I am a client of Tosha Healy, and Ive been with her since she started out at Panache. She is still the best stylist Ive tried in Knoxville (I havent tried the others at Pure Envy) and the new location is really nice. Very serene, natural decor inside a quaint little building that is conveniently located. Affordable prices and top-of-the-line work. I recommend it highly.

Ive been calling and leaving voicemails for two days just to try and get an appointment. Im new to town and this place is super close to my house. Ive waited for them to call me back figuring they were just busy, as Ive called each time during business hours. I havent received any calls back. Ill be going somewhere else.
