1. Booked my appointment over the phone for deep tissue. quoted price for 90 minutes was $90. When finished with session they Tried to charge me $98 due to price increase. Had to argue in order to get the price honored. Not a pleasant start. 2. Also, you get 10 minutes less of actual massage so I only got 80 minutes minutes minus light warm up about 15 minutes, so you really only get about 65 minutes of deep tissue. Plus gratuity. So with new price you will pay about $110+ for 65 minutes of deep tissue, so about $1.70 per minute. Not as affordable after all. Massage therapist did a great job though.

This Location is fantastic and has an amazingly diverse staff. Whether you are looking for light, medium, firm, or deep pressure this is the place. Great facials as well. Very clean and well ran location. Close to Kissimmee and Clermont FL.

Horrible Management. Please dont support this toxic business!I visited this location several weeks ago but as I am wanting to book another massage (elsewhere of course) I remembered my worst ever public / consumer experience.The male manager at the front desk created an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere the way he was talking to his employees. His choice of words and tone showed belittlement and absolute lack of respect for his employees who were only doing their job, and fine at it.

Totally amazing massage from Alessandra. My sciatica was putting me in a lot of pain. One hour massage and pain is gone. Great techniques and highly professional. Don’t be put off by membership requirements. This place is well worth it. I have been to massage therapy school and I have the occasional massage so I do know the difference in an amateur mauling you vs a professional massage. Everyone at this location from the moment I called in totally great. Thanks to all of you and will see you again with your great rates as often as possible.

This massage envy is soooo personable! I discovered this place recently (within the last 2-3 weeks) and I have booked appointments until March 2022! It’s in a nice, newer area with plenty of parking (which some massage envy’s don’t have good access to parking spots and are in congested areas).The masseuses and the woman who did my facial were are great! Alessandra and Marcella are BOTH excellent masseuses. Both have unique techniques but are effective in their separate ways. I can’t explain it better than that! 💁🏾‍♀️. When you fall asleep in your massages, then you know they are doing something right.The woman who did my facial , Flora, was super knowledgeable but more importantly explained clearly and succinctly why certain facial products were necessary and how to use them. It made sense what she was explaining to me so I bought a product immediately. And I didn’t feel like she was forcing me to buy it or was “trying to sell me” at all. She explained that certain products have certain ingredients and will improve certain aspects of your face. So it became less about that particular product but more of what to look for in products, if that makes sense.All the receptionists are friendly. I think I met the manager for the day or the owner and she was very very helpful in scheduling and such.Overall great experiences (so far 2 visits). I will be back of course because I am scheduled until March 2022. And shhhh don’t tell anyone buuuut, I low key switched all my services from one massage envy to this one 🤣🤣🙌🏾. Soo, I’m a believer.No pictures, I was too busy sleeping during my massages and loving how my face looked after my facial. 👍🏾💁🏾‍♀️I am confused on how and why they are getting the 1 or 2 star reviews?!! Umm, I think they tripping. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I am actually very hard to please and I was pleased lol. I think sometimes people just expect $10,000 service but want to get it for $1?! You can’t make everyone happy and there will always be people complaining because they “waited on the phone for 30 minutes” or “didn’t find parking” or “couldn’t find the place” like stupid stuff that has NOTHING TO DO WITH HOW THE SERVICES THEY RENDERED. lol. It’s a pet peeve when I read reviews lol. Cuz these customers are something else. But that’s for another day lol

First time massage session with Thomas was great. I was offered a year plan contract which I accepted. Then, I was booked for today’s session with Thomas again. Unfortunately, since there are so many scam calls I receive on a daily basis and my voice message was full I did not answered a phone call from Oviedo, Fl not even Kissimmee where Massage Envy is located. I apologized and asked if I could arrive by 4:30 pm and my request could not be granted. I told the person who called me I was not interested in the year plan if they don’t even send text messages as J Sterling does. I was charged the cancellation fee. I am very disappointed and since it is a contract I have to be with them for a year otherwise I have to pay a full year session of massages. I think your company must add text messages if you really care about your guests taking into consideration that many many scam calls happen everyday.

I have been a client here for about a year at this point and I cannot say enough about how great the entire team here is. From finding some incredible massage therapists to having received exceptional service from the front desk and the management, it has been a pleasure at every step. I have even encountered a couple of issues such as scheduling glitches and even losing my favorite massage therapist, and each time the team have bent over backwards to accommodate me and find a solution to an issue, and that is where true excellence is found. You cannot expect perfection at every turn when in a long term relationship with any company, but how they handle issues is where you find the true value in a team. Thank you!

I give no BS reviews, if you deserve a good review I give it. This place is First Class !!! Forget other bad reviews they are either old or just one time incidents.Front desk staff incredibly helpful. Massage therapist Gladys was excellent. Best run Massage Envy so far. Was on vacation and they were fully booked. They put me on a waiting list, called that afternoon, and got me booked next day. Had to transfer a massage, no problem, they did it with a smile. My wife thanks you as you made a big difference and she felt great. They listen at this location. Forget other Florida massage places. Go to a pro here.

This was my first time at this Massage Envy. The check-in process was very smooth. Shereen, at the front desk, handled everything very professionally. I asked Misty questions about transferring my membership from another state. She’s very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The therapist was Gavin. He was great about asking if the temperature was comfortable and amount of pressure was good. I asked to switch from a deep tissue to more Swedish due to soreness in my muscles, he instantly switched techniques. Overall, great experience.

LOVE it here! Staff is so friendly and helpful, and willing to educate and answer any questions about services and products they have there. The manager there, Misty, is so kind and receptive to feedback both good and not-so-good-- and when its not-so-good she bends over backwards to make your next experience as perfect as possible!

Soooo I wasn’t going to leave a review from my first visit here BUT then I got a massage by Gladys and it changed everything. I’m the type where I don’t want to talk a lot during my massage 💆🏽 and Gladys just knew! She treated all the areas perfectly and it was an incredible experience. I am in the process of cancelling my membership but after this massage I just might renew as long as I can get massages from Gladys!

I just received an amazing facial from Addison. She was very knowledgeable and professional. It was a delightful experience from walking in to the establishment to leaving, will definitely return.

On a side note I was contacted by Massage Envy to discuss this issue. I contacted them this past Monday so that we could discuss the issues. After our conversation we decided to schedule an appointment for today (11/20).Fast forward to today and I get a phone call from the manager canceling the appointment due to the review I left, EVEN THOUGH I followed through with their request to contact them.Do not waste your money here. Also if you see that a person’s name is familiar like they work there or their job is a masseuse and they leave a review think why they might have staff padding their reviews!?!?

Love getting massages! Me and my boyfriend came here for massages because its new and close to our house we wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately no couples massage. My bf loved his massage and was very happy with it and service. Me on the other hand not so much. I had a guy I forgot his name but he was not that great didnt seem like he cared much said he was slammed probably warn out and tired. I will come back and try again with someone else. Beautiful location and great customer service otherwise.

Looked online at their hours and it said it was open until 10pm on Monday. I drove up there to get my wife a gift for Christmas of a massage to see if ahe liked it. The door said it was open until 10pm and it was locked, no one in sight and it was barely 6pm. Will go elsewhere. Do not even want to see what the service is like if they cant even have people there until it closes. Not good!!

This 5 star review is purely a shout out to Shereen who was comoletely professional and helpful after we showed up at the wrong Massage Envy due to google not knowing which location was which.Massage Envy needs to fix this because we waster an Uber here for no reason. But Shareen made sure we got a full refund and that we were taken care of.

I came for a spa day with my besties and we were treated to an upscale experience at great prices. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel as if they were going the extra mile to make sure our day was special. I signed up for a membership and will definitely be a frequent client! Thank you Massage Envy Kissimmee for such a wonderful experience! I would reccomend the personalized facial. I came home with a goodie bag of amazing products and after a few days I can already tell a difference with the evenness of my skin tone (i usually deal with a lot of redness and blotchy patches). Also the total body stretch session is amazing, as a runner it creates an exquisite counter stretch to the impact stress I put on my body daily.
