My stylist started out friendly but then I caught her giving rude, wide eyed facial expressions when I had pointed out that enough hair had been cut off my sons head. She was also somewhat unsupportive or agreeable to the style I had requested my sons hair be cut but did do as Id requested after I didnt deter from my choice. Cant remember her name but she had red hair. Other stylist was friendly to me and my child as I had 2 with me with only 1 getting a cut. Place was clean and quick service though and I probably will still go back.

Shout out to Kysondra! She rescued my dry hair and gave me a fantastic blow dry to top it off. She was also super lovely, I just wish I lived nearby so she could be my local hairdresser!

It was fast and she did a great job. And was helpful with ideas and when to come back.

I was greeted at the door by staff that didnt seem to want to be there. They asked me if I had an appointment, which I did not. The second hairdresser then rolled her eyes, clearly irritated, and told me they cant fit me in. If I needed an appointment, thats an honest mistake. It was a very negative experience from this location, not just this one time. I have had much better customer service from Great Clips

Ive been to a lot of different salons and places to get my hair done and this is by far the best place. Great clips could never. They were nice, efficient, and the color looks amazing. My stylist Corey did an amazing job and I will 100% be back.

Asking for refund tomorrow... my wife came home and noticed the random long hairs every where and asked why one side was shaved and one side wasn’t... plus the back of my head only has the top left shaved. The right said was left poofy... not sure what happened... $20 for this.

I called ahead and made an appointment. While I’m having my hair washed, somebody else comes in who apparently had an appointment at or near the same time as mine. He waited long enough to where he asked how long he’d have to wait his turn since he had other plans throughout the day. My stylist (Kendra) rushed through my hair, and I thought it looked good, but now I’m home and I’m not even that pleased with it. She made me feel bad for asking for a little bit of layering at the end, and I said originally that I wanted some framing at the front. It was all done rushed and without care. I also wanted to have my hair thinned because it’s so thick but I felt uncomfortable even asking for that. She told the other guy she’d “be 2 minutes” and I would’ve made her take longer. The experience was not worth the money at all, I look like a child and not a lady like I wanted. and I don’t know why she’d book me on top of someone else like she did and rush through me. I could’ve just demanded she take more time but I was uncomfortable and don’t like confrontation like that. They’re also a bunch of mask police and I don’t like having to talk loudly with a mask on and mumble and whatnot, Im a quiet person in general. I requested specifically also that the framing around my face would still be long enough to be tied back into a ponytail. Strands of hair come loose when I tie it back unless I literally have the ponytail on top of my head almost.I’m usually a pretty generous tipper because my hair is always long and a pain when I come in for a cut but I didn’t tip Kendra well. IF I come back, I’ll definitely be requesting someone else.

I went to this place for the first time and was a little bit nervous at first because it was the only place I could find that wasn’t fully booked for a week, and I got in as soon as I got there with no wait at all and I was the only person there. But once I talked to the woman who was cutting my hair, it started to feel like I had known her for years and she did AMAZING With my hair. I wish I could give this place a 10/5 but I guess a 5/5 will do. I recommend this place to EVERYONE and I will be back for every haircut I get. Amazing!!

Did not even make it through the front door before a young lady in the back started screaming at me and my 83 year old mother For not having a mask. We visited at a slow time during the week so the atmosphere was calm. 2 Knowledgeable stylists took care of my daughter and I. My hair ended up shorter and thinner than I would have originally expected but all in all it was a pretty good experience. We will be repeat customers.

My son got his hair cut there today. It looks like he cut it himself with scissors at home. I I have to pay to try to have it fixed. It’s gapped way to short in spots with random long pieces everywhere. He has to go school looking like he cut his own hair by mistake till I get a day off to get it fixed. Worst place ever.

Best brow wax in Ktown! Amanda pays close attention to detail and is super gentle. I wont trust anyone else. She even showed me how she mapped them before applying the wax.

Worst haircut I have ever had in my life. My haircut is not complicated at all, usually takes just a few minutes, and I have never had a problem anywhere until this place. When she said she was finished, I couldnt believe it. My haircut was visibly uneven, several spots were entirely missed with the razor, so I tried to ask her to fix it. After pointing out several missed parts and having her fail to fix them, I left and fixed the remaining parts myself at home. Im not picky, and it takes A LOT for me to complain. You know its bad if I could have done a better job cutting my own hair. She clearly had no clue whatsoever how to cut mens hair. STAY AWAY - GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Awful awful awful. I told her exactly how I wanted my beard trimmed and she butchered it. I also explained that I was going to a wedding and just needed a little bit taken off to tighten up the long ends. Before I could stop her she had her clippers out and took off way more than I wanted. So much for keeping the look that Ive been working on for weeks. All it takes is a second for an unskilled person to wreck your hair. Dont go here if you care about what you look like.

Samantha was amazing. She consulted with me about my hair bc yall it was a hot mess. I have super fine and thin hair. She asked me things other stylist hadnt and then was like lets work it. She was so easy going and talkes to you like a person not just someone in her chair. She even will ask you at the end if u like it bc if u dont then she wants to make it to your liking. I love my hair the color and highlights. She was great. The overal between her and her the other stylists make you wanna come back.

This was by far the worst haircut I have ever received. The second the clippers touched my head I knew I was going to hate every second of this experience.I brought in a picture of ME with the haircut that I wanted from a few year ago. The person ( I will never call this person a stylist) then proceeded to chop off way too much on the side, she might as well have scalped me, and left what looks like a tall tuff of grass on the top of my head. I have never been so furious in my life.Maybe if the person had been more concentrated on my hair instead of selling me on the Supercuts brand (while bad mouthing Great Clips) they might have done a better job or at least something close to what I asked for. The person then had the audacity to HIT ON ME while they were cutting my hair.My hair is one of the few things that I like about myself but thanks to Superclips and your horrible employees I wont have that confidence for MONTHS. If I could give negative stars I would. Thanks for nothing you piece of crap brand.
