Best nail bar I have been to.Very welcoming, polite and friendly. Prices are great with good quality work.Also very clean. I noticed alot of returning customers whilst sitting in the chair. Always a plus!Ann did a great job on my nails on february 1st. (Purple and glitter) I also had a pedicure.I have been looking for a nail bar that does liquid gel, as I find it more natural and Get Nails & Spa are one of a few that still do.I just went for french to see how it turned out, but I am very happy. Not sure what the guys name was but he wore a black pineapple shirt.You can book online also, which saves alot of time. Its not about waiting, even though they do welcome walk-ins.All in all I will be returning to you always, and also referring family and friends

Make an appointment to get your toes or nails done here. They provide a range of services and do it in a clean space and make it affordable. I usually get my fancy acrylics done with Vanessa or her husband, however I’ve gotten gel manicures with three or four other people and have been satisfied too.

I went there and showed them the design i wanted to get, it was two lines going across the nail, no acrylics, nothing difficult because i like to keep it simple and cute. They never said they couldn’t do it, so i assumed they could and if they did say they couldn’t do it from the start i would took found somewhere else. When they started it didn’t look right in the beginning but I didn’t know their process so i let them continue. Once they “finished” I told them that some of the lines were crooked, and he said he can’t help it because of the nail polish and he mentioned that they had drawing nail polish after he finished, i was willing to stay and let them use the drawing nail polish with a another color but he told me he didn’t want too to do it. So i had to pay money for something i did not want and do not like at all, and if i would’ve left without paying i would look like the bad guy. So unless you want your nails to look like you got them done at a 6 year olds tea party I would definitely not recommend.

Love this establishment. Literally the only place I get my hands and feet done. Phong and Vanessa are amazing at what they do and they are very professional! Love how clean the place is!

I went to the nail Solon yesterday and the lady that did my nail she did a hoirable job and when I was sleeping i and when I woke up and my my nails were broken and I called them and they told me to come in so when I went to the nail Solon all of the people they told me that I clipped my nails with a nail clipper so I left and I asked them if I can get a refound and they told me no so I recommend that you guys should not go to that nail solon I give them a bad rate Im only for now on I gonna call my other nail tec instead

This is a great place to get your nails done! The service is great, fast and affordable. Cheaper than other places I’ve been to and they do a better job! I was seen within 45 minutes of contacting Vanessa. I will recommend others to go there and I certainly will continue to go myself. This is my go to nail shop.

Extremely disappointed with their nail products. I paid over $75 for a full set of acrylic nails. Not even a week later three of the nails are ready to come off. By day 3 to be exact. I am not sure what cheap material they are using but be aware!!! The price is not worth the work!!!!

Me and the husband went for pedicures. Was not greeted upon entering. Was not told about the wait once in the pedicure chair. The techs that provided the pedis did a great job!

I needed my nails done ASAP on a Sunday which most places are not open on Sundays...also have been looking for a new nail salon that does a good job ..and I think I found it here my nails need a lot of fixing and I thought I would just need to soak them off and start over with a new set but Vanessa said that I didn’t need to soak off and start over that she can fix them...that right there was amazing cause any other place would have agreed to make more money.. I am Ultra OCD when it comes to nails. I dont know about you but anxiety coats my body like a onesie whenever I go to a nail salon. Why? Because for the past two years since Ive been back here in Central Florida , out of all the countless nail salons Ive been to only ONE was worth it but they were always booked and kind of pricey (well worth the money though). Ive avoided trying to go to a new salon and just hope I could catch a free opening with that one salon. After no success for two weeks, I decided to take a chance and try a new place. Hopefully this time I wont be so disappointed that I will literally chew my nails off after paying for it again. You have to understand I was trying to prepare myself for the worst and secretly hoping for the best. Can I say, with a little prayer and hope MIRACLES HAPPEN!!! I went to Get Nails & Spa. Even though it was packed, I was acknowledged almost immediately in the most professional and friendly way (which is something Im not used to with my past experiences). The environment had a classy feel which made me go Ooohhhhh....and the Me Time starts Now!!!! Vanessa was my nail technician but that doesnt define her....she is a nail artist! Good thing is that they all are. I tend to scope around first to see the talent before I started getting worked on and I was really impressed. You really cant go wrong with anyone there but I feel really blessed to have gotten Vanessa. Not only did she do EXACTLY what I asked for but she added her own touch that blew me away. Vanessa, the look of the salon, the customer service and the outstanding result of my nails immediately made me want to be a recurring loyal customer. My Me Time at Get Nails was the greatest Me Time in a long time. I highly strongly recommend this place

I went to get a pedicure and I noticed when the lady next to me left and they sat the next client without disinfecting first . I had asked the tech several times to remove the polish from my toes as there was nail polish outside the nail and just got a bad attitude i had asked the manager to fix the issue so I could check out and she did but didn’t ask about why or how they could better my experience. Due to the no sanitation and unprofessionalism I will not go back!

The group of people that work at this place are very professional, they do a fantastic job for a very good price. Theyre following the CDC rules and regulations. Thank you everyone for making me feel so special!!

Great service, and welcoming staff. Im from New York and I came to get my nails done here when I was visiting. Im not gonna lie, it was a lot better than places Ive been in New York. Today makes 5 weeks that I did my nails and they still look fabulous (except for growth). Love love love them.

People were very nice and salon was very clean. However, I went in to get my acrylic nails removed and get SNS applied the tech simply just pulled off my acrylics instead of soaking them which completely destroying my natural nail underneath. My nails then had to be cut pretty short and while the color is pretty I’m just not happy about having so much of my natural nail removed. I was charged $35 for the SNS which was fine but I was also charged $5 for her to completely destroy my nails ? So do with this information what you will.

Wow, Im blown away with this place.As soon as I got here I was greeted by Vanessa and she was a sweetheart from the moment I walked in until I checked out. She did my SNS and gave me a good amount of time to let me pick my nail color without rushing me or letting me feel like I was a bother to her. She gave my some knowledge on the SNS product and the benefits of getting them done along with two different gel polish for the end of the process.As Im checking out, I presented her with the 10% coupon from Yelp and she gave it to me right away. WITH NO ATTITUDE! This place will be my new to go place because of sweet, clean, and polite they were.I would like to thank the other place that was rude to me, because I was able to stumble on this place

The only reason it’s getting a star is because my friends nail stylist was great for her, and her nails are still good. Mine did not pay attention to detail, she didn’t make me wash my hands, and 5 of my nails have chipped after 3 days! Very disappointed and a waste of time and money.

The employees there working on your nails and giving your spa, they are great at what theyre doing I recommend everyone to go try them out.

Update 9/14/18- i like to be fair... Like I said before I would probably come here again but with someone different. I went back today and Ron was my nail tech. He is great. He did my SNS super fast, but very meticulous and perfect. Not like my previous experience here. So, I’ll keep coming her, but with Ron.The place is really nice and clean. Everyone is very welcoming and great customer services. Prices are reasonable. The try to accommodate you right away. The reason I give them 3 stars is because of my experience with a particular technician (Teresa). I did the SNS and while my nails came up very nice, everything else was a mess. She is very sloppy. I left the place with my fingertips full of gel nail polish the put at the end (clear one). My fingertip and and the back of my nails were stuck together. I mentioned to her and while she was trying to fix it, she lacerated all my cuticles. So, I told her to stop stop and I’ll finish home.Maybe I’ll go there again, but definitely with a different technician.

They took care of me and the owner is awesome.

They took me in quickly when my nail broke after a week! When I got seated they took their time to make sure my nail matched my other hand and I really appreciated it. The only thing is im sad i had to pay $3 to get it fixed since it did randomly break on its own but I also understand considering im on their time. I do highly recommend this place! They do an amazing job with my nails every time I go and are open to doing any nail design you want and/or working around the idea!

I came in yesterday at 1:00pm waited 20 min for a manicure and pedicure. The gentle took 3 hrs for a manicure and pedicure and he couldn’t finish painting my hands someone else did. He kept taking off the nail polish and re doing them. Complete awful. He ruined my big toe and had to repainted at the end and unfortunately I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave. My nails didn’t dry well since I couldn’t wait a minute more. Got a pedicure and the old skin around my nail is not completely clean. Not worth 63 dollars. I WANT my money back. I had a work conference the next and I was just completely embarrassed by the way it looked.

This is a great nail salon! The employees do speak a different language to each other, and some people may mind it or be bothered by it, but I dont its. I love how the nails were when they finished. My only complaint is that although I was 5 min late to my reservation, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to get started on me... I love the service butI recommend being EARLY or else you will lose your reservation which is somewhat understandable. I am 14, but love doing my nails and I wont except anything but good-great quality. I use my own money for my nails, therefore, considering I dont get a consistent income, I spend my money wisely, and this place is a great way to spend it. Lol anyhow its a great place!!! Another thing I would say is that they do not have a wide collection of nail polish colors. Thats all!! wow thats a big message.. I dont usually do reviews..

Very professional staff. Even though there was a small wait, they at least got us seated and comfortable in the chair while we waited. We were walk-ins at that. What I loved most is the attention to detail. My technician, even though it was a simple pedicure, made sure there were no streaks, lumps or excess polish. I wish I could come regularly. 7/10 nail shops do cheap or crappy jobs. They’re prices were so cheap, we just tipped an extra service. It wasn’t noisy or hectic but busy. Everyone looked to be enjoying their time there as well. It went as smooth as possible ❤️

The customer service here is atrocious. I had an appointment and still had to wait, because there were no nail techs available. So when one finally decided to show up to work, she told me to sit in a chair and wait because she had an appointment. What ??? I had an appointment and been waiting before the other client even walked in. Even though I was bothered, I decided to wait a little longer. Finally someone came and sat down in front of me and I was relieved. I had a baby shower to get to. I could not believe that I was yet again looked over and he started someone’s pedicure. At that point I was sitting there for over 40 min. I will never ever come back to this place. I’ve never felt this ignored at an establishment in my entire life.

Vanessa did an amazing job on my graduation nails. I have OCD and usually have to correct the person doing my nails to make it even but during every step of the process, she did that. I was able to just explain what I wanted and sit back and relax. They turned out great and Ive gotten so many compliments from them. Never going to anyone else!!

Had an awful experience with the nail salon . The nail technician who did my nails last week did an awful job went in because my nail was lifted We did and I will before I walked out because t according to Vanessa there was no one to help me at that moment however someone came in and sat down at her chair and she proceeded to service this individual while I have been waiting for an hour I would not recommend this place they are awful and unprofessional

I have been here twice. Every year I come down from Massachusetts for a few months starting in April and have had some trouble finding someone down here who does gels.But from the very moment I first called Get Nails they have been fabulous. I asked if they did any fun designs and they were excited, they told me to bring in my ideas.I have taken advantage of several of their services, pedicure, eye brow wax and 2 manicures with gel fill and fun designs. The nails hold up great. The designs came out amazing, the staff is fabulous and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I know I will be going in at least 1 more time before I head back north, but will be a return customer again every time I find myself in Florida.

My nails popped off within a few days I spent $80 and had jewels and 3D art in them and they told me to come back and have them replaced I did and they then wanted to charge me again and wanted to see a receipt that they never gave me the first time I normally don’t have issues with them and was very surprised that of the quality of the work that was done

Too EXPENSIVE. Ended up paying $50 just for a GEL pedicure plus $10 on tip... so if you’re willing to pay $60 just to do your toes this is your place to go...

Wastes my money!! thought I would try a nail salon in my area since I usually drive to Orlando. After 1 day my stones started falling off. I went in the following morning asking he remove them because id rather no stones if they area is going to continue to fall off. My job involved typing , I needed to wash my hair and if they couldnt last on my day off doing nothing whats the point of keeping them? HE wanted to replace the missing stones of course because it was easier and quicker for him. If your going to charge 5$ a nail the stones should stay on with no issues. My nails done elsewhere where over 2 weeks old and not one missing stone! Do not go here. For $50 this should have been a lot better.

My first time here and it was a great experience. They use plastic coverings for pedicures, polish was neat and clean. I think everyones favorite part of a pedicure is the massage and it was very good. I went with 3 other people and we all had good service. Thanks Get nails & spa!

I came here for a pedicure and the lady attending me did not even say hi before proceeding just went straight to it. The guys greeting and doing the nails was a sweetheart and you could notice he is a hard worker!

I really recommend this salon. It’s usually busy but they service you fast. They have an Instagram page and I love that I can show them exactly what I want and the result are the exact same. Definitely will be coming back! Very friendly techs.

This is the best salon that Ive EVER been to! The staff are nice and professional. They tend to your needs and theyre diligent. Theyre worth the money. I plan on being a regular & long-term customer. Im about a 40 min drive from them, but its worth it.

Sadly no longer a customer due to the disrespect of Teresa an employee who yelled at me the last time I was in there so I was tired of her treatment towards me she always gave me a hard time towards my disability she said that I should get my nails done by somebody else! And then she raised her voice at me to pick my color! So I said dont yell at me!So decided to make another appointment with her because tbh the last girl who did them it looked awful but I didnt have time to redo them. I told the manager who I was and when I got there she said she didnt want to do my nails! I was trying to give her another chance because I do not hold grudges! TBH she actually did my nails right. But I guess I have to find another place to go! I dont think its right to be yelled at and disrespected! So they have lost a paying customer! Having a disability is hard but to be disrespected is not good business!!

Disappointed, I am on vacation and read the reviews thinking this place would be something amazing, but I honestly could’ve saved myself time and gone to any nail salon.Most of the staff were on their phones and speaking amongst each other, hardly any attempt to create a friendly and client-oriented environment.Sadly, when trying to dry my toes, I slipped and messed up a nail, I tried to get techs attention in hopes they’d fix it (and I didn’t mind paying extra), however, no one seemed to care. Just playing on their phones.

First time here and what can I say. I called made an appointment something came up on my end had to move the time but called back and Phong (hope i spelled it correctly) 😊 was able to went in told him what I wanted and he even got me to step outside my box all i can say is. I will definitely be back he did a great job and I love my nails!
