This is my second visit to this office, and both times everyone offered professional and reassuring service. From the moment we step in patients are greeted kindly, often by people who remember us. The dental assistants have been comforting and provide the necessary information about whats going to happen, aftercare, and payment. My dentist carried out his work on my teeth while offering me comfort and doing the work adeptly and swiftly. I appreciate the care and service they provided me!

The receptionist took my personal information including my insurance card and promised me to call me back for appointment. But she never called me back. Probably shes not the right person to be there. When I called back and asked her why that did happen, she wasnt even ready to apologize for what happened. Then I told her to remove the data collected from me and decided not to go there. The worst customer service ever!!!!

When I got there they didnt even know what to do with the appointment. They were literally asking me what they should do. Ive never had to facilitate my own check up. Definitely will keep looking for a new dentist. I thought with the positive reviews it would have been a good experience.

I dont know where to start... ok maybe from the start! These amazing people, from the front desk all the way to the dentist, from my first day there in March have been so kind and welcoming and friendly! Not only toward me but my 7 year old daughter as well.. we are always laughing at something with someone in there.. The smiles are big, the areas and equipment are CLEAN, its quiet and the vibes are good. Ive had a lot of work done here with Dr. Acosta and some of her amazing assistants.Dr. Acosta is very sweet, very open and understanding. She is Gentle and when I say this, and let me scream it for everyone to hear, she is A VERY HARD WORKER!!! Im so glad I chose this to be my primary dental office. 100% recommend.

I love Family Dentistry, I had an old bridge replaced. Dr Choi was great at explaining all the details before and during the procedure, his staff from the front desk to his dental associates were truly a joy, I am very happy with my new teeth and my new smile.

Listen, I am a high anxiety patient, who has a long history of dental distress. Pretty much every tooth in my mouth has had an issue, and unfortunately Ive had a long string of bad dental care from various other practitioners. I had a lot of shame surrounding my mouth. Constant bad breath, pain, and lack of chewing surfaces finally got bad enough for me to seek help. Kirkland Family Denistry as a whole is a great establishment all around, but Dr. Choi is hands down the doc for me. He helped me formulate a plan, with no shame, and clear direction. He was gentle, responded to my heightened anxiety with great ease [I didnt know Juice boxes can help calm you down in a panic attack, but he did], and he competently saved some of my worse off teeth.I still have quite a bit of work left, but Im about half way done and let me tell you... today I got two permanent bridges installed and I can chew on both sides of my mouth without pain for the first time in at least 20 years. I highly *HIGHLY* reccomend finding a doctor you can trust, and in the same breath I HIGHLY reccomend Kirkland Family Denistry. All of the techs know what they are doing and they will hold your hand if you need it. The gratitude I have for their team holds no bounds.

Hands down the best dental experience Ive ever experienced in my life! Ive been in Seattle for almost 5 years now and have gone to two other dentists and I can confidently say its a night and day comparison between them and Kirkland Family Dentistry in terms of service, friendliness, technology, communication and transparency! Dr. Jonathan Choi and his staff were friendly, open and communicative in letting me know what kind of dental care I needed, what procedures were going to be done and how much my insurance covered, etc. Even during routine cleanings, the hygienists were gentle and responsive to any discomfort I mightve had. Overall, I recommend Dr. Choi to anyone in the Greater Seattle Area even if you dont live in Kirkland, its worth the drive and your teeth will thank you!

Great place for your dental services. The staff is always smiling and friendly. The dentist really take their time if you have any questions and the hygienist are always knowledgeable and educate you on tips and tricks to keep your teeth in good health. they provide reasoning behind all their suggestions. I always learn something new about technique, why something may be happening with my teeth, how/why certain teeth problems have or could happen, etc.

Kirkland Family Dentistry receives my highest recommendation. The staff is inviting, courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. My stress level is as low as it can be in the office no matter what procedure I am experiencing. The cleanliness is top notch and I was very comfortable today with their attention to detail during the Covid pandemic.I began my relationship with KFD because the office was convenient to get to, I continue my relationship with the office after 7 years because I could not ask for more from a dental practice.

What differentiates this office from the others is that everyone is very friendly and both the staff and doctors try to make you feel at home. All the staff was very helpful. I have been going to Kirkland Family Dentistry for approx 12 years. Even after I moved in to Seattle I still make the trek to Kirkland because I feel so comfortable there. They always provide excellent service and the staff is always very kind and friendly. If you are looking for a dentist to call home... this is your place.

I did a tooth crown in this place with Dr. Jonathan Choi. He did a crown for one of my teeth while he was clearly in a rush. I think the tooth nerve was damaged during the operation and I have a sharp pain while chewing even a gum. I went there again and they did some adjustments and told me that the pain will go away in few weeks. This is more than 6 months and I still have the pain. Secondly, he was too pushy and was asking me to do a crown for lots of other teeth at the same time, and I had to express multiple time it is not the service I want!

I highly recommend Dr. Acosta! I have dental anxiety and she was so friendly, knowledgeable, and had great bedside manner. She explained everything thoroughly and was gentle with the work I had done, including giving me breaks when I needed for my jaw pain and making me a night guard. I would recommend Dr. Acosta and Kirkland Family Dentistry to anyone!

I came in as a new patient for a checkup and cleaning. I cant say enough good things about this place. All the equipment seems to be of the highest quality and Alissa did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Alissa took the time to demonstrate special techniques when brushing/flossing and also explained why I was getting tartar build up on certain teeth.Dr Choi did an excellent job of not only assessing my x-rays, but also recommended filling some chips on my teeth in order to prevent future cavities. I was able to get the fillings right after my checkup and everything went smoothly.Highly recommend this place and I have already scheduled my next check up!

I am new to the area and am looking for a quality place to get my teeth cleaned, and I think I found just that. Front desk were super engaging and helped me book an appointment no problem, I get there. Same in person super engaging, hygienist was super cool and my teeth look perfect. Price point isn’t to bad either compared to my last place. All and all a smooth experience!

They cancelled my appointment because I was not even 20 minutes late. Please rename the place and remove the word “family” from your business name because it lead me to believe you’re accommodating. Wasted 50 minute round trip and not to mention the struggle I had getting out the door.The younger woman was very apologetic and the older woman looked at me and snickered! Never returning.I also want to add that I had the worst fillings here! Rushed job. Its the only time in my life I have ever had to return to get fillings redone. The lady informed me in a rude tone that she’s shaving down my tooth. My fillings never felt right.

Best Dental Office I have been to! They do a lot more than just cleanings and sending you on your way- really help you stay healthy and get the smile you want. Dr. Everett is awesome.

I had an appointment with Dr. Jonathan Choi today and was extremely pleased with how quickly he was able to diagnose and fix my teeth. It was my first appointment in 3 years and I definitely knew I had a cavity or two so I was dreading going in based on my previous experiences with going to the dentist but he and staff were very engaged, knowledgeable, and got me in and out of there with an X-ray, cleaning, cavities filled, dentures made for a night guard, and probably the most information I’ve ever gotten on my teeth and how to clean them - all within two hours and with no pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Choi to anyone!

The latest in protection and innovation for its patients are what I have come to expect from Kirkland Family Dentistry. I was pleased on my recent visit to see all of this plus the warm, friendly atmosphere I have come to expect.

Do not recommend this place based on my personal experience. Julie chipped my molar during regular cleaning, I heard a wired sound when she was doing it (I never had a such painful dental cleaning, my tears almost came out). But she told me that every thing was fine. I found it later - a small part of my tooth was missing.

The worst dental treatment I have ever received. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have had to set two separate appointments with other dentists to fix the work I had done at Kirkland family dentistry. Rushed and sloppy work, the dentist didn’t even fill my cavities. Whomever did left them too high and I’ve been in constant pain. They’re clearly trying to make money off patients and are not there to help you.

Fabulous experience. Dr. Stanton is terrific--very nice, knowledgeable, and patient. Likewise, the hygienists are all wonderful. They made sure I was comfortable, and they did a great job with my cleaning and cavity fillings. Lastly, the rest of the staff is kind and welcoming. Stacee was able to get me in earlier than we thought was possible, which was amazing. I give the practice two very enthusiastic thumbs up!! :-)

This is the best dentist I have ever seen. I really enjoy the staff. Sherri at the front desk was very professional and welcoming. Dr. Everett walked me through my treatment plan and made sure I understood and felt comfortable with the procedure (root canal). My follow up was scheduled one week after with no problems. I love this office and staff.

Wonderful experience, starting with my first phone call, then being greeted by the smiling office staff, through the exam & leaving the office paying only 99 cents as a new patient.I went in as a new patient on the 99 cent, exam, cleaning and x-ray special they are offering. Trust me when I say I thought 99 cents too good to be true...right? But its true!Hygienist, Becky was informative, careful, friendly and gave some great tips on continued hygiene. Sarah & Amy assistant and hygienist for Dr. Everett were friendly, thorough and careful to make sure I was as comfortable as possible.Dr. Everett has a pleasant chair-side demeanor. I can certainly see why this Dentistry gets such great reviews! I had a bit of an emergency and they scheduled me for an appointment over the telephone right away! I came in to them and they gave me Fabulous service!!! They were very thorough with their procedures, they honestly answered all of my questions and they could not have been nicer! I chose this office because of their good reviews on GOOGLE. The office staff are very nice and helpful, however, I had wrong dental hygienist. If you do not want strange gum infections after regular dental cleaning, do not choose Juli* as your hygienist.

I had a dental phobia and have a hard time finding a dental practice that will take time with me . I have been so happy with the quality of care they have given me and my family!!! I love the same day treatment along with giving you detailed instructions on how to care for your dental work you had done. If you have a question they will answer your question, with having you come back into the office to adjust what is bothering you.

Friendly staff, easy to make appointments. Overall, a great dentist who does a great job. The only reason I won’t give them 5 stars is that I feel like they try to sell me stuff I don’t necessarily need, which is a little annoying. But overall, they have taken very good care of me.

I can’t speak high enough about this place! Everyone who works here is super friendly and genuinely cares about each patient. The staff is always warm and friendly and greets you by name when they take you back, and they’re almost always on time which is extremely helpful! I’ve had multiple different hygienists and assistants work with me and they all talk to me like they want to get to know me and it’s not just a quiet and awkward hour of my life. The dentists are super thorough and always ask if I have any questions or if there’s anything else they can do for me, and they always give the honest opinions about my teeth and if they think anything needs to be done. They don’t try to get me to have procedures done that are unnecessary, and they’re always upfront about the cost and let me make the decision. If you want a place that’s going to be clean (always a must), warm, friendly, and honest, this should be your place!

I was there to see Dr.Everett, they are very nice this is true! Why am I so disappointed then? My feeling is he does staff that is not really necessary just to charge insurance. The dentist convinced me to do some kind of superficial seals for my teeth that were gone after 2 months. The insurance was charged with 1000$ for that work.Next time he looked very worried that I have some deep decay on my tooth which will extend if I do not fix it. I went there and he took out the bad staff and did a crown. I started to have pain, had some antibiotic pain got better. Lately, because I continued to have pain I asked a second opinion and I realized that the crown was done on the wisdom tooth? Not sure if this is medically correct, maybe it is ? because the insurance paid for it but I will prefer to take the wisdom tooth out than to put expensive crown on it.Very , very disappointed!

What can I say about this team. Wow. Ive been seeing Dr. Greene for 5 years now and every experience and interaction with these guys has been nothing but the best. As a mother, at times its difficult to find time to get to the dentist especially if I have my son with me. Since the time he was 3 weeks old, they have been not only accepting, but overjoyed to take care of Parker while I was seeing Dr. Greene. Sheri (the manager) is like Aunt Sheri, like family. She looks out for me and my needs just out of the kindness of her heart. Most recently my fiance was suffering from severe tooth pain and without insurance for him, I immediately called Kirkland Family Dentistry just to talk about what our options are. She immediately called in a prescription for him and got us turned over to a company who could help him immediately with his unique (or not so unique!) situation. She, once again, took care of us. Long story short, if youre looking for a high-quality, clean, friendly, modern dentist office- youve found it. They have all the latest technology that enables them to perform the highest level of service and QUICKLY (nothing worse than an hour long teeth cleaning or filling)! P.S. There teeth whitening services & cosmetic dentistry is AMAZING too! They can do it all.

Kirkland Family Dentistry has wonderful staff that are extremely accommodating. I am a college student and only have a limited time to schedule appointments and I usually dont schedule far in advance. Sherri, the front desk manager helped me get an appointment the same day I called.Ive had both Karen and Julie clean my teeth. They are gentle and careful and listen if I say something hurts or feels uncomfortable.Overall, this is a very wonderful place that I recommend to everyone.

I am 64 years old and have been to plenty of dentists, and this office has by far been the best in my opinion. I have been going for over 2 years. I have had some dental emergencies, and when I have they get me in immediately. They are professional, capable, and to a person they are warm and supportive.

They fixed my teeth, now I can eat without sobbing! The hygienist have light hands, and the lack of buzzing from the tools really made me feel at piece.

You ever walk in and see how clean and beautiful a place is, you feel at home and well taken care of. Your anxiety is already high because you’re at the dentist but you walk in and feel... at ease. Welp, that feeling won’t last long here.My first visit was good. I could feel something was off but I wasn’t sure if it was my nerves or them. The “hygienist” I’m honestly not sure, didn’t provide me a title so let’s just say hygienist. Was super nice and went through his spiel. Turns out I needed fillings. Typical dental exam nothing fancy. He had some comments about him work environment but I didn’t mind, people sometimes need to vent. No biggie.Fast forward to fillings. Not performed by dentist, which I thought was odd. I asked to woman doing the injections, filling, drilling etc... what her title was... she didn’t seem to know.- oh goodie. She said she’s the “dental hygienist kind of sort of person for the office” she was holding a 8” needle moments from my mouth and just closed my eyes and hopes I wasn’t paralyzed by the “kind of sort of hygienist person.” All and all she seemed to know what she was doing and I was happy with results.Fast forward a couple weeks. I have been in pain on that side of the pith the entire time. I can’t chew or floss with out coming to tears. I finally break down and call. They get me right in. And I see the dentist!! It was wonderful they actually have one!! They redo the top and say come back if you have more problems.Fast forward 2 more weeks-ish. The pain has gotten better but I’m still hurting. They only fixed the top when there was an issue on the bottom as well. I called, was brought right in. Perfect scheduling!I’m brought back and I see someone completely new... Amber? Amanda? I’m not sure. I could be completely wrong. Anyways. I tell her the story above. She doesn’t touch me. Looks at my teeth and says “There’s nothing wrong you’re fine.”I told her I am afraid to floss because the pain is so bad. She was uninterested and suggested I was making it up.You know those people who are busy or annoyed and have already prepare a decision before they even see you? Those who then go through their “script” of buzz words and phrases designed to make you feel dumb or at least shame you enough into thinking it’s your fault? Yeah. That was her.The dentist didn’t even come in to see me. She left. Came back, said “I spoke with the dentist and you just need to give it time to heal.” And then hands me a tube of tooth paste.Excuse me!! 1 month should be plenty of time to heal.Fast forward to today. It’s been 3 months-ish since my original visit. I still can’t floss. I still can’t chew on my right side. Eating and flossing brings me to literal tears.I will NEVER recommend this place you anyone. I was basically called a liar and told I was making it up. between the suspect credentials of the people working there, the unprofessional behavior, and the overall experience... 1 Star is all they are worth. I didn’t even mention their $1 Facebook scam. That’s between them and God.

Really recommend this place , the staff is very welcoming and friendly and the hygienist that cleaned my teeth was really nice and I liked the results of my teeth after being cleaned , she did a great job.

We have to go back 2 times to fix the previous work on my wife but the job still less satisfactory. Theyre in a hurry when they did the first job (i know its closing time and the eve of a long weekend) but they have the time to fix it on the 2nd time but still have to go back the third time.. still feeling the pain. She didnt bother to go back. I had all my kids go here but will think twice on our next dental needs.

My family and I have been going to Kirkland Family Dentistry and Dr. Greene for 20 + years. The office staff are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. The dental hygienists are fantastic and take the time to explain what they are doing as they work, as well as explain proper dental care. When my kids have cavities, Dr. Greene is encouraging and quick to fix the problem. Last fall my son knocked his front tooth completely out and chipped another-- Dr. Greene got him in quickly, referred us to a great endodontist for the root canals and then did the cosmetic work to fix my sons smile. Dr. Ben Greene is highly skilled, professional and compassionate!

I had recently moved to Kirkland, but was still going to my same dentist as I had been for the past 10 years. One of the people who worked there was a friend of our families.. After being referred by another friend to try out Kirkland Family Dentistry, I can honestly say, they treat you like family, they remember your name as soon as you walk in the door, and most importantly they are very flexible when it comes to scheduling (biggest issue with my old dentist). My first day coming in, I had never had work done on my teeth before. I expected this to be a consultation and a time to go over a treatment plan, but no...they not only talked to me about what needed work on my teeth, not only worked with me to create a manageable payment plan, but they managed to do everything within my one appointment and made me feel extremely welcome. The hygienist was fantastic, but everything after that was horrible. It started with 1 small cavity that was found, and by the time I got to the receptionist they scheduled me for 5 cavities to be filled. From there they charged me a $75 no show fee because I didnt have a clue what I really needed.I highly recommend finding a dentist that cares about the person instead of how much money they can get out of you.

I went to this dentist at the beginning of the year. I usually dont like to write bad reviews but I became frustrated with the service received. I had a crown installed and had to return to get it resized after having jaw aches. After getting some more work done a month later the technician said that my bite was still off and had to adjust it again on the third trip. The only reason I didnt leave 1 star was because the staff was friendly. I called and informed that I would no longer be coming here for service and the employee did not ask for a reason why. She just said ok and hung up the phone.

I am so happy with the care I received! Everyone is very friendly, kind, and professional. I was very worried about my teeth after realizing I had been grinding them in my sleep, and ended up needing a crown and a whole bunch of fillings. Dr. Gentling and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to fix them and I quite literally believe they saved my teeth from getting to a point where they were beyond repair.Best dental experience I have ever had, truly. Thank you all so much!

The staff is so friendly! I had my first cavities ever and I was really nervous. So Sherri at the front desk came back and held my hand the whole time! Love them here! Dr. Greene is wonderful. Always smiling and so gentle and nice. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Absolutely wonderful office. The staff is really on top of their game and even helped me out when I had trouble tracking down my insurance info, having it printed off of the fax machine before I could log onto the website. They have been nothing but awesome every time Ive visited. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Once you walk in the doors you are greeted right away and everything is clean and very professional. All of the staff is really nice and you are always treated with great quality, care, and respect. I highly recommend this place!

I used to go here for several years, but when they were rude and harassing over $100 balance I owed after them getting paid thousands, I started looking for another dentist. It’s surprising how greedy the wealthy can be in this world. They live in a cloud, and are oblivious to so many people struggling. I paid them, and I doubt I’ll be back because I won’t support a business that would act so neurotic over $100 when dentists are some of the wealthiest people in the world and they can’t even see it.

I have been going here for many years. It has not only been the most professional dentistry I could have hoped for, but the most friendly as well. I’ve had many procedures done here and it couldn’t have been better each time.

TL;DR: If you have any anxiety about dentistry, do not go here.I came in to get a few fillings done, and made it really clear to everyone that I experience anxiety from shots and drills. Dr. Greenes staff is amazing and was very accommodating to this. I talked to the staff about it and eventually felt very calm about getting my teeth done. I was ready to get started.Then, Dr. Greene came in and I immediately explained my anxiety in brevity, but I felt ignored as he responded with indifference. In a hurried attitude, he began by putting some anesthetic on a swab and put it in my mouth despite telling him that I needed a moment to relax. I was already out of control and was removed from my comfort zone. I made this aware, but he didnt seem to care at all.Then, for some reason, Dr. Greene thought it would be a good idea to suddenly try to put a shot in my mouth without any warning whatsoever despite our conversation. I saw it out of the corner of my eye, and in response, I put my hand by my mouth to block it. I told him outright that I cannot handle sudden movements, and you know what he did in response? He grabbed my hand, pulled it away with force, and tried to put the shot back in my mouth!So I sat up. Dr. Greene reacted by raising his voice slightly and claimed that I was fighting with him! He then proceeded to give me a deliberate guilt trip about how Ill have to see a specialty dentist that helps my type of patients. I felt belittled and did not appreciate his tone of voice, especially because this was an entirely appropriate reaction to his extremely poor decisions. He knew what he was doing, did not care, and I got blamed for it.Despite being nervous at the dentist, this is the first time I have ever backed out of an appointment. Contrary to Dr. Greenes belief, I do not need to see a specialty dentist; I need to have a dentist that simply listens to their patients just like everybody else. Getting your hand pulled away from your face is not normal, and I dont need to go to a specialty clinic just to have a dentist that listens to their patients.If you want to run in, get work done in a hurry, and leave, then this practice might be a positive experience for you. For everyone else, please dont worsen your problems by having to experience what I had to go through!

I have been coming here for a while now, and I love everything about this office. They make everything such an easy process and now Im over joyed to start my invisalign with them.So happy I have them to take care of my teeth

Kirkland Family Dentistry has been my dentist for almost 10 years now. All the assistants are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am always comfortable whenever I walk in their door.

My teeth have never felt better! Kirkland Family Dentistry is the best dentist I have ever been to hands down. I feel bad admitting it but I previously didnt go to the dentist as much as I probably should have gone.At my first appointment I got a free teeth whitening that was more then just a take home kit! I could instantly tell that I had a whiter and brighter smile when I got home! I cant say enough good things about the staff and Kirkland Family.

I have been seeing Dr. Greene for over 20 years. I have very sensitive gums, as well as dental anxiety. Dr. Greene and his PERMANENT staff have ALWAYS been amazing!! From making me feel welcome, to their compassion as well as working with me financially. (I HAVE had issues with the brutality of some of their temps and have let them know about it.) I hope he (and Becky & Sherri) never retires! :) I travel 20 miles to go there because they really ARE that GOOD!

We love everyone at Kirkland Family! Always so friendly & great with my kids. Theyve always been able to get me & the kids in at the same time which is a HUGE timesaver for me 😊 Great people, great service & great care for all of us!

Staff is friendly. Doctors are knowledgeable and tell you exactly what they are doing and why. Great experience all around!

The staff is fantastic, however the their policies and dentists are terrible. They place an urgency on a cause for additional work. Whether it is enamel erosion or sealant disintegration...they make it sound like an emergency. I had a small, superficial cavity filled and they hygienist broke the filling. When I came back after not being able to eat on that side for a month, the dentist tried to tell me that I broke it! She had shredded the floss and he didnt have the decency to apologize. I had to come in 3 times to have this fixed before going back to my old dentist. Dr. Everett told me I may have nerve damage from bacteria (again, superficial cavity) and told me to see his endodontist. My old dentist found that the cause for my pain was they didnt adjust the bite properly and now I may have to have a root canal because of this clinic.

Dentistry doesnt get better than kirkland family dentistry. Dr. Greene and his staff(especially the receptionist Sherri) are top notch and professional all the time. Highly recommended!
