This has been one of the most pleasant dental experiences i have had. All my concerns were acknowledged and treated with no discomfort at all. Came in feeling so anxious and left feeling so much better. They listen to you , make you comfortable and explain all the treatment options that you can possibly have. I felt i was in good hands the entire time i was there. and today after the treatment I am in no pain anymore

Dr. Sheena was very gentle with the cleaning procedure, she explained every single step very well and also she was willing to work with me to come up with a treatment plan. She makes sure that her patients are comfortable while she works on them and also her office staff was very pleasant and professional. Worst experience of my dental life. I went there with no problems with teeth. They took X-rays and suggested a minor replacement of my existing filling. After the fillings the jaw bite was extremely sensitive and disoriented. They said they will refill if the sensitivity persists. It’s been more than a month and the teeth are extremely sensitive. I am scared to go back for refilling. I advise others not to go through this mistake and chose a good dentist.

I was visiting Seattle when I developed a horrible toothache. I randomly selected Kirkland Premium Dentistry because they were open on Saturdays. The helpful staff were able to get me an appointment on short notice. Dr. Sharma was an amazing dentist. Explained all my options since I was visiting. He took care of my immediate needs. I was so impressed with his attention to detail, working with my traveling schedule, being helpful with my budget, and fixing my tooth. I am a 67 year old woman and Dr. Sharma is the best dentist I have ever seen. Very kind and caring.

I liked that the root cause of the dental issues, the treatment plan, and associated out-of-pocket cost was explained thoroughly by doctors and the staff before any procedure was conducted. The procedures themselves were conducted efficiently and went well.

I was experiencing terrible tooth pain and was able to be seen here the same day I called. I was nervous at first when I was told I needed a toot canal and could have it done the same day. I’m glad I did! Dr. Dhaliwal did an excellent job, I was treated with great care. I wanted to have my crown done at my normal dentist and she also complimented his work. I have tiny canals so the extra time and care this took was appreciated.

When my wife returned from the dentist the other day, she was in one of the worst moods Ive ever seen. She went in for a routine cleaning and check up with this new Dentistry since we were new to the area. When she returned, she had a partial Deep cleaning (since apparently our insurance doesnt cover all of it in one go and we werent informed until after they started) and a lengthy 6000 dollar quote for Dental work. We were at multiple dental practices in the St Louis region previously and never had to deal with such upselling. Since half of her mouth is still not cleaned, we will be going to another practice and verifying if all that work is even necessary.

From easy online appointments, state of the art technology, to having my dental needs taken care of within 24 hours, I not only have a new Dentist, but a whole new Dental Crew! I had to take my mom who was visiting from abroad for an emergency service. The team was amazing. From the front desk that worked with us and coordinated with the doctors to schedule us in, the staff that received us and set mom up for her initial X-rays, and off course Dr. Dhillon and Dr. Sharma were extremely professional. They took the time to explain every bit of the treatment and help us decide the best course of action. Given the emergency, the entire team went over and above, stayed back beyond normal business hours to help my mom with her dental needs.This group genuinely cares for the patient and their dental health. I was visiting a friend in Seattle and chipped one of my tooth, but lucky I was able to come across this dental practice and thankfully they were able to fit me in. From the staff in the front to the people I met in the back all were so warm and welcoming, it felt like I was home! The Doctor was extremely professional and even though I came in as an emergency he took his time to make sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure! If only this practice was in my hometown this is the place I would be going every time!!!!

Went in for an emergency filling, as mine had broken out. Dr. Gaur really listened to my needs, understood my insurance didnt kick in for another three weeks, and took care of my problem with zero pain and the upmost care. I am definitely going back (when the insurance kicks in) and getting the rest of my work done. I have never gone to the dentist without pain and she did an amazing job to make sure it was pain free. She was very kind and knowledgeable.

I visited Doctor Gaurav for an emergency pain in my wisdom tooth, was very helpful as they accomodated me on a weekend even being a new patient. The staff was very friendly and Gaurav was very professional. I was very satisfied with the treatment and the advice they provided. Recently took my mom (visiting from india) for consultation here and i am very thankful to the team for taking good care of her and making her feel comfortable!! Would not recommend at all! They only had one provider listed on their website, but I only saw her in my first visit. 3 other people (not even sure if they were doctors) continued the work in other sessions. Some apprentices didnt know what they were doing. They were too pushy for crowns! They didnt communicate very much at all. The quality of their work is also low, since my wife and I, both still have issues with our teeth.They offered me a 30% discount though, which I think was because of reduced patients during Covid. Mainly chose this place because it was super close to my home.

I saw Gaurav Sharma and I was treated so rudely. In short, Im not sure if it was microaggression or he just didn’t feel like working that day, but he was very dismissive and rude going to this facility was a waste of my time, money, and dental benefits. If the provider did not want to help me, he should have taken me as a patient, that way I would have avoided the shameful level of care at this dental facility.Im adding a response to the dental clinic: From their comment, they choose to under treat or let my body nanturally heal a potientally life threatening oral condition...The long story: I had a dental emergency, and this was the closest place to my house, and unable to get in contact with the dental office who performed my procedure. My first visit was confusing the dentist that saw me first wasn’t the one who was supposed to be treating me and he blindly recommended stem cell treatment. Then I was given a treatment plan by one of the front desk staff before the provider whom I was scheduled to see came. Dr. Gaurav Sharma came to explain why I needed that treatment. Afterward, he shined the light in my face without me having glasses on, I had asked for glasses while he took a glance. Dr. Gaurav Sharma argued with me about my aftercare from where I had my extraction. I’m using argued because he told me what happened and how it works to the point, I just said “Well maybe I don’t know,” so we can move on to the next topic.I was still having symptoms and moderate pain so the 24hr nurse line told me to follow up with the dentist which I did when I called, he told me it was okay for me to wear a mask for 6 hours straight when he told me on my visit to try not to wear one then he recommended stem cell treatment which he told me I didn’t need because I didn’t have a dry socket. I guess he was upset with me asking why because it seem like he refused to offer any valid reason for it, I am not a dentist so he should have explained how the treatment can help my condition. In addition, he told me it’s okay for me to talk for 6 hours, although my mouth was in pain. Also, our argument was around the fact that the dentist can’t call in prescriptions and he told me over the phone he calls in a prescription, so he was just being plain rude.When I came for my follow-up, I wasn’t offered glasses before he shined the light in my face AGAIN, he only put a finger to feel around in my mouth, and then he told me to gargle with warm salty water. He kept trying to walk away right after I asked questions and refused to look at me while I was speaking at one point. Then I was told to take my Invisalign out since it causes jaw soreness. I don’t know what that has to do with the fact I’m complaining about a LUMP THAT IS SORE and causing swelling on my jaw.I had go to another dentist office and they confirmed, after a proper examination, my issue that the site still wasn’t healing well and required more treatment that warm salty water wouldnt be helpful for. Simply put, don’t waste your time here.

Would not recommend. Many things wrong with this place. I booked my appt with a dentist who wasnt even there nor did they even inform me until I asked. The pricing quote was way off. Had many different people working on me. Some apprentices didnt know what they were doing. Every time there was a payment due they quoted higher than what it what supposed to be or they had no idea how much was owed. I felt pressured to do what they suggested. The deep cleaning they did was all done at different times and not done thoroughly. They didnt communicate very much at all...I cant remember how many times they left me in the chair unattended for long periods of time without being told what was going on. Avoid this place!

Called at 11:00AM needing to pull an impacted molar. Got me in at 11:30. Quick tests indicate molar must be removed & a bridge put in. 2.5 hours later I’m in good shape. Best part? Little to no pain post procedure. So far so good!

Recommended a root canal when it was not needed (went to see 2 other dentists to verify). Pushy sales practices for root canals. Scary place.Girlfriend went to see the one of the dentists here. Recommended the root canal procedure for her. She said she wanted to go home and think about it. But the dentist pushed her and said she will start the procedure, whatever that meant. And the dentist was pushy about getting the root canal procedure. And the dentist started to shot my girlfriend with the numbing agent. She called me and cried on the phone confused because she felt the numbing of her mouth. I had to leave work to go grab her and complain to them that they were manipulative about their practices. She is a foreigner so I think what was happening is that the dentist thought she could get away with manipulating her because my girlfriend didnt speak perfect english.My heart still drops from thinking about this event. What if I hadnt answered the phone?We got consultations from 2 other dentists not from this clinic and they both said that the root canal is unnecessary from their point of view. And this was perfectly confirmed when she got cavity filling from one of the 2 dentists. They drilled and filled the cavity and confirmed that it did not in fact warrant a root canal at all.Avoid this place.

First time at Kirkland Premier Dentistry. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a regular dentist or for an emergency!!! I needed to have a tooth extracted and it’s been painful and apparently infected for 2 weeks. Two places that I was referred to didn’t have a consult available for 2-3 weeks even though it was urgent. I got same day appt and tooth taken care of at Kirkland Premier Dentistry! Extremely satisfied with knowledge and bedside manner of Dr. I never heard of the place before so I was weary. I’m really happy I went there and I plan to go there regularly now. They did some special platelet procedure to help my bone graft heal faster. Never heard of that before but research showed it is superior to a normal bone graft Drs typically do. Excellent service and recommend them 100%.

My first new patient visit took place today. I had researched dentists closer in proximity to where I live and settled on Kirkland Premier Dentistry. From the moment I walked in and was welcomed by the front office staff to being led back to my chair for a routine cleaning & exam I felt like I was visiting family. Dental assistant Y ana walked me through step by step what would take place. Although very professional, she was genuine in her demeanor as though we had been long time friends. A bonus for me!Upon meeting Dr Sheena to discuss a procedure that I had been very reluctant to consider, after spending time talking about it, without question my concerns disappeared. Trust, confidence and peace settled in within minutes and I felt I was in the best professional hands when it came to my dental care. After a scan showed I would not be a viable candidate for the procedure, Dr Sharma then came in to show me why. I was so appreciative of his honesty, putting me first as he shared the pros and cons. Please keep in mind all this wonderful patient service that I got to experience happened on my fist visit! Frightened, I called my new dentist that I had been in to see for a teeth cleaning a few days earlier. Dr. Sharma responded immediately and we set an appointment since I was not experiencing pain, to be seen early Monday morning. I ended up having to have an unexpected root canal, which is not on my list of favorite activities to engage in. Again, everything was shown and explained to me by Dr. Sheena and we agreed to have it taken care of. I wanted to update my review because I had something happen that has never happened in my entire life. I nearly fell asleep during my root canal. Yes you heard me correctly- I nearly dozed off during my root canal! What???Thank you Dr. Apri and Y ana! That was a first!

It felt like I was going to the dentist at a car dealership. The staff was rude, insulted my teeth with hopes of me purchasing their Invisalign. I was given a receipt that said that I would have to pay 50 dollars out of pocket, I paid the 50 dollars, and they tried to mail me a bill for $250 for a procedure that they didnt even perform. I never write reviews on here but this place is terrible and their interest is only in making money off of their patients.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist. I have had horrible prior experiences. I would rather live with the pain than see a dentist.They are honest about what you need to have done and are willing to help you make it happen. I appreciate that they show care and concern from the front desk to the Dr. while you are there and follow up after afterwards. I honestly expected to feel a lot worse the next day than I actually do. I believe they would give you what you, want but be prepared to hear what you really need, and why putting a bandaid on a big problem wont last. Going to a dentist isnt fun, but going to see a dentist that does effective and efficient work as painlessly possible is what you need. I already have my next appointment. I was able to get in on a same day dental emergency. I was in extreme pain from an infection that I let go for too long. I needed a root canal that they started that day. I was sent home with medication and was given a number to text if I had any questions or concerns. I did end up texting and got a quick response. This was during the holidays! I am very pleased with the care I received with Kirkland Premier Dentistry. Highly recommended.

I don’t understand how this place got 5 stars lol. The x ray in-mouth thing was hurting. The nurse did not know how to floss my backend teeth so she gave up. The doctor immediately tried to sell me Invisalign and suggest wisdom teeth removal that charges $2000 for 3 teeth after insurance. The place looked cheap with lots of storage boxes around. Nothing comparable to my old dentist place (who were professional and no selling). I only tried this place because I moved to houghton recently.

To be honest I dint take care of teeth all my life, got many bad cavities and even worse procedure done on them. Holding a toothpick and fiddling in my mouth worsened the things for me. I never thought it could be fixed and my faith in dental procedures was super low until a friend recommended Kirkland Premier Dentistry. Not only they fixed all the problems but relieved me of my bad habits that were formed due to the earlier procedures done on my teeth. Due to right guidance now Im highly encouraged to maintain wellbeing of my teeth and get it checked regularly from Kirkland Premier Dentistry. Let’s be real here, how many people truly “love” going to the dentist? Sure, I know plenty of people who don’t mind it, or who tolerate it, or who dread it. But who loves the dentist? Well, I do, at least I do now. After my very first appointment, I told Dr. Sheena Gaur I wanted to hug her. I didn’t (‘cause - personal space, plus COVID) but I seriously wanted to. I cannot recommend this dentist highly enough, I switched my whole family to this dentist.Here’s the backstory: Pre-COVID I started seeing another Kirkland dentist that was supposedly highly recommended. They had a fancy office, all the glitz and glam, but every visit I felt like they were trying to “upsell” me services. I’ve never had a dentist before where I felt nickled and dimed, but I felt that way at the other kirkland dentist. That said, I continued to see them, because again, they were highly recommended. Then a few months before COVID hit the dentist told me that I needed a new crown. So I trusted him, and had him replace my crown. They made the crown right there in office and sent me on my way in one day. However, once the numbing agent wore off I noticed that my bite was off. I gave it a few days but called the dentist to complain. They had me come back in so they could fix the problem. They drilled down on the tooth and again sent me on my way. Again, after a few days, my bite was still off and now, in addition, I had added sensitivity and discomfort on my tooth. Again called the dentist and again they had me come back in, and again they drilled down the crown more. A few days went by and the issues were still there. So I went in for a THIRD time, to which the same sequence of events occurred. Then COVID hit and, for family reasons, we opted to take strict social distancing measures so I opted to tolerate my weird bite and discomfort. Plus, I was really starting to worry that my dentist (back then) was just making a bad situation worse. After a year of dealing with the discomfort (which was slowly getting worse) and finally getting vaccinated, I sought out a new dentist to get a second opinion. That’s how I found Kirkland Premier Dentistry. On my very first visit, Dr. Gaur immediately identified that my crown had been placed wrong and that I had a gap between my real tooth and the crown. She showed me the X-Ray and explained my options for fixing it. Essentially, I needed a new crown that was placed properly (and no amount of drilling would fix that). In addition, she noticed another tooth that could benefit from some work but stated there was no rush and that we could wait. So, not only could she fix my original issue but she was also giving me a choice on waiting on any additional procedures instead of pressuring me to make a decision. Seriously wanted to hug her and was so excited to know that my discomfort would be ending soon. I had never been so excited to go to the dentist before now. Sure enough, I can say confidently with my new crown on, that my bite is back to normal and I no longer have to deal with discomfort and pain in my mouth!!! Side note, my daughter who usually hates the dentist loves this dentist, and I’ve met Dr. Gaur’s husband, who also is a dentist here, and he is awesome as well. My husband’s first appointment is next week but I’m confident he’ll love them also. Seriously can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Hands down best DENTAL OFFICE in Kirkland !! I had a horrible tooth ache and they took me in right away. The whole staff made my experience very smooth from start to end Dr. Sharma Dr. Gaur were GREAT !!! I highly recommend this dental office 👍🏼

I can’t express how thankful I am to have found Kirkland Premier Dentistry !!! I had very bad dental phobia and everyone made my experience super comfortable they also did SAME DAY treatment I was able to start my dental treatment right away definitely recommend this dental office.

I was referred to Kirkland Premier Dentistry and was looking to get a new crown, It was such a warm and friendly treatment by Dr. GAURAV and Dr.Sheena that it never gave me a feel I am with a dentist which is always scary and little painful. They gave very good advise even on certain other issues which they said I shouldn’t be bothered as in now where as other dentist was sought of pursuing to get ASAP. Dr.Gaur and the whole team was amazing!! We came in and were treated like family.So thankful for their genuine work and for getting right to it. Not only do they know what theyre doing, I didnt even want to leave. I was just about ready to apply for a job there myself just from the great atmosphere alone!! Thanks again. I had my crown redone twice and when I came here they said needed a CT scan and I was skeptical because it was pricey but they said they needed it and I thought maybe okay if my other dentist didn’t need it and I had to keep redoing it, I said okay, after they took it they were able to diagnose me properly and do my crown and it’s been a couple months and I haven’t had one problem with it like I did with others, this is the best place to go to and if recommend it to anyone, Dr.Sharma and the front staff were so comfortable and made me feel like everything was going to be okay, this place will diagnose you properly and give you the treatment you need no matter at the amount you will get the best treatment there is. 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone.

I had a dental emergency and they got me in that same day. The staff and Dentist were extremely kind and gentle. Ill definitely go back for non emergency work even though they are in Kirkland and Im in Seattle. Worth the drive!

If you feel like being judged and laphed at by the front dest staff for not have the insane amount of money this place charges, this is the place for you

The staff is very welcoming to all patients. It’s impressive the techniques that are being applied for basic dental services are definitely a step ahead of others. The surgeons here are friendly and very accommodating to your needs, which isn’t easy to find.

I took my mother for emergency dental procedure for her severe pain on her tooth. Dr. Sharma helped us by seeing my mom immediately. He recommended the treatment plan and the pain was gone after the treatment. Dr. Sharma is super friendly, helpful and expert dentist. I highly recommend him. My whole family now have him as our go to dentist. Thanks Mr. Sharma.

I was blown away by how quickly the folks at this office were able to get me in and treated!! It’s too early to tell how well I’m healing (two wisdom teeth extracted).. along with a full evaluation (scans and X-rays) and cleaning - in around 2 hours!! Everyone was following protocol for protecting themselves and patients against COVID-19. My one request /hope is that hygienists will start wearing face shields alongside their masks (and goggles). The doctors were well protected. Thank you so much, all! Oh and everyone was quite friendly and helpful which is not a hard requirement for me but a pleasant bonus ☺️

Great team! They make sure you are comfortable and understand everything that is going to happen. They have cozy blankets which is lovely. Definitely recommend them!

Between the long wait and the dental cleaning, I am disappointed with my experience. I arrived on time for a cleaning which ended up not beginning until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time! The only thing the dental cleaning consisted of was imaging and a polishing toothpaste. No plaque/tartar removal, no flossing, and no fluoride. Maybe because they were behind schedule, they opted to cut corners on my care. I would have much rather had a call to reschedule than a mediocre cleaning. I will say, everyone was very nice.
