In the spring 2021, I went for a visit with this office as a new patient. I was sent to several floors within the building because no one knew where their office was. Come find out they were sharing an office with another doctor temporarily. They were in the process of moving their office to another location. The receptionist gave me a hard time about being late even after I explained no one knew where your office was in the building and I had talked to the staff via phone as I’m looking for the office. After speaking to the office manager I was seen. I had called my insurance prior to my visit and was told it was covered 100%. My Visit went well. No concerns. On my way out the same rude receptionist demands money from me stating my visit wasn’t covered. She’s arguing with me and I’m saying bill me and I will take it up with my insurance company. I leave visibly upset. I call my insurance company days later and they tell me the office is being investigated about their billing practices. To date I have never received a bill! But the kicker is- I’ve called over a dozen times to get my meds refilled, And to follow up about my new med as the NP instructed. I’ve left messages. No one ever calls back and no one ever tries to fix it. I have never seen such an unprofessional workplace and their level of incompetence is scary and harmful to patient safety and care.

The communication is horrible! they tell you they will call you back and they never do. They try to get you for your money over a referral for the same service at a different place! Kathy Rivera is unprofessional and should not be in the front office. Someone who can’t answer questions and has no sense of customer service should be in her position. Just rude. All the way around a rude person.

I have tried and tried to get through to this office. I keep getting cut off or it tells me to leave a number but no one calls.

I’ve never been to a clinic where the doctor canceled on me not once, but twice. Reception with the accent is rude!

Office is impossible to get a hold of. All you will ever get is message service. No calls are returned. They are not interested in sick people. Only want to do routine exams and bill your insurance.

This Dr is the worst Dr that my husband and I have ever been to. About 2 months ago I sent a request for mine and my husband’s prescriptions to be filled. After about a week of refusing to answer the pharmacist request I called the office. No answer. My husband went to his office the next day and they said we have to be seen before they will fill the prescription. If we had known that a week before there wouldn’t have been a problem. So now here we are again trying to file our monthly prescription and the past two weeks he’s ignored us completely. The office staff said they’d get it handled, but still nothing. Now with this snow storm he hasn’t been working. So we drove past there and no cars were up there. So Friday we went back up to the office and the office is being gutted due to busted pipes!!! He has left all of his patients that depend on him without care. This is so very unprofessional!!!

This is the worst I have ever experienced. When I 1st went there it was top notch. Now it has declined so much that I am actually going to change practices. I cannot keep calling and time after time after time to get my prescriptions filled and they cannot for some reason get anything right . I believe doctor Webster is an excellent doctor but I am not sure whats happened to his staff except it is bad bad bad!What is going on?

Have brought my wife here a few times as my work makes me travel. My wife was here Thursday last week for renewing her cholesterol medication, her BP was high and dr. Webster called in medication for that but failed to send in her cholesterol medication. Called several times left messages and finally drove to the office to wait for them to straighten it out. While waiting another patient came in for the same issue and stated that he goes thru this every month? WhHow does he get a 4.5 star rating...

Dr. Webster really listened to my concerns and talked to me about all my options and helped me decide on a comfortable, safe and effective plan for my medical needs. I’m so grateful I went and I will continue care under his expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Webster. He didn’t rush, he gave me his undivided attention. I didn’t feel like a number, but a patient he truly wanted to help. I am so grateful to call him my Doctor.

It was a really good experience. Everyone was really nice. The wait was beyond my appointment time but I was ok with that. Everyone had on masks which was important and a concern of mine before coming. Chairs were arranged for social distancing requirement. The doc and nurse were really thorough with the information provided.

Dr. Webster and his team are unprofessional, unreliable, and should not be considered by anyone needing medical care. I and my health care needs were repeatedly disregarded by an incompetent staff here. The lack of dignity or respect given to their patients is uncanny. Luckily, Ive kept record of the areas and instances of their negligence and will proceed in legal action against this establishment to ensure that this business cannot continue misusing paying clients by inappropriately responding to their care. Id STRONGLY advise others to find another care facility.

New to the area have called almost everyweek trying to even set an appointment to find a new doctor for my family.. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. No matter what day of the week or what time it is. No one seems to be at the phones. How ridiculous. And when you try to get a call back still nothing. Horrible service and I havent even set foot in the building.

Service used to be top notch but is steadily deteriorating. But obtaining refills for prescriptions has become a complete hassle. I have called two times for refills which have not been called in despite 7 days wait. Website rework does not list all prescriptions I take. Attempts to call the office are met with answering machine system designed for delay.

My wife was seen by this dr. Webster and he didnt really acknowledge anything she was saying to him he just was brushing off everything she had to give. She needed a topical cream for her hands and he didnt know because when she showed him her hands he act like she was invisible I mean maybe he was in the clouds or something but whatever the case Drs are here to heal in order to do that you have to know whats going on and in order to know you have to listen js

My wife and I just moved to the area and needed to find a new doctor. We found Dr Webster to be very personable and professional. My wife is very picky and she was very happy with our visit.

Dr Webster has been treating my better half for half her life here in Bell County. He is one of the most caring, thorough, non judgmental doctors I have ever had the pleasure of being around. I would HIGHLY recommend his practice for any from young to geriatric in age.

His staff is great. He is rude and unprofessional. Will not release records even when submitted the proper request. Will not show you test results, but will insister on putting you on drugs you do not nee . Because I went and got two more drs to look at me and proved he is a quack, who doesnt know what he is doing.

When living in Texas I saw doctor Webster, he’s one of the most compassionate, caring physician I’ve ever met I’m thinking of moving back to Texas from Las Vegas as soon as this pandemic is over and hope he will become my primary

I chose to visit this medical office based on the reviews, it seemed very promising, however it was an utter disappointment. I had gone to this clinic to establish care after being seen on post but now wish I didn’t switch PCMs. The clerical staff were courteous and timely, but Dr. Webster was not. The patient rooms had leaves and dirt on the floor, which makes me think it had not been cleaned between patients...but the congealed liquid that has been spilled on the cabinets really gave away the lack of basic cleaning that is performed. Dr. Webster arrived in the room and barely looked over any of my medical history I had provided. He asked what I was at the clinic for and after a brief 6 minute conversation, gave me a referral and left. He lacked interpersonal skills, other than a quick handshake to greet me. Additionally, after learning some of my health history, he simply dismissed it. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day, but based off this one visit, I will say that day he demonstrated poor patient care and lacked any empathy or compassion. I wouldn’t advise establishing care here. Finally, I will say that he charged my insurance 110.00 for a less than 10 minute appointment. I would rather have spent the co-pay in an office worthwhile.

Great family practice. All staff is friendly courteous and professional. I am so glad I was able to find this practice my whole family went here. Dr. Webster was always available to answer all my questions and took great care of us when we were sick. Now that I moved to Florida I hope to find a similar practice.

I’ll admit, sometimes you have to wait a little while, which can be frustrating, but I will also say that every time I see Dr. Webster both he and all his staff are excellent.Everyone is very professional, kind, the office is clean, and I’m never made to feel like I’m being rushed. They always listen, and they always help with whatever I’m there to be seen for. I’m very glad to have then as my PCP.

4.5 stars is very deceptively high rating for them. I went there based on such high ratings but my experiences are most accurately reflected by all the 1 star reviews. His idea of a physical was asking a couple of questions and listening to my chest. I have a problem with my shoulder and doesnt even look at it or have me move my arm. Like one of the other reviews, be prepared for 2 appointments if you start care there. The first to have you come and pay them once, the second for... well, I dont know if the second will accomplish anything. The nurses were the only pleasant part of the experience as they were nice and conversational. The desk personnel difficult to explain their detached attitude. The Dr. only useful for a prescription.

Hands down, Dr. Webster and his team provided me the best health care experience I have received. The girls and the front desk were very friendly. I even got in BEFORE my appointment time. The nurses were excellent and even helped me carry my kids back to the exam room. Dr. Webster was so kind and answered all my questions. He made me feel very comfortable and included my family in our discussion. We need more health care teams like this one!!!

I love this practice. Sosa was recommended to me. And he is absolutely amazing!! I couldn’t have asked for a better Doctor to delivery my baby. He is now my OBGYN as well. I loved him so much, his wife is my newborns pediatrician. Wellstone is a great company. All the staff is nice! They make you extremely comfortable. I highly recommend.

If I could rate the staff and the Dr. Webster separately, I would. The staff at the front office and the nurse were all very kind and accommodating. However, Dr. Webster was incredibly rude and apparently enjoys handing out highly addictive controlled drug prescriptions like candy. Resulting in follow up exams that put more money in his pocket. He only cares about the money he can gain off of patients and not for the overall well being and mental health of his patients. I will never set a foot into this office again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Dr. Webster’s office is always friendly and helpful. They are much faster for in and out service than most offices I have been to. They cover a lot of areas of your health, primary health, gynecological, and weight loss.

Unfortunately i cant rate the doctor himself, as i havent been able to see him. i called as soon as they opened on thursday, only to immediately get directed to leave a message. at no point was i able to actually talk to a person. i left a message, and since i still had a question, i popped over to their website and filled out a question form. its now the weekend, and i never received a call back, or an email replying to my question.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Websters for over 10 years now, and have received nothing but wonderful care. The most Ive ever had to wait in the waiting room after arriving for my appointment was about five minutes, and even that was a pleasant experience because the front desk staff is so personable. I think its a great practice and theyre perfect at everything that they do.

My family and I just love everyone that works here. Theyre all great! Ask anyone there a question or some help with something, and there always right there for you. I had some questions regarding my insurance and what was covered, and got my answers right away. They even explained it to me in a way that was actually understandable.

I am very great full that this establishment was able to get me in the same day. I was told that they would not be able to get me in but minutes later recieved a callback and I was told I could be seen after all. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and courteous and the same friendliness was exhibited when I arrived at the clinic. I had to wait a bit, but their accommodation and regard made the wait worth it. Thank you guys very much!

I used to rate this place 5 stars but for the past several months there have been many issues with getting needed medical equipment. Let alone getting someone to actually answer the phone, and give you the correct information. I am so disappointed in what this office has become. Its not just because of the winter storm because my issues started before then, but Ive finally had enough of the run around. Also one of the receptionists that finally answered a few days ago was short with me, and didnt even let me finish what I was saying before they hung up.

My whole family and I have been going to Webster Family Practice for years. The office hours are very convenient, the practice is always very clean and maintained very well. My wife first heard about them through her friends at work and since then, weve recommended them to many friends and family as well.

For over 10 years that I have been going here I dont think I have ever had a wait time. I feel like I walk in and they take me right back. So efficient and such a welcoming office.

Dr. Webster and his staff (especially Karen) have been a blessing in my life. They took me on even tho I was recovering from a sub-arrachnoid brain hemorrhage. They cared for my husband during his heart transplant and were there for me when he rejected. Dr. Webster listens and talks with you, not at you. And he answers your questions, no matter how silly they may seem to you. He takes them all seriously.I have always been able to get an appointment whenever I REALLY needed one. My family has no complaints and I will probably with Dr. Webster until the day I die.

I booked an appointment for my son and I back to back the day prior to leaving for a vacation. There was confusion when I got to the clinic about the visits and we waited an hour and a half just to see the doctor. Anytime I asked the staff a question, they were absolutely rude! By the time the Dr. came back to see us I told him I could no longer wait as I had to get back to work but still asked if he could complete my sons physical for sports as it was due the next day. He agreed and now I am being billed for a visit for myself when I never was examined. I called the office and spoke to someone who then passed the phone to the Dr. and he became very condescending saying he charged me because he saw me. NOT TRUE!!! I argued this point for several minutes and just gave up. I received several billing statements after and continued to call and let them know I was never seen. This is a horrible establishment!!!!

Showed up 30 minutes early to fill out paper work for my first appointment, I handed over my Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance as well as my Medicaid after which they stated they do not take medicaid. That was completely fine since medicaid is just a secondary insurance for me my BCBS is my primary so I asked for the card back. After this they stated they do not take medicaid patients... This of course confused me since I have never in my life had any issues with just having medicaid. I was no longer asking them to use my medicaid I was trying to just use my BCBS at this point and they persisted that they dont accept anyone who uses medicaid at all which of course has nothing to do with them since they wouldnt be billing Medicaid at all just my primary. After this was hashed out since id waited 2 weeks for this appointment they finally said they would see me once... which still made no sense and I continued to try and have them explain it to me and they were unable because basically they had no reason to say something like that since I was no longer asking them to use my medicaid. After all the rudeness and arguing and 2 hours of waiting I was finally taken in back to wait. Setting there waiting to be taken into a room I looked around and saw the places was quite dirty, when i looked up at the light fixtures I was pretty disturbed to see hundreds of bugs filling it. This was an extremely stressful and horrific experience over all and I refuse to ever go back.

I am always seen when i am told i will be and the staff is very nice and do everything in their power to make their patients happy
