Dr. Song and her team do great with kids, and they are especially good at helping my young children feel comfortable during our visit. They do a great job of explaining how my kids can take good care of their teeth, and they take extra time to explain about the dental tools they are using. The TVs on the ceiling are a big hit!As a parent, I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of parking and the friendliness of the front desk staff. This is an all-around great place!

I wish this was my dentist when I was a kid. My almost-3yr old just had his first real dentist appointment with a full cleaning, flossing, inspection, and fluoride application. His hygienist and dentist were both friendly and very gentle. He was having so much fun watching Bubble Guppies on the ceiling that he didnt care about anything else that was happening. He loved his new toothbrush and toys that they gave him. He even asked to go back to the dentist when we got home!

Super friendly environment. The staff is very professional and cares about their patients. Dr. Song takes the time to explain every preventive treatments and answers any questions. My kids love going there! Thank you!

We recently had a dental ‘emergency’ and are from out of town. The dr met us at the office and saw our 2 year old. She was amazing and is one of the best pediatric professionals I have seen. I would take my daughter here if we lived in town. I am beyond appreciative of the care she took for our daughter

There space is open, air filtered and lovely. Staff are kid and parent friendly and great to work with. My little ones love the kid friendly atmosphere, educational shows during cleanings and toys at the end. We even had to go here for an emergency appointment and they were so kind and got us right in.

The staff has always been friendly and the service excellent. I must mention the momentous day when Jessica came out smiling to receive us in the lobby: my toddler had just entered the stage of being super cautious with strangers so I was expecting it to be a rough appointment but Jessicas friendly smile and warm welcome really set her in the best mood. She wobbled right up to Jessica giggling and I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders then. I am so grateful for that to this day. Thank you so much, Jessica!

Great Experience with wonderful staff. We went for a consult on a special issue and the doctor walked me through her thoughts and was clear that she doesnt like do extra procedures unless absolutely necessary which is great to hear. My daughter (3yo) loved the place too and was very comfortable letting the dentist examine her mouth.

Amazing office and staff! we were 5 minutes late to our appointment and they were so nice to let us keep our appointment. The staff was attentive and made my 3yo very comfortable. they have this amazing incentive for kids to be cavity free where each month they pick someone from the wall and they get a toy if they win. nice idea to keep brushing and flossing! office is very nice and clean too.

I’ve been bringing my older boys for years here and the service has always been outstanding. I finally brought my two year old which I was nervous about since she is autistic and was concerned how she’d do. But she was in her own quiet private room and everyone was incredibly patient and kind. She did so much better then I imagined. I love this place and will constantly come back

We love Dr. Song! My boy loves to go to the office for his check-up. Dr. Song is very genuine, kind and funny. She demonstrates how tools work before she puts anything in his mouth. It eliminated some fears of unknown objects and my son really enjoyed watching how everything works. Once she started to examine, she explains every step and almost made the treatment process like playing games. I am very thankful that he build a very healthy relationship with the awesome dentist at an early age. Also, this office is super clean and all staffs are very attentive. Sometimes we just stop by to say hi! Thank you for the wonderful service!

The staff at this office are absolutely amazing. The amount of patients they have is really remarkable. Very clean office. I would say the only down side is parking, that parking lot is crazy somedays. Parking aside its a wonderful dental office for kids.

Doctor song does such a great job getting little ones comfortable with all the dental instruments. My daughter started seeing her before she 1 and has become familiar with what happened at a check up. She doesn’t love the “baby mirror” in her mouth but loves how Dr. Song sings while cleaning her teeth. We love her! She obviously knows how to work with little kids!

This was our second visit to Juanita Kids Dentistry for our (now) four-year old daughter. This visit was every bit as great as the last. Dr. Song and her dental hygienist, Brigid, were friendly and great with our daughter. They also communicated clearly with me about our daughters dental care. Perhaps the most important review is not from me, but from our daughter, and she loved her visit. She had fun, and the positive reinforcement she received was great. Were happy to continue our daughters dental care at Juanita Kids Dentistry for years to come!

My 4 year old has always been a great dental patient, however has never had major dental work done. Juanita Kids Dentistry did an amazing job today at explaining the procedure in words she could understand, and praising her excellent skills as a patient. Ive always had a great experience with this office and staff, thanks again for making this an experience and not traumatic to cause a complex later in life.

Wonderful caring staff that make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience! I grew up traumatized going to the dentist, so when it came time to take my child to their first appointment, I was very nervous. Dr. Song and the staff at Juanita Kids Dentistry made this a wonderful first experience, and Im so grateful for that! The dental assistant that did the cleaning took the time to show and explain how each cleaning device worked, which really helped ease my child into the cleaning. I really cant say enough about how happy I am with our experience!

Visit was good. Everything went as they said it would with my 19 month old. He cried, called for his dad an made me feel terrible lol During all that his teeth were cleaned and we were on our way. Next appointment in March. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Dr Song and the entire office is a pleasure to work with. They’re always so nice and great with our boys. One is particularly squirmy and they know just how to keep him calm.

I absolutely love this place! Getting a wiggly four year old to sit still, relax his tongue, take X-rays... I mean seriously is a work of art! They made it fun and engaging and EASY for my son, and they also made me feel super comfortable and pleased. Seriously everyone there is magic:: My son didn’t want to go back at first (wanted to keep playing in the playroom), and Brigid from the front desk helped him make the good decision to go back for his visit. Then Allison was patient and fun and adventurous as his hygienist, we couldn’t have asked for anyone better! And finally Dr. Song was thorough and kind and encouraging. Very very grateful to have stumbled upon them and feel with certainty that you should take your kids there, too!!! Not enough good words to say about them!!

My kids have been going here for almost 4 years now and it is my kids favorite dentist! I wish I can go here too.The whole team is very patient, caring and friendly. The facility is very clean and welcoming to the kids. My kids love going here early before the appointment to enjoy what they offer here. They have iPads, vending machines with capsule toys, stickers and today they gave out stamps, snap bracelets, glow in the dark bracelet. 6 month ago, my 6 year old son had his cavities done and he said he didnt feel a thing! Dr. Song is a very honest. She tries hard to delay treatment as much as possible. My daughter 4.5 yrs old now had this cavity since she was 2.5yrs old and she has it under control where drill is still not needed. Dont go anywhere else for your kids! This is the best kids dentistry!

Phenomenal care! My very shy, sensitive two year old was so comfortable at ease here! The hygienist, Dr. Song and the front desk are all so friendly. They really know how to work with small children to make the experience less scary for them. The decor and atmosphere was so fun my little one didn’t want to leave afterwards! They gave great tips on how to brush a toddler’s teeth that really worked for us.

Great group of people! The office is clean and has great atmosphere which makes for an easy checkup for the kids! There is a fun play area while you wait. Everyone was so nice, inviting and thorough with details about my childrens dental health.

Another awesome visit with Dr. Song and her team! I found out that my daughter had cavities and I was able to get an appointment right away. My daughter is deathly afraid of getting any dental treatment done but Dr. Song and her assistant Megan were able to put my daughter at ease. She loved watching TV while getting her treatment and said she felt relaxed like she was watching TV at home. Dr. Song is so caring and good with kids, especially the fearful ones! We have been taking our twin boys to see Dr. Song and crew for the past two years. (The kids were five years old when we started.) Dr. Song and team are so patient and effective with reluctant kids. Their facility is top-notch. The waiting room is clean, bright, and cheerful. The general cleaning area has tv’s above each treatment chair and kiddos can pick their favorite show to help them get through the cleaning. I would highly recommend Dr. Song and her team for dental care for your kiddos. Super pleased we’ve found her!

Our experience with Dr.song was amazing! I just transferred my kids to her office a month ago, because my 4 year old son had a fear of his previous dentist. That fear caused him many cavities, that we didn’t know of because he wouldn’t take an X-ray. Dr Song’s office environment is so happy and calm that my son had absolutely no problem doing following directions. Her assistant’s are very friendly and great with kids! Two days ago My son had a surgery with sedation anesthesia and it well incredibly well. The whole surgery was only one hour although Dr Song had to extract a tooth, put a crown on the other tooth and do 4 fillings! I was amazed at how fast it went! She works with the best anesthesiologist Dr Paravechio. He kept my child safe during the procedure. Both of them really know what they are doing! My son is doing great and I’m very happy! Highly reccomend!

I have been looking for a dentist for my three kids, ages 6, 10 and 12. My oldest being on the Autism spectrum. All three loved the place. The staff is super friendly yet professional. The location is fantastic....restaurants, cafes, salons, etc. The office is clean, fresh, new and kid friendly. Dr. Song even has a kid area complete with iPads! The actual dental work was quality and on time. Dr. Song was patient and gentle. Im glad I came across Juanita Kids Dentistry!

Absolutely wonderful kids dentist practice. Dr song and her assistant were so great with my nervous two year old. They made him feel comfortable and allowed him to touch the tools (not the sharp ones of course) etc. The facility is brand new and super clean, equipped with iPads and kids toys in the waiting room. Dr Song and her staff are great. Alicia helped us maneuver through the unfortunate process of making sure our insurance pays the bill. She was patient with my hundreds of questions.My son needed a moderately complex procedure for which he was insanely anxious. Shay did everything she could to keep him calm-singing to him and holding his hand while Dr Song worked efficiently to maximize his comfort during the procedure.I recommend this dentistry to anyone who’s insurance will cover the bill.

This is the best dentistry I have been to so far. The practice itself is very well-kept. There are TVs hanging from the ceiling so that children the children are entertained while getting their cleaning. Not to mention the sincerity. Everyone greets you with a smile when you walk in, and the doctor breaks down the details and information so that I can understand easily and fully. She seems to always puts her patients well-being as top priority. Definitely would recommend to everyone!

Both my kiddos love coming here! Dr Song has pulled teeth in my 8 yr olds mouth and cleaned my 4yr olds teeth and they both say the dentist is fun.. thats amazing! From the moment you enter the office the environment is happy and friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. All the staff clearly genuinely love kids and their jobs, they are all so kind and helpful! I was nervous when we found out my 8yr old had to have a few teeth pulled.. Dr Song completed the procedure so smoothly, my kiddo didnt even know he got a shot. When it was over he looked at Dr Song and said, youre done?? but I didnt even feel anything! My 6 year old loves this place and now I can say the same! On our second visit, the staff remembered my sons name as soon as he walked in the door. He felt like King Grayson all day after that 👑! The entire staff makes the kids feel involved in their dental care journeys. The staff is constantly on top of explaining each individual tool and what to expect every step of the way.They also have a very clean, beautiful and welcoming office space for kids and adults alike. Plenty of toys, books, table games and toys to take HOME to keep the littles, smiling until they leave. Highly recommend, I’d switch if I could! Growing up sucks

I just love Juanita Kids Dentistry! They cater just to kids, making the experience so easy! Tablets and toys while you wait and a coin for the coin machine with great surprises afterwards. my daughter actually doesnt dread going to the dentist. Also our dentist is so patient, as well as everyone else that works there, they are just made to work with kids. Their work is very detailed and overall I am so greatful for and satisfied with this place. Thank you, I couldnt be happier.

I was amazed at how Dr. Song was very patient with my three year old son on his very first dental exam!! He was skiddish about everything at first and took so long to open his mouth, but Dr. Song finally was able to clean his teeth and do the whole exam! I had to cancel my kids appointment at the last minute because they were both sick with a cold and one with an eye infection. I was “reminded” of their cancellation policy that requires 24 hour notice or there will be a $50 fee per patient. I felt like I was being reprimanded for cancelling when my kids were sick. I understand telling people that if they are cancelling for some frivolous reason, but if someone needs to cancel for an illness, then that attitude is really inappropriate and encourages people to bring their infecticious children in to the office for appointments.

The doctor refused to do the annual exam for my 4 yo old, no cavities, no signs of cavities, because I refused the xray on her, she was pushing me to do xrays last year when she was 3! I would not recommend this place, very unprofessional.
