I had one of the best massages at this Hand and Stone location. Alex is a world class massage therapist. He made me feel very comfortable and cared for the entire time. The front desk at this location was also wonderful. They made me feel welcomed from beginning to end. Ask for Alex when you book your massage.

I dont request a specific person to give my massage, so its been different each time. Theyve all been great!

My husband and myself have been coming here for a few months and always a positive experience. The girls upfront are always courteous and friendly, they manage to accommodate our crazy schedules. Annaika is a wonderful therapist she listens to my concerns and I will always schedule with her I highly recommend her. I get my facials done by savannah who is also very professional and has does an amazing job definitely recommend these 2 ladies to give you the ultimate spa escape.

I really enjoy how convenient this location is... Also a very clean environment. I was somewhat disappointed at my last appointment. No one offered the serenity room as an option to wait in and it would have been nice as the ladies in the reception area were being very loud laughing and gossiping. Not what I was expecting.

Awesome place!!!!! I am very happy with the service and atmosphere of Hand and Stone!!!! I have a back and neck injury that happened back in 2019 and I have been to a Chiropractor and a pain management doctor that ended up in 3 spinal injections and it done NO good!!! I have been in constant pain and left to rely on pain medication to find some kind of relief and management to the constant pain I experience day and night!!! I was referred to a back surgeon and was told I need surgery. So a friend had mentioned to try Hand and Stone. So I did and I wished I would have done this sooner. My massage therapist is awesome she has taking the time to ask questions and listen to me about my Injuries. So after she gathered all my information she started the plan of how to bring pain relief to me. I am also doing decompression therapy and having Hand and Stone by my side brings me much pain relief!!!! Massage therapy is a very important part to the road of recovery for a back and neck injury. I am doing so much better!!! I recommend Hand and Stone if you have any type of Injuries or if you just simply need a massage for relaxation and stress management then try Hand and Stone you will not be disappointed. The Kissimmee Loop location was a great location, had an awful experience and expressed my dissappointment with the staff..basically, it was so sorry and that was it. The massage therapist I had gave me a lunch break massage and to make matters worse...as I was leaving, someones underwear was on the floor near the door. I was so mad and ashamed while wondering if the linen had even been changed. I like Hand & Stone, but will not go back to this location ever. No one was concerned about my complaint and I am a member paying monthly, the service was unacceptable.

The receptionists are super kind and helpful! I had absolutely no issue in regards to making appointments, checking in, and they assisted with any questions I had.Your true gem lies in your masseuse, Joy. Not only is she excellent at her craft, shes thorough, and extremely knowledgable. She takes her time addressing problem areas, and I can say that she has been life changing for me. You should strive to have 10 more of her in your workplace. Thanks to her, you now have a faithful client.

I’m not one to leave reviews often but , we were in Orlando for a few days and I got a really bad pain on the lower back. I tried calling massage envy but they weren’t very accommodating. I called hand and stone and they assisted me in finding two therapists who could service my sister and I at the same time. My therapist Bryan was beyond amazing. I get massages regularly but I haven’t had such a good massage like this. He’s super professional, and knowledgeable.. soon as he started he knew my pain areas... he applies just the right amount of pressure where is doesn’t feel painful.. he relieved my pain and left me feeling super relaxed. Definitely recommended. Overall the facility is very clean, they take your temp at arrival, the front desk is welcoming. Wonderfully managed facility.

I have gone to this location twice already and both times have been a wonderful experience. I didnt have to wait, but I did have an appointment as well. I had a different massage therapist each time but they were great. I walked in feeling like a semi hit me and i walked out feeling great. Will definitely go back a third time :D

Not worth it, i paid for a massage for my girlfriend and she got off late from work and got late to her appoinment, when she got there they told her they can only do 30 minutes and we cancel it, after all this the girl never told me about cancelattion fee and we got charge the whole amount, then i had to call to claim my money and they still charge me 25 for cancel it.

This single Star represents the front desk person that over charged me.I received an 80 minute massage and was to pay member pricing, but after I left and got home I noticed that I was charged for something completely different. I’m not sure why I paid $139.95 for, but my wife warned me that one of the girls that cash you out was known for this behavior.I still need to have this issue fixed and explained why the careless action took place when customer service is very important for this kind of service.

Bad experience. We had a reservation for 9am. My wife has been waiting for 2 months for this day to come. We scheduled everything around this appointment. I work every day, this was my only day off. I promised my wife I would watch the kids while she can get the massage and treatment she deserves for being such an amazing mother of two children. Imagine being home everyday watching and teaching two kids, on top of that you have to cook all day, clean all day, teach all day, etc. Its a lot for her. Finally she books a massage only to arrive and find out it has been made for the afternoon. We had to cancel our membership and ask for a refund. She was crying when she came back home. Now what do I do? She is so upset. She is too embarrassed to go back. Now my one day off for the week is not looking too good. This was just a really bad error on their behalf that caused a lot of stress and anxiety.

Lobby customer service awful, went to buy a gift card and it was no help at all. I left because of the girl rudeness. She looked like I was bothering her with the questions. Dont recommended.

I have been going to this location for almost 6 years. I go every week for a massage and once a month for a facial. I like variety so I rotate through 4 therapists for my massage and they are all great in their own way (Austin, Tatyana, Alesha, and Jenny). For facials, I use Amy & Tatyana (both awesome and very knowledgable). I also buy my skincare products there because they are the same price offered online and I get points towards free services.The front desk staff is excellent. Even with an entirely new computer system, they are pretty efficient. All in all, I look forward to my experience here every week.

Tatyana is product knowledgeable. I asked for the LED light infusion added to my facial. I always know that I’m in good hands with her. She immediately figures out which light color is best for me depending on my goals. The salon is very clean and the personnel very attentive and kind.

I’ve been coming to this location for 5 years now and i have had massages by almost everyone, and everyone is great! About a year ago I met ALEX and I’ve been going to him ever since. My back problems have gotten better since I’ve been going to him . Bryan the therapist is also great! I went to him for a couple of years but my work schedule has changed so I don’t get to see him but I really recommend Bryan and Alex. Also everyone at the front desk is very friendly! Very attentive and always remember me by name. Kathy, the manager of this location is great too!

Overall an OK experience. We booked a couples massage a week in advance, then on the day of the massage they called us and said that they were over booked and we needed to get separate massages, which defeated the whole point of the date, then they offered us a complimentary foot scrub to compensate for our inconvenience and then did NOT do it, plus our 50 minute massage ended up being 40 minutes because apparently check in for the appointment counts towards your massage time. Everyone was very nice however, and tried to accommodate, so I give them an overall of around 2.8 stars, but I have to put 3 because of google.

Went for a massage due to back, neck and shoulder pain and was introduced to Maria. Maria is very courteous and always questions where I need pain relief and how much pressure I prefer. She is attentive, personable, and always provides a relaxing atmosphere. I always leave feeling great and relaxed.

I am going to tell all of my friends to go see Maria L. She is AMAZING. After going to this location on three separate occasions and having mediocre massage therapists, I figured I would dig a little deeper into the online reviews and I’m so glad that I did! Everyone raves about Maria and now I can see why. She’s so well trained and KIND. When I told her I needed firm, she didn’t hesitate - it was literally the best massage I’ve ever had. If you have the funds to spend, get 80 min with her and also a foot treatment. It’s phenomenal. She also spent a lot of time in the areas I asked her to, like my tmj. Time wasn’t cut short either which is common at these chain massage parlors. Five stars for Maria! I will not book with anyone else.

On May 31st I visited the Osceola location for a massage my husband gifted me for Mother’s Day! It was my first time and I was a bit skeptical and nervous at first. The girls at reception were sweet the facility was extremely clean and welcoming. Then I was blown away by Maria Luis! She asked me important queries and insured I was comfortable. She was absolutely amazing. She offered suggestions and answered my questions. I was completely at ease and she continuously made sure I was comfortable throughout my 80 min massage. It was a great experience and I will most definitely return. Maria is awesome at what she does and her customer service skills are remarkable. I would recommend this location and Maria Luis to anyone! Thank you! A special thank you to the very professional young lady Martha Juarez whom assisted me with rescheduling this appt when I called. Really enjoyed my experience here. I have been to one other location and liked there too but I was so at ease with Ana, my therapist. She was so knowledgeable about what would help my skin. She was very friendly and I really enjoyed the neck and arm massage while my face mask was drying. The desk staff were lovely and helpful too. Looking forward to my next visit!

Worst company ever- you would think my issue would be a simple fix. How does this sound, as a recurring customer.. I paid full price for a massage that I wasn’t able to use right away due to my schedule conflict. Over time I have lost the card and now I have time to use the gift card that was paid full price. They’re also able to pull up that the gift card was not used (Per policy it cant be used if you don’t have the physical card on hand). Talk about highway robbery. I spent my hard earned money and I can’t redeem it smh. Worst place ever! Called corporate and nothing is still being able to be done or even attempted at this point to even suffice for their lack of customer service. They just have $80 in their possession sitting there :) I rather take my money to massage envy or one of the oriental massage parlors for less price thanks 🙏🏽

My husband and I both had a massage here as first time guests. Wed both been to Massage Envy before and we both thought the overall spa experience was better at Massage Envy. I had the hot stone massage which left me quite relaxed afterward. My husband had the relaxation massage and he wasnt as satisfied. He felt the massage was shorter than expected and was very light. Overall it was a relaxing experience and the prices were less than Massage Envy.

Since moving to Florida this past year, I ve tried 3 different spas for massage. Hands Down this is the best. Ive visited 4 different times for massage and did not make a special request. Each masseuse was excellent. My most recent visit was an 80 minute relaxation, hot stone massage with Maria. It was PERFECTION. I cannot explain how caring and talented and thorough she was. I have been a member for years....as of yesterday, I have a favorite masseuse. Staff is pleasant. Location is clean and well stocked with product. I always look forward to my visits. Try the facials. Ive had 3. Each was wonderful You will not be disappointed

I received a gift card for Hand and Stone Massage for Christmas and it turned out to be one of the best things I could have received. I went to the Kissimmee location and had Maria as my massage therapist. She, hands down, provided the BEST massage and customer service I have ever received and I have been getting massages, at various facilities, for many years.I highly recommend you visit the Kissimmee location and ask for Maria. I see her every month now and its the best thing I have done for myself!

Everyone was nice & courteous. Thats why i gave it 2 stars. However the massage was nothing special. I came in with chronic pain hoping to get some relief, but sadly the deep tissue massage I received was something my 6 year old could have done. The massage was 40 minutes not 60 as they advertised. I left with the same existing pain & $60 in the hole.

Went there for a late fathers day gift and it was magical. The therapist there really listen to your needs and based on my job she knew which muscle groups needed extra attention. As a career firefighter we get worked, whether it be fighting a fire, pulling hose, lifting ladders, carrying victims or one of our own, our bodies are taxed. With the help of the massage therapist, we get to rest and repair so that we may go the extra mile later one.

I really liked the facility. The lobby was bright and clean. I was greeted as soon as I entered. All of the employees I encountered were very polite. I know some others stated they they were treated in a condescending manner but that was not my experience. I was a first time customer so I got an hour massage for an introductory price and I added a peppermint scalp massage for $15. The massage itself was great. The therapist listen to all of my request, medium-firm pressure was just right. The reason I am giving three stars is because of the length of the massage. Even with the extra scalp massage the whole encounter with the massage therapist lasted 45 mins. I understand that an hour might mean 55 or even 50 minutes but 45 minutes with extras?! If its going to be a 45 minute massage then dont call it an hour. I am a very nonconfrontational person so I just let it go at the time. I did love everything else about this place and might even use another Hand and Stone location eventually but it felt like a bit of a scam. Is this common practice for spa chains? Should I not expect an actual hour if I come back? Its a shame because everything else was perfect.

It was my first massage and it was amazing!! Everyone is so nice and the masseuse was very respectful and kind. She got out knots that I didnt even know I had! Great for a mother-daughter activity to do instead of Disney! Definitely will be going back!

My wife and I have been members for about 5 years. We primarily utilize the location at the Loop. Several times I have used a different location while out of town on business. Even though there are a few minor opportunities to improve we have always felt that we got 5 STAR treatment.Over the years I have worked with several different therapists at the Kissimmee location. A few times I was paired with a therapist that was underwhelming because it was just an oily back-rub. I really blame myself for not instructing the therapist that they needed to do better. Nonetheless, I would just identify to the desk that I choose not to use that therapist again. The manager and the reception staff have a good understanding of how to pair you with a therapist if you are willing to give honest feedback after your session. My current favorite is Petra and we refer to her sessions as getting Petra-fied. I have found that the best therapists get a following quickly and appointments for them fill up quickly. So you will have to manage that by booking your next appointment at the end of your current visit. You may need to try a couple of therapists to find the one that is the best match for you.Sometimes the reception area seems to get a bit busy but I am just not an up-tight person. I am very demanding and have high expectations and I find it easy to work with the staff. Jill is exceptional at handling customer situations and I often hear her use creative solutions to satisfy clients. Some of the newer staff at the reception area may still be finding their way and it seems that they try to work together as a team.I would recommend that if you are not satisfied with your therapist that you discuss it with the reception staff and let them work it out for you. I recall having an unsatisfactory session (details omitted). It was a communication error - the staff heard my concern and passed it on the the owner or Regional Manager who called me and we negotiated a fair solution.A massage isnt just a service; it is based on communicated with your therapist and developing an understanding relationship. You have to talk to your therapist. If you are completely dissatisfied then you have to talk to the management at the location. Dont hide behind your keyboard and miss a great experience.One tip to the staff: Have the therapist clearly identify to the client the start time using the clock in the treatment room and the anticipated end-time of the treatment. If you advise the therapist to go 1 to 2 minutes longer then the customer cannot complain. Also if the session starts a few minutes late, have the therapist assure the client that they will receive their full treatment time.

Attended this location two times while on vacation. I can go into lengthy detail about my experience but thats not who I am. Will just say that both my husband and I were extremely unhappy with the service provided and upon checking out and letting the front desk know we were unhappy they simply shrugged their shoulders. Very bad customer service.

Ive been going to hand and stone and their massages are always great. I just went today and Deanna in south Lakeland gave me the best massage I have ever had! Its only the 2nd time I give a $20 tip.

If I could give this location a -5 (Negative FIVE!) I would. Your receptionist is the first impression to a business and she was horrible. Prima gave the worst service possible and even hung up on me. I called last week to book an appointment and they did not have anything available, they advised I could book my appointment online. Today I logged on to their website, booked my appointment, out my credit card information into the system (because that was the only way to book it). They only had a 1:00pm (Although it was 1:45 when I was booking the appointment) and a 9:00pm. I chose the 9:00pm and called to confirm since their hours are from 9:00am to 9:00pm so I wanted to make sure it wasn’t an error in their system. Prima picks up and before I even get my statement out she says “yup Mrs V..... your appointment is at 9:00 but we need your credit card to actually hold your appointment” I explain I’ve already entered in my CC information online as that was the only way it allows me to book the appointment and I’ll be happy to give it to them tonight when I see them because I don’t feel comfortable giving her my CC over the phone” .... we literally went around and around about four times before she hung up the phone on me. When I call back she already knew it was me .... did not greet me an simply says “we got disconnected” ... no we didn’t. I could tell she had slammed down the phone on her end. I’m calling a land line, it can’t get disconnected on her end 🤦‍♀️. I will make it a point to speak to her manager and write a letter to corporate. She just made what should have been a positive experience into a negative one that I still have to endure or they’ll charge my credit card if I cancel. I’m dreading going to this spa. If this is how the front end person behaves I can’t even image what goes on behind closed doors.
