A few different issues with this salon. 1 is she cut my hair more then 3 inches to short. I showed her a picture of my hair cut a certain way and showed her where I wanted the length to be but still she cut it way to short. Second issue was I called and asked how much a haircut was but when it came to paying she tried to charge me double the amount I was told over the phone. She said it was because she Styledmy hair. No she used a straightener on my already very straight hair and never asked me if I wanted the styling service. She just did it. This is a horrible way to running a business and I will not be back.

Big rip off. Prices hidden behind counter and they offer services without saying its a service at all in the first place as well as without listing their hidden price. Otherwise if youre willing to pay an arm and a leg......good haircut and nice women.

Great cut but didnt notice them sanitizing the equipment before using them on me. The barber wore a mask though.Would be great if they can follow a protocol of sanitizing the blades and combs atleast during this post-covid phase

The hairdresser does a bad job of my hair, Does not listen to her customer. told me hair cut is 35.00, then hidden fee is shampoo for extra 8.00.

Worst hair salon ever!! The owners/sisters were rude as they kept me waiting for one hour for my root touch up and kept on taking customers and did not even apologize or said anything whilst I kept waiting until I told her this had been an hour so can someone washed my hair please??!! Then, when she washed my hair, firstly the water was too hot and I said to her and she didn’t even say anything or apologize! Then, the water splashed all over my face and my collar! My shirt was wet! I only wanted to have a root touch up and no styling or cutting or blow wave and they charged me $45!! Other place is only $35 and I didn’t get wet nor had to wait and spent 2 hours or more to just do my root touch up! On top of that, while washing my hair, she had to shout to talk to her sister and spoke so loudly and kept going all the time while washing my hair! I know Vietnamese is your native language but please keep it down a bit and not shouting and tried to talk to your sister while washing your customer’s hair the whole time as it’s rude! This is the first time I went, and surely will never ever go back!! Worst hair salon experience ever, oh boy! But, surely, will never go back!

Never coming back here. They left my hair uneven and even though I told them to leave the top, they just started cutting it. They also kept criticizing how I wanted my hair. I had to cut my hair super short over summer to fix how uneven it was and then grow it back to a size I liked and worked from there. Finally when its a size I like and am comfortable with, they ruin it. Never again.

They burden my moms hair. They Straightened her hair without putting any serum. Customer service is really bad, they are nice but everything else is bad.

1. They do not focus on their work2. They talk too much (not with you but with their co-workers)3. I told one of the ladies not to touch the top and she started with the topThis place is close to my house so I always come here thinking okay this time they’re going to do better but every time I come out with a trash result. They have been ruining my hair. I don’t suggest coming here.

Stumbled across this little gem while visiting a friend of mine, now its the only place I go. $15 for a mens hair cut and they take their time with you. Customer service is top notch and the staff is very friendly. I have a bunch of cow-licks and have never left disappointed! 5 stars would recommend to anyone!

Horrible experience!At first I didnt want to do anything because I didnt have $160 thats with all the discounts they had. Then, the other sister approached me and said shed do my color and cut for $100. Overall, I spent 7 hours at the salon, because they kept taking every person that walked in! I said I wanted dark ashy color and after yellow highlights and whatever else she mixed up a few times to add on, I ended up redheaded, no highlights, no low-lights, no ashy whatsoever. About an hour into the appointment I realized they were just saying yes to what I was saying without understanding what I was talking about at all! I even looked up ashy color on google translate into Vietnamese! At the end of the appointment she said I owed her $145!!!!! Unless you speak Vietnamese, I honestly dont recommend going there!

Cheap hair saloon for men. They do the job cheaply assuming that you dont ask some fancy style.
