first time super anxious mother. I tried her advice until the next appointment 4 weeks later. During the waiting time my anxiety spiked to the point that I was not wanting to live anymore.My next appointment I expressed this issue and wax told, I am really sorry but there is nothing I can do. There isnt a safe medicine I can prescribe. And then switched to the topic of my weight.I left that office and got an appointment to switch to a mid wife who in the very first appointment heard me and my concerns and immediately prescribed me Zoloft (which she assured several time of its safely to my baby) and gave me some resource materials on therapy. I have never been better.Having someone actually hear you and care for your concerns makes me feel safer in my choice of who is going to help me in one of my most vulnerable times. I was not going to find that at Dr. Martins.The only reason I gave 2 star was because of the lovely lady that had to take blood from me. She was genuinely kind and patient.

Great OBGYN! Feels like she has way to many patients as of now. My sister is 27 weeks and only have gotten 1 ultrasound in her second trimester At 20 weeks. We would love to see baby more but she’s very in and out with appointments. Michelle is kinda rude if you call after hours or on the weekends. Dr.martin is a very sweet women ! My sister doesn’t really have frequent appointments as she should. When I had my first kid I had appointments very 3-4weeks with her ob it’s likely ever 7 weeks which is kinda scary for me but my sister loves her. I think everything would be better with less patientS

We just walked through the door from being our baby girl home for the first time. I can not sing Dr. Martin’s praises enough!I had a terrible experience with a large Knoxville practice and felt unseen and unheard. After several instances of miscommunication, I decided to make a change and switch practices at almost 24 weeks pregnant. I needed reassurance as this was my first pregnancy following a miscarriage after 2 years of infertility. I had heard several people speak very highly of Dr. Martin. She is your one and only doctor, so you don’t have to worry about things not being communicated amongst your group from doctor to doctor. She is completely and totally on top of things. She found issues that were missed by the other larger/popular group that were simple tests and easy “fixes” that otherwise would have harmed my pregnancy. I felt completely assured and comfortable with asking questions as needed, but Dr. Martin is so quick to fill in her portal notes and update you about tests/blood work that you don’t have to worry about missing out on important information.While in laboring process, Dr. Martin kept me informed about changes and was completely transparent with me about where we stood and what would best support the health of my baby girl. SIGH OF RELIEF. After delivering, Dr. Martin came in to check in on us everyday following my csection and ensured my comfort level was where it needed to be before clearing me to go home.If you are looking for a doctor that will watch you like a hawk, keep you incredibly informed, and support you in your wishes while offering counseling as needed, Dr. Martin is your doctor! She will allow you the freedom to make informed choices, but she will be completely upfront and tell you all you need to know when making those decisions. Again, I can’t sing her praises enough.I will most certainly be seeing Dr. Martin for all of my OBGYN needs and can’t wait for her to deliver more of my babies!

Dr. Martin was wonderful with the care and delivery of our daughter and placement of my IUD. I had a lot of medical issues throughout pregnancy and even lost my insurance right before being admitted to the hospital overnight when I was 36 weeks. Dr. Martin personally found me another doctor that she trusted to take my case until I could get my insurance fixed and she continued to check in on me while I was in the hospital. Thankfully my insurance was reinstated before delivery and Dr. Martin was able to deliver our baby. She also did a great job with my IUD placement. She uses ultrasound before and after to make sure it goes in the right place. Very thorough! I would highly recommend!!

Dr. Martin was there for me all the way through to the delivery of my baby! She is very professional, straight forward and always took the time to answer all of my questions. Grateful I chose her as my doctor. The ladies in the office are also all a delight!

Dr Martin is an awesome doctor if anyone is looking for a doctor who truly loves their job and not just in it for a paycheck Dr.Martin is definitely that doctor. I loved how cautious she was and always went the extra mile to make sure everything with me and the baby were okay. I was a high risk patient because of my history with my previous pregnancies and Dr.Martin kept that in mind. I delivered my little one at 36 weeks and 4 days and because Dr.Martin took the extra steps and precautions that she took my baby did not have to do any time in the NICU and he came out at 4lbs 3oz. I love my little bundle and I thank Dr.Martin sooooo much for being such an amazing doctor she truly loves what she does for a living and I would recommend her to anyone on any giving day.!

Dr. Martin is hands down the best OB I’ve seen. Moving from out of state and having to establish care with a new OB so close to having my little one was stressful enough till I met Dr. Martin and assured me that I would be well taken care of. Her professionalism, bedside manner, and sense of humor put me and my husband’s minds at ease. Dr. Martin seriously made my birthing experience a breeze and I only trust her with any future deliveries!

I transferred to Dr. Martin’s office when I was 30 weeks pregnant because I was specifically looking for a doctor that would be the same Dr to deliver my baby.I had a lot of anxiety thinking that there was gonna be a random doctor to deliver my baby. She is one of two Drs in all of Knox that still deliver their own patients babies. I had a great experience with Dr. Martin down to delivery. She was very attentive and honored my request during delivery. I think she’s a great doctor and if I were to have another baby I would definitely go back to her.

Im so grateful that I found Dr.Martin. She is beyond amazing and her staff is amazing too. She has been with me every step of the way and always answers any questions I have. She definitely one of the best!

Dr. Martin and her office are great! As a young woman who (for now) just just needs a great gynecologist, Ive found Dr. Martin to be extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and kind during my annual exams. She is also responsive on the patient portal, and works with you to meet your needs as a patient. I highly recommend her to young women looking for great gynecological care.

Dr. Martin was truly amazing and helped me throughout my entire pregnancy. We found out we were expecting at 4 weeks and then we called multiple different OBs to be told that they would not see us until I was 12 weeks. Dr. Martin saw me at 7 weeks and put my mind at ease giving us such an amazing experience with our first born. We could not recommend her more.

Dr. Martin is a wonderful doctor and after having my first child with her I know I will continue to have all future children with her! I love the fact that I see her at every appointment (not other doctors or NPs since she has her own practice) and that she was the one at the birth of my child. She is extremely skilled at what she does and I had every confidence that she would be able to calmly handle all situations that could have arisen during the birth of my child. She is so knowledgeable and experienced and her calm demeanor gave me confidence in the delivery room and that is invaluable. I can’t recommend her enough!

Dr. Martin and her staff are truly awesome. She delivered my son in 2017 and was super positive and encouraging every step of the way. On my most recent visit, one of her staff members working the front who I hadnt previously had the pleasure of meeting, had such a good attitude and was super caring with each patient including myself, her name was Mackenzie and I definitely wanted to point her out as well for her awesome attitude. If I have children in the future I will be going back to Dr. Martin for delivery with them!!

First time mom and was referred to Dr. Martin by my long time obgyn. She is thorough and knowledgeable and made me very comfortable and confident with her. I had to have a necessary c-section and she was amazing in the surgery and in sewing the incision. Its very clear that she enjoys what she does and takes her patients health very seriously.

Also, the girl who drew my blood, Mindy, was the best I have ever had. I usually get torchered because I have small veins, but she got the first try and I barely felt it. I can not rave enough about Dr. Martin!Throughout the entire pregnancy, she kept me calm, informed, answered all questions the same day if not within 24 hours, as well as treated me like a person versus another pregnant patient. Unfortunately, we had issues with preclampsia, but she over came those obstacles and still have me a normal delivery, with a healthy baby boy!Not only does Dr. Martin go above and beyond for her patients, but her staff does as well! Dr.martin is a great OB and very straight forward! Only think we don’t like is my wife hasn’t had an ultrasound since she was 9 weeks she is now 20 weeks and still haven’t seen the baby at last 2 appointments ! Next appointment is the 30th hopefully we get to see our baby finally

Dr. Martin and her staff are an amazing group of hardworking, patient, kind, and efficient people. Dr. Martin delivered my first baby 7 years ago and I came back 7 years later and I had my second child delivered with her a month ago. Dr. Martin is a mother herself and she knows exactly what every pregnant woman goes though which is part of the reason why I came back. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Martin for the pregnancy and delivery of our first (healthy) baby boy. When choosing a physician, I look for a unique combination of outward compassion/bedside manner coupled with the technical skills and up-to-date knowledge that ensures safety and comfort for both my wife and child. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and I met Dr Martin through my clinical rotation as a student. After working with her and learning from her I knew if I ever became pregnant she is who I would want to deliver my baby. I have seen how she works behind the scenes and I loved it. I got pregnant and I have seen her through my entire pregnancy and I am not disappointed in any way! Now I have seen her work from both sides of the fence and she is absolutely wonderful and she will remain my OB until I’m done having children!!!!
