I got my hair cut done by Esther , I wanted bangs and she immediately cut it way over the eyebrow they are so short and uneven , and it’s nothing you can fix right away just have to wait for it grow back. Everyone knows you start longer and then go shorter from there. Terrible hair stylist.

I believe her name was Ty. She did an amazing job with my son’s hair. I walked in not knowing if certain numbers for his haircut would be too short and she made sure I was okay with then length of his hair before anything else.

Walked in for a haircut and was told I was third in line, when I finally thought it was my turn after waiting for 45 min they called a lady that had walked in 20 min after me and sat down without saying a word. When I asked why I was skipped I was told it was because the lady called in. No one checked the computer or said anything to this lady. Friend maybe??? After waiting for a little over an hour I walked out. WILL NOT be going back!

Other than the address being deceptive it was good. Walked in and no longer than a five min wait. Both ladies were very nice

Great experience with Isis. She knew exactly how to do my hair. I got a blow dry and trim done and my hair is absolutely gorgeous and healthy!

They were absolutely wonderful. They fit us in, without an appointment. We are here, from Tennessee, for my grandmothers funeral. My fiancé needed a haircut. We couldnt have asked for more friendly or timely service.

Woman messed my eyebrows up. She really made my inner eyelid red and bruised. She waxed way over than she was supposed to, even in my inner eyelid is red and swollen and is bruising. They aggressively repeated It was an “allergic reaction” yet it wasn’t because i gotten my eyebrows done for over 8 years and this never happened. I have gotten my eyebrows done here at Supercuts so many times so there was not allergic reaction. The lady who did my eyebrows and ruined my eyebrows, eyelids, and skin. She created this nonstop horrifying pain from ripping too hard at my eyebrows and eyelids that won’t go away. She was very rude and she hurt the skin around my eyebrows and inner eyelids intensely.

Dani is the goddess that cut my hair. This is the first time for her to have cut my hair and I will definitely be going back to her. She gave me a style that I have previously tried to get down elsewhere but wasnt successful. But she did an excellent job and to top it off for me was she even tamed my difficult calicos!!!

We were happy Tya the first time she cut my grandson’s hair and let her know we would be coming back for her services. She let us know there are no appts required and just an hour notice was required for services. Well, when the time came, she said she wasn’t available for three days and when we brought them the fourth day, she pawned them off on someone else that I’m pretty sure she knew wasn’t able to do their hair properly since they didn’t, and we had to stop services and schedule an emergency hair appt with our personal barber. We will never use this store for hair services again. I feel she was extremely unprofessional and possibly even lazy to Do her job. I am soo disappointed, especially since I felt like she was perfect for their hair services. Unbelievable how you go to a person that chose hairstyling as their career but yet they are not wanting to build clientele. :-/

I waited over an hour to get the worst haircut of the year from the very inexperienced and excessively slow Esther. She butchered the fade and charged me $19 to wear a hat for the next 2 weeks. Never let ESTHER touch your head!

My wife just had a hair cut from this place. She had asked for a cut that went about three inches below her shoulder level. Also with an edge to it. She has natural wavy curly hair when dry naturally. But this lady did not listen to what she had said to her. She went three inches above her shoulders with no edge to it. I would never want my wife to go get a haircut from them

Today i walked in to get my hair colored and when i walked in i was not asked what i am there for or if i had an appointment ( I did not) i was asked to sit down and wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes i was asked my name and if i was there before and what i was there for. I explained i was there for color and was told that service needs an appointment. I totally understand that some salons work with appointments right now, but what i do not understand is , why i was not asked when i walked in at first what i was there for. So customer service was bad.

Tya is an awesome stylist. She is now my go-to for a haircut.

Not sure why my stars were 3, but you deserve 5+. I absolutely love this place. The ladies are the nicest and most professional hairstylists I have ever know. I have always been 100% satisfied with my hair, and my husband gets the best hair cut ever. I will definitely be back.

Horrible place I highly suggest to not deal with them. My mother got her haircut here and told the lady shoulder length cut, the lady messed up and cut above the shoulders to neck length. My mother was polite when spoke with the manager and was told she could receive a discount for coloring her hair on next visit.When she went to set appointment a few days later the lady she spoke with was extremely rude began to talk down to her and openly talked badly to another employee. When my mother contacted manager again because the employee refused her appointment saying they couldnt color her hair that style she was told she never spoke to her before and has no idea who she is only that her employee felt threatened and almost called police because my old mother supposedly screamed at her.Long story short avoid this place at all costs.

Went to get a haircut. I checked in online and the time it gave me was 6:30. I showed up at 6:25 and waited an hour and a half behind people who hadn’t checked in online before me. What is the point of getting on the waiting list if you wait that long behind people who were supposed to be behind you? I won’t use this business again

All my stars go to the talent that is Tiffany, this place used to be a TGF and Tiffany ran it perfectly. I only go and see her, shes never done me wrong and I do something new every time. I say that my rating goes to her specifically, because otherwise I wouldnt go or send my friends and family there. The reason: since they became a super cute theyve slimmed down their range of services and have become overly commercial to a point it becomes less welcoming and more sterile and bland an environment. Might be just me, but I like my haircut with some tea on the side.

A lady here did my sons very first haircut. They were so nice and didnt mind me taking pics or videos. They understood my excitement.

Went online and scheduled an appointment, showed up early and then had to wait almost an hour after my scheduled appointment. If you do not mind waiting, this place is alright.

Me and my man got our hair cut for 10 dollars each and they did an amazing job even gave me tips on coloring and styling amazing work i highly reccomend. And my husbands wasnt easy to do.

If you want to spend money on poor services, come here. When my sister went to get her hair done with heat, she did not use any type of heat product to protect it and didnt even try to make her hair look decent.

Other than the lady doesn’t know how to cut kid’s hair, she is being rude.. it is expected that kids don’t sit still, learn how to work around it at least.. and what we paid is not worth the outcome... she needs retraining..

Decent place, but they want waaay too much personal information from you. Just cut my hair and take my money. I dont need you logging and tracking my haircut. Kinda creepy. Brought my kid in and they were really pushy about having my childs info instead of mine.

Worst haircut I ever had-no butcher job!! Asked for 1 1/2 inches taken off the top and layered down; walked out looking like a man!! The 2nd lady in the Shop had to take over, because the 1st didnt know how to layer. Too bad there are not negative stars!!!!!!! Thanks to the 2nd lady that did her best with what I had left to salvage, I probably wont need a haircut for about a year!!! I was so upset!!!

The barber, we never got her name but she cut my sons hair and couldnt even at least clean around his neck or his face where all his hair was! I asked a paper towel for cleaning and she basically ignored me. Poor customer service!
