I went to the VES facility at 1005 Marlandwood Dr. Temple, TX I had an appointment with a PA who happens to be from Nigeria and he asked questions about my conditions and had me do a number of movements all without taking any measurements and I told him that I was having neck surgery and that they were going to fuse my c5-c6 and c6-c7 he then stated that I shouldn’t let them do it because it would reduce my range of motion and that I should consider something else other than that however when I got a decision on my case and he tells the VA that in his opinion that my neck issues are not service related so much for “helping out us veterans”

Easy to find. Very clean nice appearance outside and inside. Staff very professional and accommodating. Very satisfied with service
