I randomly booked an appointment at this spa while we were visiting Disney. Sandra was excellent! One of the best massages I have ever had. The place is in a weird spot and a little out of place for its location, but inside is calm, peaceful and truly wonderful. What a great find!

I was in need of a good massage. I received a deep tissue massage that had me feeling like a new woman. I went with the 80 min one. It was definitely worth it.

The serenity package was so dope. I had a wonderful and peaceful massage and the ppl were professional the lady Sandra ( I believe that was her name) stayed late and did my massage jus because she knew this was my last day here. Will be back again

This spa is absolutely outstanding! We were here on vacation and decided to do a couples massage very last minute. They were fully booked but were kind enough to take us and stayed open a little later to accommodate us. Both of our massages were incredible; each masseuse performed above and beyond our expectations. We will absolutely be stopping here on our next trip to the Orlando/Kissimmee area!! 5 STARS!

Today...my daughter and i had a girls day at Vivians Spa...we got a really good package deal...the staff was fabulous and i got a great massage. I would definitely go back.

The service is on point! Everyone was exceptional nice and friendly. The spa is clean smells wonderful..Bernadette has the Midas touch!

The services were very relaxing and I felt refreshed after. I enjoyed the massage from Bernadette and the facial from Stacie. Not only were they nice, but thorough and they allowed me time to get to know them without cutting my time. Everything was on point so I purchased a gift card for my friend. Highly recommend, its not plush but for the price, they exceeded my expectation.

Was shopping around old town with my dad and walked in because of a stress headache I’ve been fighting for a few days. I was not expecting to get the exceptional service that I received.I was taken in immediately, given water, and felt truly taken care for.The massage was incredible and very relaxing and you can’t beat the prices! Definitely will be back and definitely recommend!

I found the spa to be a very relaxing, clean environment. The staff was very courteous and professional. My message therapist asked me questions to gauge the level of pressure I preferred, if I had ever had a message before and any points of pain I would like her to specifically work on during my appointment time. Afterwards I felt she did exactly what I had asked and more, really took the time to work on me. Would absolutely go again! Great experience!

This place was awesome! I had an 80 minute massage with Annette. She alone was worth it. She was very easy to talk to and was very obviously skilled with massage technique and muscle relaxation. She gave me tips to keep limber as well. While the location itself seems like it may not warrant relaxation (I dont think old town is synonymous with tranquility) dont let that fool you. This is definitely a gem and I highly recommend.

My wife and I tried this place just on a whim and W O W ! Cannot give a better review. I dont remember our masseuses names but i can say that they were very accommodating and gentle throughout the entire process. So much so as to schedule extra therapists at the last minute to handle a group of 5. Ive now been here about 3 times since last year and always fall asleep even at my best. Well definitely be stopping in soon for another visit ! Thanks !!!

Customer service was great but this was the worst facial I ever had and I’m 55 years old and have been getting regular facials since age 25. My expectations were not met at all. A total disappointment.

Terrible unprofessionalism when it comes to scheduling. Even if we are 5-10 mins late, they cancel the whole appt. even if we are only visitors who came a long distance for this and had originally been longtime customers. I wish I could give zero stars. Never going back, there are better spas with better professionalism and care.

Vivians Spa in Kissimmee is so awesome! We were visiting Florida for a few days and decided the morning of our last day there that we needed to relax and loosen up some tired muscles before our flights back home. We were worried that we may not have been able to reserve a time slot for a group of 3 so last minute on a Sunday when many places are closed. I looked up a bunch of places by their ratings/reviews, called them all up and left voice messages explaining the situation. Stacey from Vivians Spa was so good! She was the first to call back and worked really hard to try to fit us in 30 minutes earlier than the initial time she had given us after hearing we had flights to catch by speaking with her staff and doing some switches. We did the Serenity Spa package and it was totally worth it! Total relaxation! Massage, facial, foot and hand treatment were wonderful! Seriously 2.5hours of relaxation for the package was a great deal! Staff were wonderful! Definitely would come back again if we were back in Florida again!

I live less than a mile from here and that in of itself is a great reason to come... however it was the warm service I received after calling for availability that day. I requested a deep tissue treatment and Gino delivered and addressed my pain areas. I’m looking forward to visiting again and recommend highly whether local or visiting. The only downside is parking - definitely be patient on the weekends midday during tourist cluster times (spring break & summer). The spa is located in Old Town which attracts heavy roaming & shopping crowds. But if you’re there visiting... stop in to see if there is a slot open. It is well worth a healthy investment!

Best place in town for massage. I did the full body Deep tissue therapeutic massage, European Facial, Hands paraffin and Foot massage. Brenda was Amazing such as Davin I think those were the names. But they were great!!!!

Bernadette was great. She found the store spots and gently worked them out.I was very happy with the pricing also.

I cannot compliment this day spa enough. I never thought I would be the type of person to enjoy a massage but a friend talked me into it on my last vacation to Florida and I am so glad she did. The staff here was incredibly friendly, professional and talented. The spa itself is very reasonably priced in both products and services. This will definitely be a stop on all my vacations to central Florida from now on.

Awesome massage!!! I have been a massage therapist for 11 years and even own my own massage business in Nashville. I am very critical of massage therapists, esp when on vacation. I was blown away by Jacob!!! I even told him I was going to steal some of his moves!! My sister had Ashley and said it was the best massage she has had in Orlando in 10 years!!!! I give and like to receive very deep sports massages and I would hire him in an instant!! He even does some stretching, which is very rare!!

This past Friday 12/20 i went to Vivians Spa to buy a gift certificate to give to my wife for xmas, She never been to one and told me this is what she wanted for Christmas,i told her to get it from her/my stepdaughter that she knew more about these thing then me. Well after a little Googling and Google mapping and rating reviews i went after work to Old Town in Kissimmee were Vivian Spa is located and the lady ( of whom i failed to get her name) was very very nice,helpful and after talking to her i was pretty sure i picked the right place for my wifes first spa experience.I can hardly wait for my wife xmas day reaction and my stepdaughter too,the spa sevice card will be something the wife and her daughter to look over together to help guide my wife. I believe her experience with Vivians Spa will be a True One.Time Will Tell. Thank You.

This is long overdue. I was visiting Orlando for business in October and after quite a hectic week, I made an impromptu visit to Vivians Day Spa. It was the best massage and spa experience Ive ever had, and incredibly good value as well. Id like to thank Stacey and Bernedette, as well as the gentleman at the front desk (Im sorry I cant for the life of me remember your name) for taking such great care of me. My only gripe is that my standards have now been irreversibly raised! I rarely visit Orlando but Ill definitely drop by again when I get the chance.

Just came back from an Orlando vacation and had a wonderful experience at Vivians Spa. Its kind of a quiet, classy oasis amidst the kitschfest of Old Town. I did the $110 special (a steal!) that included a great massage, foot treatment, a wonderful facial, and a paraffin hand dip. My therapists were friendly, professional and really good (and Ive done day spas in a lot of cities over the years). They did not skimp on products (Sothys of Paris!) either. If you have to have the posh surroundings of a hotel spa, this wont work for you, but its definitely clean, cozy, and comfy. if you want fab value in a welcoming atmosphere (they even make sure the scented candles wont send up irritating smoke), then I highly recommend this place. I will definitely go back on return trips!

WOW! I had the special & after 4 days of Disney parks & walking 27mi this was a welcome treat. These girls were wonderful, soothing, friendly & great at what they do.

The atmosphere was very relaxing and calming. They had a great deal on massage with facial and foot rub. I would definitely recommend going and would like to come next time Im in town.

I was traveling by myself and they welcomed me to Florida with open arms! The massage was top quality and the facial was so nice too!

If I could give it zero stars I would! If youre looking to relax, dont come here! All you hear is the therapist talk about how tired they are! None of the employees have any customer service skills and they cant locate your problem areas even after telling them when they are! Dont waste your money!

After going about 2 times I found that it was kind of noisy, the rooms were clean but felt chilly, prices were ok but I was looking for a massage that was able to address some specific issues and this just was not doing the job. Also, I had to sit outside until exactly the time of my appt as I was the first of the day - I was not crazy about that.

Went there for couples massage in our honeymoon and it was very good. Sunny was really good at massaging,really recommend her. got 1hr swedish masssage and price was reasonable. atmosphere was good but could improve, oh and yes it is in the middle of old town, you would think the spa is some old tacky place because of being in old town but it was surprisingly very spa like, friendly staff and water tasted amazinggggg
