Ive been going to Dr Theron and Dr Connie Manson practice since they took it over 8-10 years ago. Both dentists are very professional as well as their entire team. I recently broke a tooth and they were able to quickly get me in and access that I needed a crown. The modern equipment that they use made the entire process of getting a crown flawless. With the team they have put in place, going to the dentist is a pleasant experience.

I had to get a crown on one of my teeth which had me super nervous but the team was very thorough and everything went through perfectly. The dentist followed up with me afterwards to check in and make sure I was doing well which I appreciated. I also appreciated how clean everything was given the fact that I was unmasked with my mouth open for a while. Everyone had masks and face shields and they limited the number of people in the office so I always felt safe. I would highly recommend this dental office.

They devote undivided care and attention to every patient and explain everything theyre doing in an easily digestible manner. They truly do go that extra mile. My own experience with them has been and continues to be a very pleasant one.For example, I still dont exactly know how this is possible, but they managed to make the seemingly excruciating experience of having my jaw drilled in for a dental implant, the subsequent recovery, and the eventual implant insertion . . . relatively easy! I have been going to this office for over 30 years, first under the ownership of Dr. Nelson whom has since retired and now under the ownership of Dr. Connie Manson and Theron Manson. While I miss Dr. Nelson and despite the transition of ownership and some of the staff, the customer service has remained top notch. The office environment has an incredible warm and friendly feel. They always are genuinely interested in how I am doing and ask about my daughter. I have very high anxiety with dental visits but the staff is so calm which helps immensely (in addition to the nitrous). I still have anxiety with dental visits but thanks to the exceptional service at Manson Dentistry, I actually keep up with my bi-annual visits.I also have a daughter with some extra needs. I used to take her to a specialty pediatric dental clinic through U of W, however the past few years I have been able to transition her to Manson Dentistry. They have been engaging and accommodating of her needs. They also are great at listening to her educate them about all things wildlife.As long as I live in this area, I wouldnt consider ever switching dental providers. They provide exceptional care that is not always easy to find and everyone really does know your name.

They are professional, friendly and genuinely care how you are feeling during your appointment and will follow-up, too. I love Mason Dentistry. I know its crazy to hear someone say they love their Denist since most people hate the dentist.Mason Dentistry is really something special. They really care about the comfort of the patient and they do everything possible to assure their patient is as comfortable as possible. They explain everything that needs to be done in great detail so able to fully understand what needs to be done during your visit & future visits. Not only are the Doctors great but the entire staff is wonderful. Starting from the receptionist that not only books your appointments but also will take the time to explain what your insurance covers and what you have to pay out of pocket to the Dental Assistants, Surgeons & Hygienists on staff.To be honest Ive always have had major anxiety whenever Ive had to the dentist so I didnt go often. Mason dentistry has changed that completely for me. The dental team is amazing and friendly. The receptionist always explain with details on my insurance coverage prior to do any treatments. Dr. Manson is very knowledgeable and experienced. He found a crack tooth during the exam. He directed me to have crown done immediately to prevent from loosing it. Three weeks later, I got my crown replacement. Dr. Manson did an excellent work. Thank you Dr. Manson for saving my tooth. I am impressed with the professional service and great quality dental work from Manson Dentistry. I highly recommend this place.

I had a hard time going to dentistry during the pandemic, but the whole team is really careful and taking all needed processes very seriously. Due to some caries and some filling replacements by crowns, there was a lot of work. The team is always super nice, there do everything to make it as pleasant as possible. Even for a three hours appointment, it was easily endurable. Just ask for the extra pillow... :)

After not visiting my previous dentist for 10+ years (for no good reason), I had my first appointment at Manson Dentistry last month and have already been back 3 more times for periodontal cleanings and a cavity filling. I liked the convenience and option of using the contact form on their website to request an appointment. I filled out paperwork and scheduled my first appointment via email and was assisted by Charitie. Everyone at the office is very friendly, which helps to put my anxiety at ease. No one there has ever made me feel bad or guilty for staying away from the dentist for so long. I always feel comfortable asking Dr. Theron Manson and the dental hygienists questions that come up during my visits. During a periodontal cleaning, Vanessa applied a generous amount of a strong numbing agent and kept checking in to make sure that I wasnt feeling any discomfort. At another appointment, I was pretty nervous about getting a cavity filling, but I was numbed up and didnt feel any pain whatsoever. I was impressed with how efficiently Dr. Manson worked with his assistant, and he showed images of my tooth that he had taken before, during, and after the cavity filling. You can expect to not run into other patients during your dentist visits, as the office has two separate entrances and reception areas/desks. Overall, I highly recommend Manson Dentistry. All you really have to do is lie back on the dentist chair, relax, and let the team do all the hard stuff.

With a friendly and knowledgeable staff both at the Reception counter as well as the Doctors and Dental assistants working on my teeth, I have really enjoyed each of my visits. I came in having not been to the dentist in years and over the last two years. Ever wonder if your dentists will be there for you when you really need them? Well, I can tell you Dr. Manson and staff were there for me. They didn’t have to tell me. They showed me! A perfect example was was my recent painful broken tooth. The staff worked to get me in the same day, diagnosed the problem and got me on the road to recovery. The scheduler then went the extra mile to make sure that I got an earlier appointment when there was an opening. Dr. Manson did a wonderful job saving my tooth, and in fact, he called the night of my appointment to check on me. Who does that anymore? Ok, let’s be real here. Not many folks look forward to going to the dentist, right? However, they sure were there when I needed them the most.

I love this dental practice. Everyone is super nice and very professional. I always feel comfortable there and know that Dr. Manson genuinely cares about his patients. Every time I have had any dental work done, fillings, crowns etc. he always follows up with a call the same day to make sure I am doing okay and there are no issues. That is something my previous dentist never did. It is a nice extra touch. Also, with COVID they have been extra diligent with cleaning and patient safety and I have not once felt uncomfortable about being there for my dental care. If you are looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend his practice!

I called as a new patient for both a new patient exam + a check up on a tooth that was hurting. Mason dentistry did a great job getting me in ASAP for the hurt tooth (and referred me to an endodontist who has been taking excellent care of it), then gave me one of the most thorough exams and cleanings Ive had.The staff is friendly, polite, and very gentle with my teeth. Both of the dentists seem very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Dr Manson and his team are professional and a caring organization. t goes without saying but I will, my teeth have never been in this good of shape. I also had an incident where I broke my tooth in June late in the day on Thursday and he got me in, had me set up for an extraction the next day.Their follow up on appointments is excellent. I have been going here for years. Even before Doc. Mason took over.I felt I was changed unfairly (Extra $150.00 for re-sizing a cap) do to the office not having my correct phone number. Today I called to cancel my next appointment because of this. When they asked if Id like to reschedule and I said no, Im going to find a new dentist they said okay.... Didnt even ask why...

If I could give 10 stars I would.My family and I have been coming here for almost two decades. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the Mansons are very knowledgeable. They have very flexible times that you can schedule your appointments for which make it great when you have two kids in braces.Yes dental work can be pricey but they tell you all of the up front costs to see what works best for you and your family. You dont get that impression of trying to up sell you with things like toothbrushes or whitening. Ya, they make recommendations but it has never been pushed with us.I would like to mention that I feel like Im being listened to when I ask a question or have a concern and I never feel like Im being talked down to if I dont floss. Ive have experienced that before I started coming here by several different dentists.Its just a great place for any age and they offer so many services. I recently had a deep cleaning and it was painless and I love the results.Whats my favorite part about Manson Dentistry? The people who make it feel like home when you greeted with a smile and hello.Thank you to everyone there!!!!!!!

Finding a new dentist can be perplexing but I am extremely happy to have discovered Manson Dentistry. I have had appointments with both Dr. Connie Manson and Dr. Theron Manson, and they are superb dentists. In fact, my contact with all those working in the practice has been extremely positive, and I cant recommend this dental office enough. I recently had a cap put on one of my teeth and the entire procedure went smoothy - no pain, excellent care, and perfect results! Also, it is relaxing to look out the window and watch a hummingbird flying by in a lovely garden while sitting in a dental chair. I would highly recommend Manson Dentistry.

Dr. Manson capped 4 front teeth with the Bioclear method that uses composite bonding to rebuild chipped and worn teeth. What a great job! The skill that Dr. Manson was impressive. She made sure that the teeth were aligned and the bite was perfect. The procedure was quite fast and took about 2 hours a tooth. A very professional job by dentist and her assistant. I highly recommend them both.

Every single person here is GREAT!I began going to Dr Nelson, after being referred by a friend. He did amazing work, took pride in his dentistry and remembered all my stories. Dr Nelson retired in 2017, but I continued to go back to “his business”. The neighbors expanded into Dr Nelson’s office and I’m just as happy. I do recommend Mason Dentistry! Theron has given me a beautiful crown, Christina thoroughly cleans my teeth while listening to my concerns. She provided great information and suggestions. She was also VERY gentle. Dr. Mason is very patient and knowledgeable. He understand the needs of his patients very well. I first met him at a government Dentistry office ~10 years ago and he was helping low income families with their dental needs. He was helping my mom and he took the time to explain the issues she had.He left shortly and started his practice and that is when I was able to find him!! I immediately changed my old dentist over to him. I recently had to do a crown because my old fillings were falling off. He monitored the decaying tooth filling for 2 years before suggesting I remove it. He didnt just jump in and change it! I love how he takes my anxiety into consideration and walked me through the steps of the new crown. It was an amazing experience and I feel that my time and welfare was top priority instead of the bottom dollar.His staff is amazing!!! They help fit in your cleaning schedule as best as possible. When we had the snow-me-geddon days, the staff was in the office and called if I wanted to move up my cleaning to be on that day. This is dedication!!!! My dental hygienist was very detailed with my care. When i started 5 years ago, my gums were bleeding during the cleaning. She suggested I do a deep clean and have a cleaning every 3 months, which will help keep the gingivitis away. This has resulted in healthy gums for the past 4 years!!!Overall, I am very happy with this office because they all take the time to understand your needs and then help suggest options that will fit in with your schedule your pocket book!!

Manson Dentistry took over care of the clientele for my previous dentist who retired two years ago. The staff are very accomodating when scheduling my appointments and even followup and reschedule appointments I had to cancel due to illness, etc... have met both Theron and Connie Manson and they are both very gentle and knowledgeable and up to date with the latest technology. I have also had dental cleanings by four of the hygienists, each one is very thorough, gentle, and demonstrate great expertise in their jobs. The staff are all friendly and calm and obviously enjoy their work and the clients they serve. I am pleased that my previous dentist chose to transfer care of his clients to Manson Dentistry.

Dr. Mansons staff is top notch. They are friendly, accommodating and clinically skilled. They have incorporated new technology to improve care provided and increase the comfort of the patient. During a recent visit, they were very patient and flexible when I was having a cavity filled. They took great measures to make sure I was comfortable for the procedure even when it left them very little room to work in my mouth! Dr. Manson took photos of my tooth throughout the procedure and showed them all to me while providing me a great explanation of the procedure. While I dont want to have a cavity filled EVERY day, I now will not have anxiety when I do need to have one done. Dr. Manson is A++++++++++++

Check ups and cleaning are done with great attention to detail, and I really appreciate the warm water rinses on my sensitive teeth. Equipment and technology is up-to-date. When a problem is found that needs attention, Dr. Manson is very thorough with his explanation. I have had two fillings replaced, and his warm and gentle manner put me at ease while he efficiently and skillfully completed the work. Seeing the before and after photos enlarged on screen was very informative as well. Dr. Manson has my complete trust and confidence and I highly recommend him.

I just had my teeth cleaned yesterday, 10-31-16, and had a very pleasant experience. I got right back into the exam area right on time. My hygienist was great, and made me comfortable the whole time, and Dr. Manson thoroughly checked me out, went over a few things with some recommendations and had me out the door, all in about 40 minutes.Everyone in this office are good advocates for holistic oral care and are very interested in answering any questions and making sure you have what you need before your leave their office. I have been going here for about two years now, and have had one crown, a couple of fillings and several cleanings and have had a consistently positive experience every time.

I have had occasion to have my teeth and gums assaulted with needles, files, drills, and an assortment of other abrasive instruments. I can attest that during those visits, neither I nor any other patient has fled screaming from the office.In fact, I would say that my experiences have been very positive. Procedures have been efficient and have involved minimal discomfort, during or after. None have required follow-up work. I can count on appointments beginning on time. Drs. Manson and their staff are always personable, cheerful, and informative. Their uncritical approach to dental hygiene has even motivated me to take up flossing on a regular basis.Overall, highly recommended.

I was so impressed with Ann during my visit. She is so attentive and detailed with cleaning my teeth! Always making sure I am comfortable and tolerating the procedure well. Everyone in the office is friendly and treat you like family.

I just had the best experience at my dentist office. I had to have a crown prep for one of my back molars. Dr. Manson very delicately gave me the typical numbing shots which didnt hurt at all. My experiences are always good for having to go to the dentist. Im not sure what the person was talking about with the bad experience and they were slow. Ive never seen an Asian person there and I have been going there since Dr Manson took over the practice. A great team.

Admittedly going to the dentist is not my favorite thing but Dr. Manson and his entire team are all great. They make my experience as painless as possible. I really like how Theron works with you. Instead of just working on your mouth, he takes his time to explain what he is going to do, and he cares about you. I appreciate the follow-up phone calls, and the explanations over the pictures taken throughout his work to show the pre and post operation.The staff is friendly, they smiley and I trust them.I have been here three times in the past months (hygiene, cavities/fillings) and it was always a positive experience, both on the professional and the human side.

I had an emergency dental issue and found this place within my provider and close to me. It ended up being a super amazing experience-- Ive met almost everyone on staff and havent disliked one of them. They worked with me, my schedule, my income, my insurance and maximized everything. The staff is always sweet, the equipment is new which was refreshing from my previous dentist. I have two tongue piercings and a labret and theyve always allowed me to keep them in for my own convenience.I highly recommend Manson Dentistry to anyone in the Kirkland area.

I had the best review of my teeth Ive had in 30 years today because of Vanessas input the last time I was there. Dr. Manson has a new non-invasive appliance to cure snoring and sleep apnea. Im probably going for it on my next visit. Dr. Manson is very personable an the staff there though mostly new (to me) is top-notch and works as a seamless team.

Im totally happy with my new implant. The whole office gives great service and warm and friendly atmosphere.

I have been seeing Dr. Manson (or is he seeing me?) since he came in to this office. What a treat! He, and the rest of his staff have a great chairside manner. I really like that they will send you electronic appointment reminders, and that you can contact them via the web.Just yesterday, I had a deep cleaning that I was a little anxious about. I have heard many stories about this procedure and how one feels when the sedative wears off. Anne was fantastic! When the numbness left my mouth, I couldn’t tell I’d had anything done. She is the gentlest hygienist I have ever had.Every time I visit Dr. Manson’s practice, it is like getting together with friends. I actually LIKE going to the dentist!

As a patient I have experienced top tier dental care from Dr. Manson who is knowledgeable, proficient, and takes the time needed to be sure you have and understand all aspects of whatever dental procedure you may require. Just had my 6-month checkup this morning! Even though it was early in the morning, the front desk staffs positive attitude really did help put a smile on my face for the rest of the day! The entire staff asks you What are your plans for the summer? with genuine interest that make you seem like you really do mean a lot to them which is great for those who are somewhat nervous about checkups! They dont scold you for cavities, but instead give you helpful tips on how to prevent future ones and they even supplied me with special toothpaste/mouth wash to help further decay! This establishment is NOT in it for the money - theyre here to make people smile and to make sure everyone is healthy! I live about 30 minutes away, but that drive is something that Im fine with doing because of how amazing the quality of their work is! I would 100% recommend Theron Manson DDS to anyone looking for an amazing dentist.
