Hailey did a terrific job on my hair. It was my first visit with her at this salon and she was so friendly. She asked me all kinds of questions about how I liked my hair and what I wanted done. Then she went step by step with me through products and how to style my hair. I am now a regular customer of Haleys.

First time @ Fringes with Katie Jean. She did a great job. She was very thorough evaluating my hair and what my expectations were for my cut.

Clean and professional beautician. Prices are compatible to other beauticians. Facilities appear not to be handicapped accessible. Did not see rear of facility. This could be verified prior to visitation. Beauticians are very clean and maintain their equipment.

I was visiting TN and thought I would get my hair done while I was visiting. I ended up getting a groupon for Emily Chase. She was welcoming and all but the highlights she gave me are the worst I have EVER had. There are 2 inches of roots in the back showing. The front portion is lighter than the rest of my hair and doesnt looked weaved what so ever. Describing root down its bleached, then not, then bleached again. I knew once she was done my hair was too bleached, but I thought it was the lighting in her room and that it would level out in a few days. Unfortunately, I really couldnt tell the extent of the bad highlight job until a few days after when I really started examining my hair and having friends share their opinions.I contacted Emily to let her know I wasnt happy with the highlights. She was willing to redo them, however, I had already gone back to my home state 12 hrs away. I then asked for a refund but Emily said she would not refund me my money back and that I should have contacted her before I left town. She also stated that I will just need to find a hairdresser to redo it in my hometown.Im not satisfied with the service and I would be very careful letting her do your highlights.

Ever look in a mirror and, Yikes, cant stand your hair one more minute? Stopped in at Fringes Salon on the chance there was an opening. Lucky me, Jennifer worked me in. My hair was a mess and I had made it worse by chopping on it to fix it:). Jennifer is amazing. She did a short layered stacked bob to perfection. This was my first time with her, but I am definitely coming back. Thanks Jennifer, you made my day:)

I just moved to Gatlinburg from Florida and was looking for a knowledgeable hair stylist to bleach my roots and cut my hair every six weeks. To be honest, I was extremely nervous to let someone else bleach my hair but Tori assured me that she could do it and after meeting her for an initial consultation I scheduled my appointment. Well the results are in today and she did a fabulous job. Therefore, Tori is my new hair stylist for life and I highly recommend her to all.....

I go to Fringes every 2 weeks for gel polish on my nails. Great polish even better manicurist. Carrie is efficient in her work. Funny. And a joy to go to always happy when I leave.I also get massages from her. When you ask deep tissue. You get it. Well worked over and always feel better after. Thank you Carrie !!!

I see Jennifer Scott here. She is my perfect match for a hair stylist. She always listens and is also not shy to offer suggestions. The product she uses, Kevin Murphy, is absolutely my favorite! It is vegan and doesnt strip my hair. Thats important to me as I am prone to hair loss.

I got my hair done at another salon and it was awful. Nothing like what I wanted and uneven cut. I contacted Buffi at Fringes and she was willing to stay late to work with my schedule and fix my hair. It is now what I wanted and isn’t yellow any more! I will definitely continue to go to Buffi to get my hair done! Highly highly recommend her for your hair needs.

The only thing I know about this place is that it is conveniently located directly off the exit of Broadway on I-640 and that my two daughters and fiance enjoy this place several times a year and that a lady named travin they always continue going back to the same woman that cut colors and does her hair so if they love it and they enjoy it then I will give it 5 Stars because they keep going back at a fair price I might add

Walked in to see if I could get my hair cut. Lady looked around the corner smiled and said hello. I assumed she was working in someones hair. Could here people down the hall talking. No one ever came out to greet me. The girl who smiled at me was apparently not working on someone. She was too busy having social hour on her phone, talking about her plans when she gets off for the day to be bothered by a customer. After standing there for at least 10 mins and no one greeting me I left. They obviously dont care about customer service or gaining new clients.

Even though I was just there to buy a product, service was swift and pleasant. All the clients that I saw looked happy.

Excellent hair cut and style by Traven. I have fine hair that shows every little nick so getting a great hair cut is hard for me.

Oh goodness gracious! I cannot believe the way my sister-in-law and I were treated here. My sweet sister predicted she was to be five minutes late-PREDICTED (stuck in grid-locked traffic out west on her way to her nail appointment). She just got the mani/pedi as a present and was very excited. She called in advance to let the nail girl know her traffic situation and was met with a response that surpassed unprofessional into downright aggressive and unpredictable. After explaining the traffic situation and possibility of being five minutes late, my sis was accosted with absolutely offensive and disgusting obscenities including but not limited to the f-word. My sis hung up crying, so I went to get a refund for her and was also met with the same completely random hostility. Granted, this nail girl was very pregnant (believe she said her name was Carrie Bridges?), but she could still be a kind person. It was so ridiculous I thought I was on an episode of Seinfeld. Ill be telling EVERYONE about this.Edited to include: Id also like to add that when I went in to get the refund it took ten minutes before anyone acknowledged me and I actually had to poke my head into a room in the back to get assistance. The nail girl knew exactly why I was there too-before I even mentioned the refund. Its as if she knew she isnt a nice person, huh!

Kriti Witt gave me the shortest haircut I have ever had. Took her a picture of a hair style clearly showing hair 5 inches long in the back. She cut my hair 1 inch long in the back and 4 months later I am still growing into the longer style I ask for with the picture, of course, at a different salon. Dont know if she messed up and cut to cover or just didnt want to do the style requested.

Again, my girlfriend loves it.
