Called to and Asked if they did long nails and designs, lady said check Instagram. So I check Instagram nothing to be found. Get there tech doesn’t introduce herself, has no unique nail options, can’t do designs had already put nails on me before knowing what she needed. Not to mention I scheduled 4 services to be done and they wanted to do my hair as my nails were done said I did it plenty of times. Why wouldn’t you want your customer to enjoy their salon day instead of ensuring you get the service done to get the salon more money. Nail tech then confirmed in Spanish because she never did long nails with a ONE COLOR took 3 hrs to do the nails she no longer had time to do the pedicure. Instead of letting me know to go somewhere else where I can actually get all services done. Wouldn’t recommend. Rude staff, rude owner.

I have used this hair salon a few times. I was happy a few times and upset with how my hair was colored and cut. This time I asked for a few low lights to go in my dark blond hair. It seemed that the stylist understood what I wanted but I basically have black hair. I could have gone back to have it fixed but if they didn’t do it right the first I was concerned what it would end up looking. Also I am never sure how much it is going to cost. They change the price even though I have similar services.

Ive have my hair done with Anna twice in 2 years. Thats to show how long my highlights lasted in perfect condition except the growth. She is absolutely amazing. I will be making an appointment with her soon! Anna thank you very much for always having me leaving happy and feeling wonderful.

This hair salon has friendly staff and fair prices. The hair stylist understands what I wanted and did an amazing job on my hair. The lady that wax my eyebrows made them look great.

Honestly they already know. If it wasn’t for the front lady (Katherine)who tried to make things better. And for Vicky who’s amazing at her work I wouldn’t of went back. Still won’t. While I got my hair done (by the owner and another employee)I was getting my nails done at the same time so it was back and forth with nails and hair . My nails popped off in a week. Got my hair colored 3 times rushed ( mind you I was told I would be there for 2 hours , ended up being there past closing time. I came at 2.) Asked for a specific color and didn’t get it . and I haven’t touched my hair in 1 whole year . A year of growth and no color. To color it here and pay 200 plus dollars never again . Other than that the company is very clean. All friendly .Lots of services offered here. Money was never a problem with my service I spent a good 300 or more .

Those girls are very professional, they know how do make you feel satisfied with everything you are looking for. The first time I went to, I was with no expectation, but it turned out in a really good experience. I recommend it without any doubt.

My visit to innovation was very satisfying, the staff is very professional and the service is excellent. They even offer you a cup of coffee while you wait. Overall a pleasant experience. I highly recommend it to anyone.

One lady told me ro have a seat that it would be a few minutes, walks to the back helps some lady that walked in took her to the back area and started on her. Another guy walks in and the other women tells him it will be a wait but this one is free now sent him to her, i then asked what was the wait time since he just came in and was helped. Her response was i didnt know you were waiting it will be 10 minutes So after a total wait time 50 minutes and over 20 minutes after i was ten the one comes from the back and tells me to have seat, she begins to cut my hair took about 25 minutes. There were a total of 4 women doing hair two of them said in Spanish that they had no clue i was waiting because the other women went to the as soon as she told me to have a seat and i could tell they felt bad. It comes down to the women just wanted to get all the sales herself.

Very good attention, very affectionate and the ladies, the only thing that the pedicure does not clean the nails well or remove the hard parts on the feet, do not massage the legs.
