I get my hair cut with William and colored with Petra. They both do wonderful work and are extremely professional and genuinely caring people.I have a lot of anxiety about my hair and do not trust many people with it. William and Petra understand that and go out of their way to make their clients feel comfortable and safe.This is a good business staffed by good people. I highly recommend LuxLab Salon.

I love this place. Very classy atmosphere with very classy, friendly professionals who are experts. I watched various clients walk out happy and feeling confident. My hair was done by Lo. She really knows her stuff. I too left feeling good about myself with my new look. I highly recommend them. Oh, and there is a parking garage to make in and out easy. Beautiful location.

LuxLab is one of my favorite salons in WA. The technicians are experts and on trend. The salon is spotless and the location simply cannot be beat. Steps away from Lake Washington and you can grab dinner or an app at Como next door!

Such a glamorous feel and beautiful location to visit. My stylist is Paul Attar and she is always very detailed when executing my haircuts and color. Always delivers a beautiful result. I have very difficult texture and she masters it! The salon is also full of very talented established stylist fun to watch them work!

He did an fantastic job with the cut, was awesome to talk to, and gave great suggestions for products, styles, etc in the future.The salon itself was great, well spaced, good atmosphere, and followed every safety protocol I couldve expected. This week I had one final cut and color here before moving out of state, sadly. I had to stretch the last cut and color for 5 months because of COVID, and it was such good work that it was only in the last couple of weeks I felt bedraggled. Its going to be challenging to find new hair stylists this good

Petra and William are a great team. I’m guaranteed a fabulous cut and color each time! William does a great job of explaining how to replicate the look he creates at home and Petra is very thoughtful in her color recommendations.

LuxLab is fantastic. The new interior design is relaxing and the staff is fun. Great vibe and the perfect mens cut for me. I prefer the razor cut from William.

I met the owner of LuxLab Salon in 1991 when I was looking for a cut and style, and a mutual friend pointed me in his direction. And since that day, I have followed William Hines to every salon hes ever worked. Hes been my stylist and friend for 28 years. Not just because hes great at what he does, but because hes great at how he does it. William is a craftsman and an artist. A person who understands the how and why of things that work, and has committed himself to perfecting his craft through practice, exploration, and education. Which is why Im so excited that he and his wife are opening their first salon. Not just because theyre good at what they do, but because theyre truly committed to their business, their clients, and their colleagues and coworkers. Lux Lab Salon looks to be an exciting new salon, and I for one look forward to being a client for a long time to come.

Do not go here if you want a fashion color. Two sessions, 7 hrs, and my silver hair lasted less than a week. 2 washes and it was pretty much back to blonde. Very disappointed. 2 stars because the hair cut was great.
