I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed early this morning. I had been putting it off for a very long time because Im afraid of anesthesia and surgery (Im 26). Dr. Wooten spend more time with me during the consultation than any doctor ever has, anywhere. He addressed every one of my concerns with kindness and made me feel comfortable. Today, I did not have to wait any more than 15 minutes for the surgery to begin and left the office an hour later. The nurse getting me all hooked up was also great, personable and made me feel completely comfortable. I was not worried and knew exactly what was going to happen thanks to her. The pain and numbness are already gone and finally have those awful teeth out of my mouth. I absolutely recommend Dr. Wooten and his surgical staff. I am so grateful!!!!I do have one suggestion - I think reception staff is extremely important because they are the first face you see and many people come in scared and NEED positivity. The woman who checked me in had a frown on her face and did not greet me- luckily everone else was perfect, but this is just not a good impression. I see this often in offices and have often times decided to go somewhere else because the first representative I interacted with did not give me a good impression of the staff. I am sure Im not the only one who thinks this way so I felt that I should include it.THANK YOU for listening and for being such an amazing medical facility.

My wife was going to have her wisdom teeth taken out and was super nervous, but the friendly staff here made her feel right at home. From the time she scheduled the appointment to the time she made it back home, the whole experience was awesome! Dr. Emery and Dr. Wooten both are extremely knowledgeable and caring. We will definitely be recommending and returning to these folks!

Dr. Wooten did an implant for me and I could not be happier. This was a far better experience than the first implant I had done at another dentist in town. His office staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Wooten fit my relative in on a Friday at the last minute. He provided a smooth procedure without complications. If that wasnt enough he called later that evening to check on my relative and his nurse also called later. We were given detailed written instructions at the time and a phone number for after hours. Everything went very well. If we ever need oral surgeon we will be back!!!

My 14 year old daughter had her wisdom teeth removed today and I was so pleased with everything. The staff was amazing. Very informative and offered a room to wait while she was in surgery. Our first visit was only 2 days before yet they treated us like she had been a patient for years. It only took an hour and we were on our way home. We were given step by step instructions for after care which made it so easy. She has been home resting well with hardly any bleeding. On top of all that Dr. Wooten called me personally to check on her about 15 minutes ago. I have never had a surgeon call me personally let alone after hours. I would recommend anyone to visit his office if they have a need for any of his many services that he and his office provides. I am so thankful our orthodontist Dr. Dana Martin referred him to us.

Dr. Wooten made me feel very comfortable From the beginning. A fear of the dentist put me in this situation but Dr. Wooten went a long way to nixing that fear. He even followed up with a personal call at 7:30 PM just to check and see how I was doing. Any and everything I need done in the future will be here at this office! Class act.

Dr. Emery and his staff are excellent.Two of my stepchildren had to have four wisdom teeth removed the same day. From the initial consultation to aftercare, Dr. Emery and his staff were pleasant, knowlegable, accessible and extremely well trained. Dr. Emery called the evening of the procedures to check on the childrens well being.The entire process was exceedingly satisfactory.Highly recommend.

Had an absolute great experience both times I have been here. The staff is so polite and they really care about you and your needs! Honestly couldn’t be any happier. Dr. Wooten came in and talked to me ahead of time filled me in on all the outcomes and made sure I understood all of them. As well as answering any questions I had. Excellent Dr.Two of my young adult daughters have had their all their wisdom teeth removed at the same time. One has sensitivity issues related to other health issues. Both adult children were well cared for. HIGHLY recommended.

Dr. Wooten has done several extractions and implants for me. Has erased many years of abuse and neglect from my mouth. Terrific guy. Smart choice.

My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at the same time. She had a lot of pain for move than 2 weeks. Dr. Wooten was very kind and seemed very knowledgeable. Dr. Wooten even called the next day (which was Saturday) to personally check up on her. Once the pain meds wore off - she went to ibuprofen. There were days where the pain was intense and ran up through to her ear and in her sinuses. At her followup appointment the nurse was less than thorough and basically dismissed all her concerns. The nurse Pam ended up not taking my call on a particularly hard night when I called the answering service. The lady at the answering service told me there was no escalation beyond the nurse on call. I was flabbergasted that no one would help us. The answering service lady hung up on me. I would not recommend this office to anyone.Here is the morning update: Dr. Wooten saw us this morning after I called our regular dentist and I insisted on not seeing the nurse with the business manager at the practice. Dr. Wooten was incredible! He listened to our concerns and ensured that he will take care of the situation. It is a shame that it was assumed that we were just trying to get narcotics. It is also a shame that our world is such that medical professionals have to be on guard to not give narcotics to people who are scammiing.My daughter ended up having a possible infection in her jaw. We got antibiotics and feel that we were heard and situation is on its way to resolution!

Make sure they double check if your insurance is good with this place because theyll tell you it is when its not :)

If you are a parent of a minor...beware!! They waited til they numbed my daughter to tell me I couldnt be with her (5yrs old) that it was policy!! Yet this policy is not posted anywhere and when I got upset about it he was rude and stated that that was HIS office he didnt have to post a sign! If you are treating minors the parent should know that before hand! We will not be back there!!

I had to have a tooth pulled last week an my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed today. I wanted to relay how pleased we were. Dr. Wooten and Dr. Eisenberg were great. The nursing staff was top notch and the office staff were professional and extremely kind.
