Never used them before, went in to get highlights done. The price was decent, the young lady, Kayla, who did my hair was really nice and did a great job. Ive had my hair messed up before so I was nervous trying out a new place. I will definitely be going there from now on.

In the past I had a lot of bad experiences when it comes to my hair. I then started seeing Kayla which ended up changing my life. Whenever I want to dye my hair or cut it, I always go to her! Kayla has also helped me with picking out my shampoo and conditioner. I haven’t had a bad experience with my hair since.

I asked for my hair to be cut all the same length and its completely uneven. Plus they have surprise fees based on the length of your hair. I was told over the phone itd be $24 and ended up paying $50 because my hair was slightly past shoulder length. I wouldnt recommend going here its a waist of money and they dont know how to cut straight.

Please do not have Jen do your hair, she does bad haircut bad highlights at a high price😢 Very unprofessional

We were getting family pictures made this week so I sent my teenaged daughter and my 8 year old daughter for a trim. My 8 year old only had her bangs trimmed and my teenager only has 1.5 inches of hair that needed tidying up. Looked at my charges later and they charged me $86. The hair job was fine but I will never use a place that takes advantage of two kids.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience. I set up on appointment online after reading all the nice reviews on here. When I went in the lady that was booked for me was busy so they asked if i minded if someone else doing my hair and I was okay with that.. should have said no. The lady seemed nervous and worked wayyyy too slow for a simple cut. She then kept cutting away at my hair to the point I had to tell her to stop because it was getting way shorter than what I asked for. I asked for a few long layers and she gave me the choppiest shortest layers. I contemplated on not paying because my results were not at all what I asked for and was just horrible. I had to go to a different salon to get it fixed which resulted in me having to get it even SHORTER to make it even again and look good.

This salon is my unusual. Lately i went in for a curely perm n it came out pretty good. At first, i was a bit concerned because the beautician was a really nice Hispanic young lady. She assured me to not worry this wasnt her first with with Afican Amrican hair.

Samantha was awesome! I haven’t had my hair done in 3 months because of the pandemic and I felt and looked so good after! I have blonde hair and it’s tricky to find someone good and she was amazing. Thanks so much! I’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful experience! My daughter wanted to chop her long, thick & curly hair off into a short pixie style and it was a wonderful experience in every way! Ask for Dwayne, he knows his stuff and went out of his way to do it exactly like she wanted! WIll definitely be returning to see him 🙌

Today is 1/11/2020 and I saw Vicki again. I cant say enough good things about her. She is always great and cuts my hair exactly like i ask her too. Went for a cut and color. Joanna was fantastic. Everyone worked as a team when they were busy. Joanna took the time to make sure my color was right, and I never felt rushed. The staff prevented an unnecessary large group from overcrowding the salon floor which I really appreciated. The family left but the staff wanted all of the customers to feel comfortable. They have changed their pricing; just ask before the work is started. Its not a secret, and they will tell you in advance if they can see how long your hair is.

Great service and great price. Earlene did my daughters perm and it turned out great. She was so nice and professional. Crystal also was so sweet and helpful. Loved my experience here. Will not be going back to Jc Penny’s which is where we have gone for years!

I wanted to get bangs got bangs looked hideous tried to have the hair cut fixed (at the salon free of charge after i told them i wasnt happy with it) it looks better than it did before they fixed it but i still look like someone put me in the 80s because of my haircut. 🤣🤷🏽‍♀️

Dwyane is a true professional! He can do any type of hair pattern. I trust him when I want natural styles, curly styles or braids! You wont be disappointed. Hes always calm and wont steer you wrong. Hes moved to the Killeen location. He use to be at the HH location.
