My son is autistic and they are so willing to help him and be patient with him when he struggles with teeth cleaning. Its a wonderful clinic with a wonderful crew.

Our son went from having cavities every checkup and needing a root canal because his fillings kept coming out to having a clear checkup with no replacements needed. Evergreen does an excellent job with kids. We really appreciate the care that they take to make sure our son is comfortable and the thoroughness of their staff. Both my kids switched over to see Dr Susan lately, and had great experiences. My 5.5yr old had to do 7 fillings in one go and Dr Susan was very gentle. They get little toys after their visit and generally look forward to seeing the dentist!

Wasnt planning on taking my daughter to the dentist until the pandemic was over or getting her vaccinated (whichever came first) but was forced to look for a pediatric dentist after my daughter chipped her front tooth running into a stool... There was an appointment available the next day and I was able to schedule it online very easily so I could sleep a little better that night. We also got a first cleaning done.They had HEPA filters in the waiting area and cleaning areas, we were the only patients in the office for the whole cleaning and check up. Everyone was masked and expected to mask. I felt pretty safe being there covid exposure-wise with my daughter. The front desk staff was friendly and kind. Tina, the dental hygienist was amazing with my daughter - super gentle and sweet. Dr. Susan was really nice. Overall, it was a pretty good and successful dental experience for my daughter.Im so glad and happy I picked Evergreen Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Susan is great with him and clearly genuinely cares about each kid individually. She always listens to any concerns or questions I have regardless of how busy they may be. She has taken the time to email me in the evenings after her workday several times to make sure I had all the information I needed. They somehow get you in and out for your child’s appointment faster than expected while never making you feel rushed or giving you anything less than the best experience and treatment possible. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental office for their kid of any age!

We love Evergreen Pediatric Dentistry! Everyone was so helpful, patient, and kind. This was my first experience taking me two year old to the dentist and it was a breeze. Their online scheduling is very convenient and everyone at the front desk was very helpful. Our hygienist was Mali, who is a saint! She was so patient with my little one, she genuinely cared about her comfort level and was very adaptable as my little one got a little uneasy. She took her time helping us and I never felt rushed. She explained each step to my two year old and patiently waited until she was ready. Dr. Susan K is also amazing! She was very patient during the check up and did a great job working with my little one. She was great with my daughter and was so effective at examining her. She was patient with all of my questions and really put my mind at ease. We are moving soon and Dr. Kim was so helpful about helping us find another practitioner. She really put my mind at ease about dental hygiene and possible teeth crowding in the future. I cannot recommend them enough!

This dental office is amazing! We took our 4.5 year old son for some fillings and we were so impressed with the care and attention each child was given concerning their individual level of anxiety or need. Dr Susan was patient and great at making our son feel comfortable. The staff was friendly and most importantly made sure to be upfront about pricing, what insurance covered and any out of pocket expenses prior to doing any work. Although we live in Federal Way, it’s always worth the drive to take our son here.

Ive been taking my two boys (12 and 9) to Dr. Susan for the past five years. My youngest is especially sensitive and nervous at the dentist but Dr Susan makes him feel completely at ease because she and her staff talk to him throughout the whole exam in fun and gentle manner. At my boys recent cavity fillings, she again was gentle and talked them though the entire procedure. It was completely painless and stress-free for them (and mom!) Its kind of shocking how much my boys dont mind going to the dentist and I have Dr Susan and her staff to thank for that!

Love Evergreen Pediatric Dentistry. From when you walk in you are heated with a warm friendly smile from Dianna and then welcomed by the staff. Each of them are friendly and caring. DR. Kim does an amazing job of treating kids,answering questions and focuses a lot on preventative care. I have been to other pediatric dentists who wanted to drill while wherever they could. Dr.Kim is not like that. She puts kids to ease.they give you estimates beforehand and review the plans with you.I highly recommend Dr. Kim and her staff for kids.

I go with my 3 kids there for 1.5 years.My 3 girls ages 5, 3, and 1 just love this office.They can watch each other during the cleaning since they have all 3 chairs next to each other. Perfect for parents with multiple kids. Dr Susan is very competent and all the staff is friendly. It is always a fun and happy experience to go to the dentist.

If you aren’t completely happy with your child’s current dentist or are dreading a first dental appointment, this is hands down the place to go!!We just had the best experience here! My son is 2, almost 3, and didn’t do well at our previous dentist. I was dreading taking him in for a cleaning and exam. To my surprise, he did SO well. Our experience here was NIGHT AND DAY compared to his previous dentist. This difference was 100% due to the environment and staff at Evergreen Pediatric Dentistry. Diana, at the front desk, was super kind, welcoming and helpful with filling out new patient forms. The waiting area was a very clean, safe place for him to play while I could focus on the forms for a few minutes. They had various toys and books, which was slightly separated from the rest of the room by a small partition. This was helpful in keeping him posted up in one area of the room while I filled out what I needed to.His hygienist was Arli. She was absolutely fantastic. She was so patient with him— and took time to show him every tool she would use to clean his teeth. She even let him test some tools out on his own! I think this immediately put him at ease, and he was then super excited to have his teeth cleaned with the new tools he learned about. Arli was really gentle and kept my son calm the whole time. I was so, so surprised that he didn’t cry, fight anything and never really even flinched the entire time!! Dr. Susan was so great with my son, as well! She is very knowledgeable— and took the time to articulate dental information in terms that I could understand. I felt that all my questions were answered thoughtfully and appropriately. I truly cannot say enough good things about this place! I fully trust this clinic with my son’s dental care.Thank you all so much!

My son enjoys playing with the toys in the waiting area. Especially “Mac” the truck from the movie “Cars.” The front office staff is very friendly and also helpful in answering dental related questions.The assistant my son had was very patient and made him feel at home. The assistant also let him take “Mac” the truck back with him during his appointment. The “Cars” movie happened to being playing that day. My son was in heaven!Dr. Susan was gentle and patient. I can tell that she really wants the best care for all of her patients. The office maintained it’s efficiency despite the new regulations set in place because of COVID-19. The staff were very careful and sanitized all equipment before and after the equipment was used.

My daughter has been seeing Drs. Kim since we moved to this area when she was 4 yrs old. Now she is 15. Shes been taken good care of by the doctors. Both doctors are nice and professional to discuss details for options to better take care of teeth. Their admin is super nice too!
