The place is gorgeous in terms of location, quality, excellent spacious apartments, everything is there for a relaxing family vacation. We lived with a family in January 2021 for several days, 3-4 minutes to the sea, 4 minutes to Izvestia station, it is convenient to move in any direction, about an hour to Rosa Khutor on a swallow, tickets can be bought on the way, it costs 960 rubles for three, from Sochi, seaport by taxi to les amis 25 minutes and about 582 rubles in the evening. Nearby there is a fixed price, you can quickly buy something, and have a snack and little things for life. Very hospitable hosts, I managed to get to know each other personally. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, stove, refrigerator, dishes, tables, chairs, together, a large open balcony, you can go out in a T-shirt even in January. Our family of 3 really liked it here, we will come back on occasion with pleasure. A superb combination of price and quality, for us in fact turned out to be better than expectations.
