Excellent dental care, Mallory was wonderful and did a thorough job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Bhat had a great chair side manner and answered all questions I had. Felt very safe with all the staff having masks on. No pushy sales tactics to get teeth whitened or straightened, unlike other offices. I would recommend Sea Dental to anyone looking for a great dentist experience.

Mallory my dental hygienist did a wonderful job doing a deep clean on my teeth. I’ve never left the dental chair with whiter teeth without using bleach trays. She was gentle and efficient and informative through the whole process. She was professional and personable. My next appointment I hope to have her again. Also Dr. Bhat is always kind and informative. She is honest and also understands the finical responsibility our teeth can have. She is never pushy on getting treatments right away but also gives her honest professional opinion. I will be a patient at Sea Dental from now on.

If you are dreaming about sparkling white teeth, don’t ever come to this clinic as they don’t set the right expectations and are not responsible for the result. They performed whitening on my teeth and after the procedure there was a tiny difference in my teeth appearance. When I started saying that I don’t like the result they said “it is what it is. You already paid the money”. Bad customer service. Recommend to avoid.

My experience at Sea Dental has been amazing! Got my root canal treatment from Dr.Preeti. I walked in with a lot of anxiety, but she calmed me down, explained the procedure in detail and made sure I was not feeling the pain multiple times during the process. SEA Dental Care is AMAZING!! Hands down, it is THE BEST Dental clinic that I’ve ever been to and Dr. Bhat is THE BEST Dentist that I’ve ever had! SEA Dental care gives off “high tech boutique clinic” vibes. COVID protocol is practiced here and they even have air purifiers in every room. The clinic is very clean, warm, inviting and comfortable. Although this is subjective but one of the things that sticks out the most to me about Dr. Bhat is: her gentle touch when she is in your mouth. It is unbelievable...and it isn’t something that I realized that I needed until I experienced it. People with on treatment plans & with super sensitive teeth will understand... lol And Mallory the Hygienist who does my cleanings is meticulous!! Also, with a gentle (Yet thorough) touch.The environment is Very, very low to no stress. Indeed. Everything about Sea Dental Care is a five star experience! I initially was drawn to become a patient for the free whitening service but I stayed because Dr Baht is wonderful, as are the hygienists, including Mallory. With their guidance, I have been able to improve my Gum health and don’t need visits to periodontist any more!!! Went in for a regular check up and cleaning on a rainy day today. The staff was very welcoming and Dr. Priti did an amazing job explaining the condition of my teeth and gums and was thorough explaining preventative measures to be taken into account moving forward. I have found Sea Dental on google. All team, Dr. Bhat, Nadia, Maggie, and Amy are very personable and amicable. Amy was absolutely amazing and diligent in making sure I have received an accurate insurance quote, so I had no issues with any bill confusions nor did I have problems with unnecessary overpayments. I was looking for an expert to find a solution for my bone loss and enhance my smile, I was not sure whether crowns were the best solution for me. Dr. Bhat really took her time to explain to me potential solutions and put me at ease. I didn’t have to make multiple visits to get 5 crowns done. She did it in 2 visits, which was very convenient for me. Nadia, who was assisting Dr. Bhat was also very kind to make sure I was well-informed about the whole process. I’m absolutely happy with the crowns, I love the style, color, and shape. It is easy to communicate with the team and get all questions answered via emails or texts, which is my favorite mode of communication with providers. I genuinely appreciate their care. It was important to me that I was not bounced around between several specialists to get it done and quoted a double price, as I was in a previous office in West Seattle, were I was told my insurance would not cover my crowns! So, thank you ladies for your great work!

It is a great experience! I have twice teeth cleaning here and they are really great! Feel like being cared and they know my teeth health history very well.---------------------update-----------------Ive been with them for almost 3 years. I got two surprise bills, one was more than $400, and I attached the original estimate and my payment info to tell them I already paid my part, and they told me it was an error.The second bill in error is the one I received yesterday, they said I owed about $10, and it is a surprise to me again! I moved to Canada and before I move I also told me is there any potential bills I need to pay, they told me I was all good to go.So I wrote the email to them and they told me it was something done to my tooth #18. I did not recall anything done to my tooth for my last cleaning. So I argued back and told then exactly what I remembered on that date. They quickly responded that it was an error!!!I understand it is only $10, but if I did not argue it, they will let me pay it. So I am now changing my review.

After 18 years with our previous dentist we were forced to find a new provider. We are so pleased that we found Sea Dental Care! Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful and we appreciate Dr. Bhat’s knowledge. Wish we had found them sooner!

How the receptionist at Sea Dental Care screwed me over: She told me that she checked my insurance and that I was good to go for them to cover 50% of services. I had two root canals done. Dr Bhat did a fine job. Then, I was told that my insurance denied coverage and that it was only covered for ages 19 and younger. Screw Dentegra! They make it look like you are covered 50% then have small print in another section that is not clear. The main thing I am upset about is the Receptionist made it sound like she had it under control and I trusted that she actually spoke to my insurance. Then, they threw it in my face that I was supposed to call and check the insurance after the work was done. Im still making payments for this. They knew I was low income and couldnt afford this without insurance.
