If you are light-skinned Hispanic or white or anything other than African-American they will treat you differently. Which Is there right but as a paying customer it was obvious I was getting swindled taken advantage of and given a Service that they knew wasn’t their best. Because they figured I would pay anyways and I didn’t know what I was talking about. I’ve been getting my hair braided for years and this is the worst experience I’ve had. Braid came out less than a week later caked with product patchy the braids were loose they looked messy. It was hurried up. The actual girl that I talk to you was very sweet the stylist but the woman who took my money and charged me double because she didn’t think I heard the price that she said in the first place was ridiculous. I love getting my hair braided I have since I was little but I will not be back here. Just pure unprofessionalism. Some great stylists but the people who run the place are looking for money that’s it.

Asked if stylist knew how to make dreads out of wavy ethnic hair. She said yes. Quote was raised twice and first visit was about 250$ then second was $160.Did not come in for third because she was over saturating beeswax and was not doing me right at all. Paid another stylust 70 to brush it back out. If you have wavy hair and want Dreads do not come here. She will take your money and do you like she would kinky curly hair. She should have turned me away.

I went there to get my hair my little sisters and my big sister the hair was cute but it wasnt all that and they way overcharged they told us 90 for my little sisters feed in ponytail and made us pay 130 and they was rude when we explained they said 90 all I know is Im not going back edit:my sister is 11 and you charged 130 for a braided ponytail does that sound fair?
