This place is Amazing, one of the best Primary care experiences I’ve ever had. The staff members were super courteous…No long waiting for the provider who spent time with me making sure he understood my issues and worked with me to develop a plan! I enjoyed being encouraged to participate in my care…I cannot give 6 stars but I wish I could!!!

This was was my first time visiting the place and I tell you....I was nervous it being a Total Mens place. I went for a COVID test (also a reason to to be nervous). It was so quiet in there with a warm cozy feeling. I would recommend anyone to visit there.

Scheduling an appointment online was quick and easy. They offer a lot of services. My husband and I were able to get an appointment for Covid testing straight away with Total Mens, when everywhere else had a 2 day wait. Even being a female, I was welcomed. The staff was so friendly and professional. We were called back with very little wait. The doctor answered all of our questions and never once did we feel rushed. I would definitely recommend Total Mens to my friends and family!

I went here for a COVID swab. Online check in was a snap! Literally took 5 minutes. It was all done online, so when I got there, all I had to give was name and DOB, and I was checked in! They had refreshments for people waiting, which was nice. Speaking of waiting, I wasnt there for more than 5 minutes from check-in to check-out! The lady who took care of me was friendly while still professional, and worked fast, yet thorough! Great combination. Will definitely go back for any other services I need that they provide!

It was really great, the environment was clean and chill. The wait time was also pretty good with a good check in system. No complaints from me! They also do small neurologic tests that have helped others get diagnosed early on for brain tumors which was cool and fun!

Went to get a Covid test simply for international travel. It was my first time having one done and was not thrilled about being there. However, they put me at ease and the process was easy and not uncomfortable at all. I was in and out and results came to my email very quickly.

My husband and I were seen here and it was nothing short of amazing. We were able to get an appointment the same day and despite us arriving late, they had no problem with seeing us anyway. EVERYONE in the office was beyond friendly and I really appreciated the doctor coming to the lobby to chat with his patients. Service was fast, friendly and I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Was far more than I expected, staff from the beginning to the end was very knowledgeable,Did not grow impatient with my myriad of questions. Wanted me to have the information, not only did they want me to have the information,but wanted to make sure I understood it. Nothing came as a surprise. They explained to me the steps and carried them out. Ive had blood drawn many many times always with reluctance, today was exceptional no discomfort at all. Thank you to the entire team. Went in for a covid test. The lobby area was clean, and had a good feel to it. The receptionist was friendly. Check in was simple, they utilized qr codes and was able to do everything through my phone. There were snacks and refreshments available too, not that I had time to enjoy them, I was seen within minutes of completing the sign in. The nurse that administered my test was also friendly. I will be looking in to Total Mens for the future. future health care needs

I’m new to the area and had been feeling ill, to the point where my wife convinced me to get tested for COVID-19. I was able to get a walk in test without a referral or an appointment and was relieved to find the staff to be friendly and interactive. My sign in was efficient and I was taken back into a room quickly. The procedure was quick. I would definitely recommend this place. With this being the first I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a review for, I believe it speaks to a positive experience.

Today was my first time visiting this clinic. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I have been taking TRT treatment for a year now in Houston TX. I am in the kileen area now and needed a new provider. The staff was great! The Dr listened to my needs and provided great info. This is my new provider. Thanks again!

The staff was very friendly. They got me in and out. Dr. Robert was very thorough. He made me feel comfortable to open up and really discuss my health concerns. He was down to earth and you can tell he was really there to help he didnt seem robotic. Every thing he did he also explained why he was doing and he also has a sense of humor which is a plus. He is now my PCP.

Quick and easy visit, I was able to do all the first time paperwork right over my phone, no fill these papers out and sign heres. COVID-19 test was less that 20 minutes for total visit. Staff is great be around.....and look at. (Hey ladies 😁) All in all great visit and if need be Ill be back.

The staff was great! I was looking for a closer place to get my testosterone shots that was as good as my old clinic and they nailed it. Doc Robert was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with confidence. I now have a new and closer clinic.

My primary recommend Total Mens for my Covid test. The staff was friendly and the whole process took about 10 minutes. Most testing facilities had a line or would make you schedule the test a day ahead of time, so Im thankful they got me in so quickly.

Registered Online and was a quick and painless process upon arriving onsite. The staff was uniquely cordial, friendly, and professional which was a pleasant surprise as opposed to other medical facilities i had been to around Killeen. I had a very easy and pleasant visit there. The forms and questionnaires most offices make you fill out when you get there I was able to fill out online, so when I got there they got me in and seen right away at my appointment time.

I agree with what many are saying that the process of scheduling appointment was easy, and appointment was same day with hardly a wait. Staff was all friendly. Environment was inviting to include complimentary snacks. However I do have 2 things they could improve upon. After all isn’t this what the reviews are for? To give positive feedback as well as let them know areas that could use improvement. Before appointment I called to make sure to see a Dr. who would perform thorough exam and other tests (not just covid). I was reassured they would run a strep test and a flu tests as well as covid. They did not do that! Only ran covid test. Thats all doctors focus on these days. There are still other illnesses out there people! What about the fact we were exposed to strep as well and that could require treatment and they are not treating it because they think everything is covid related. I feel this is why some people get so sick with covid because maybe they have other illnesses too that need addressed but everyone just focuses on covid. We could have went anywhere for a simple covid test and no care. As well as the fact that the nurse who did the covid swab did not even put the swab into a sterile package to secure it. She just walked out of the room with the swab in her hand exposed. I do not feel the test could possibly be 💯 accurate when exposed to possible germs that could have contaminated it. Now I have to make follow up appointment elsewhere for second opinion and more thorough exam:(

It was ok. Very clean and fast service. I went in for a rapid covid test this past friday. I was told that I’d receive my results within the hour. I never received them and my calls to the clinic were unanswered. They’re closed on the weekends and there are no options to check results online.

Very professional team in Killeen! The service was quick! So, I received the rapid COVID-19 test and it took less than 15 minutes!
