I went in for a hair cut and the lady didn’t listen to anything I wanted and hacked up my hair so bad. I have bands that go across my whole head, I have to now cut my hair so short to try and fix the mess she made. I called and tried to tell the manager and she was extremely rude about it. Just don’t waste your time going there.

Nice and friendly staff and reasonable prices too. Its a shame you cant book in advance properly. The online estimate time is also not usually accurate.

I came in as a walkin and waited less than 5 minutes. Ashley was so sweet and gave me an asymmetrical cut based on a picture I brought it. She blended the side I am trying to grow out without taking too much. She even asked a coworker, Jessica, for advice on a certain area of my style, which I really appreciate. They were both lovely, knowledgeable, and team oriented! Ill definitely ask for Ashley and be back again!!! Cheap cut and gave me more in my budget to tip Ashley directly. Thanks ladies! ♥️

I cant recommend this location or atleast the stylist Angela. I showed her a specific style I wanted. The defining trait for the cut was the length of the front and top. I wanted to keep it. The first she does is cut it off before I can object to it. By then the damage is done and I had no choice but to sit and just let her continue. Next time Ill just go to a Beauty school. Atleast that way theres an excuse for if they mess up.

This store allowed me to sit in the chair of a stylist that was clearly on heavy substances. Terrified that she could potentially become violent holding a pair of sheers, I sat through the haircut. The result as you can imagine is complete destruction. After basically running out of the store, I called the store back- I bluntly asked the stylist that answered to tell me yes or no if the woman who cut my hair was on a substance, she said yes. The woman who cut my hair is the manager-Kayla. Not one stylist did a thing while I was in the chair. They allowed it it happen. Understanding that’s a difficult situation, but it was a phone call to the police. Just don’t let anyone sit in that woman’s chair.....what if it had been a child?! Stevie, the district? manager was notified to handle the situation. .

Ive been getting my hair cut here since I moved here and yesterday my hair was destroyed. I went back today and got it fixed. It isnt any better and I just agreed that it looked better so I have enough hair to fix it else where.

Got in and out pretty quick. Reasonable price, which is what I look for in a haircut. Special Note! The stylist took special care to keep the hair out of my shirt!!! No itching for the rest of the day! My kinda place...

The staff was very professional, polite and personable. Salon was clean and each station neat and organized. Any hair cosmetologist would want to work there. Will definitely go back.

Great place! Bruce, especially, is a friendly stylist who goes out of his way to make you feel good, and his work is awesome. The rest of the staff are wonderful too. Ive been to Great Clips in other states in the North East, but the experience and results here are so much better. I take my young son too, and he loves it here!

While Ive never gotten a bad haircut here this is the third time that Ive been turned away because it was close to closing time. When I asked to get a haircut, I was just given a blank stare and the lady stated, its 7:28. I asked, Do you close at 7:30? And she replied, Wed like to. Since I think its a bad idea to get your haircut by A somebody who doesnt want to do it and B is in a hurry, I left and I will not be back. this has happened before when taking me in would have meant that they would have been there past the time on their door. Im sorry, if you want to be out the door at 7:30 make your closing time 7:00 and accept customers until 7:00, and not begrudgingly. Makes little difference to me though as I will never come back to this location, I have had it with them.

Didnt get the stylist name who cut my hair and I wished I had, she was friendly, professional. And did a good job with my haircut....

Set up my appointment online. Walked right in and was immediately greeted by both of the people working. Got checked in and was immediately sat in a chair. I told the lady cutting my hair i wanted to do something different. I wanted my sides and back completely shaved off but was unsure of what to do with my top. I told her she was the hair cutting expert and she could do what ever she wanted with the top. She made it look fantastic. I have a receding hairline but the way she cut the top made it hard to tell that was the case. The hairdresser even went above and beyond the call of duty by trimming my eyebrows.I told her to make me look good and she nailed it. Great place to get your hair cut and affordable on a budget. A+

Our second great experience at this great clips. Laurie does a great job on our 6 year old. You know how it is when you find someone that does a good job. You keep coming back! This location is not convenient to where we live, but well continue to come here for Laurie. Cost for child cut is very reasonable, as well.

Currently policy involves making siblings (6yrs old) wait outside unattended while sister gets haircut which obviously isnt going to happen as a parent. current policy also involves asking eight-year-olds directly if theyve experienced covid-19 symptoms are been directed to quarantine or isolate not the parents asking the child these questions an 8 year old.......

John & Jessica are great stylists. They ask the appropriate questions to make sure the two of you are on the same page, before cutting your hair. BRAVO!! John active listens like a pro to ensure you get what you came for. Two thumbs up for the Cedar Bluff location.

My stylist(Kim) was great. We cut up and laughed. I told her it was the most entertaining session in 48 years. I had a blast. She was professional with the cut and hilarious. Wish she was at our store on Chapman.

Check in Online, its pretty much a skip line. Also, great place to get a cut, at a great place. Never had any issues with them, and of your cut is wrong, or notice something wrong. They guarantee it! So that means just returned back to the store, they will fix it free of charge.

The first time I went there was the best hair cut I have had in years the girl that cut it that time was Brittany. Last week I went on the 25th and had it cut and I was going to ask for Brittany but she wasnt there .so Jessica cut it and it wasnt even close to the hair cut that Brittany gave me. I wont get my hair cut there anymore unless Brittany can cut it. Jessica was in a big rush an it showed in my hair cut. They Need more people that care if customers come back!

My boyfriend got his hair cut at this location tonight at around 7pm. The ladies there were EXTREMELY unprofessional, saying how they wanted nothing more than to go home, drink wine, and go to sleep. They were also being excessively loud and obnoxious. When he finally went back to the chair, he told the woman who was going to cut his hair what he wanted. After the initial cut, he checked his hair to see how it looked, and asked her if she could fade his hair more towards the part. She stated Well, if thats what you wanted, you should have said that. And gave him attitude. After this, they made small talk. She asked him what branch of the military he was in. After him saying he was in the Army Reserves, she said Oh, youre just a weekend warrior, huh?... What a slap in the face. It doesnt matter how he serves. He is a veteran, and he, along with everyone else, deserves respect. If you want respect, definitely do NOT go to this location. Waste of time and money. Will never return.

The salon was nice and clean, and the lady cutting my hair was really nice to me, letting me check on the length halfway through and everything. But she was clearly not equipped/used to cutting a brown persons thick hair. I know this because she expressed her surprise at how much hair I had on my head, and also because she kinda botched the lob trim that I had gone in for. Because she isnt used to so many layers, the cut is not smooth at the bottom. So any time I want to have half my hair up, I have to be careful to tie up all the front hair, because there is a sharp change in length. I somewhat fixed it myself because I didnt want to bet that she could fix what she had missed. Its unfortunate because she was so nice to me. But I suppose people with multicultural hair should stick to the pricier salons.

Quick, I take my kids here and usually happy with trims. Sometimes though its uneven and noticed different stylists every time. Not very consisted.

Normally Im pleased with great clips, but this particular visit even though they werent busy she hurried through my haircut. She also left hair clippings on my face and for head when done and didnt even offer the hair wash I usually pay for everytime.

Amy was amazing and the staff are all beautiful people who will really take great care of you!

Last time I am ever going to Great Clips. Conidering a good quater of the times I went they messed up my hair, I shouldnt gove them my money especially for my last haircut. The stylist cut my hair on the sides like I asked and did it well, but, I have an undercut and wanted to cut the top some too by about half an inch and the stylist just got the hair wet and pushed it to the side so I wouldnt notice. Once I was gone and it was dry I noticed and now have to spend money somewhere else. Terrible experience.
